Anything vaguely non-standard about her? Update: This definitely the source of the issue. I used TES5edit to remove CDxMerchant faction from Master and this solved my crashing. I guess my main question now is how important her being a merchant is.

I would provide logs for the crash, but the logs literally stop right when I load in. Like the last entry in the log refers to an npc in the previous cell. This has been happening since pre-3.7.5. I can't remember exactly which version it stopped working in. I have all of the pre-req mods on the latest versions, and always have in the past. This happens with old games and new games alike. For some reason, I can coc my way into the cellar and that works just fine. It's definitely something in the main shop cell. It doesn't matter if I go through the front door, cellar door, or coc into the cell. Also, I never actually see the cell, it crashes while loading it. I tried disabling almost every other "devious" mod like enslaved, etc. to no avail. Is there any particular mods that don't play well with CD and have known issues? I'm looking for any suggestions on how to figure this out. The only thing I can think of doing now is taking out every mod except CD and it's pre-req then adding them back in from there, assuming that works. That is just a bit too much work at this point. Sort of the nuclear option. I had once some mod with futa-content and that caused ctd, i think it tried to mess with Master and NOBODY messes with Master. Or some other mod that chances all npc? To what i gather, very few mods should actually effect her. Perhaps something that effects altmer-race?
badbat111 Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 any chance you could put expansion quest at level 2 ? im pissed of with the vampires i tryed to do the dawngaurd questline before cd questline but when i enter the first shrines door after taking its water it keeps cdt to desktop with no logs i have to much mods in my game the creators of skyrim and oblivion needs to fuck off with vampires there over used they was in oblivion as well i dont mind werewolfs but vampires are the worse fuckers of all

The CDxMerchant faction is completely custom as is the container it point to, nothing should have any effect on it and certainly should not cause a ctd. Other than her factions and AI packages she is completely standard. The only other thing that could be the issue is another mod doing something with the merchant chest in the shop connected to the faction.

Let me pass your test! edit: dd mods? o crap son of edit: Boot keyword, ok I'm lost Your scripts overwrite the standard scripts (IOW they overwrite yours). I'm guessing they are, um, Well anyway I'm guessing. Yours first, then theirs, allow overwrites expansion and assets 2.90 and 1.12 but 2.90 is listed as still being 2.83 (except in the readme) rebuilt wrye-bash. If this works I oughtta get a freaking medal

If you are using English go into the 'Optional' folder and use the esp there (it is not localized).

Majin Buu Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Using the English version. Confirming there is a problem. On the map, the shop doesn't have a name. Quick travel gives "Fast Travel to ?" Go to the entrance of the shop (building is there) and there is no option to enter. So can't enter building.

When I run Wrye and generate my Bashed Patch I am getting a new error that I've never seen before. One is active the other not, and also another inactive file "CD - Female Embassy Guards.esp" Any info about this ?

Cause something strange is happening - captured dreams shop has no name on the minimap and cannot be entered (door doesn't work), never really had an issue with upgrading it but now even if I come back to earlier version Master has some weird face and stops dialogue after welcoming me.
