white cold Posted January 15, 2015 Posted January 15, 2015 How do you get the second expansion quest? Do you have to fulfill any conditions? Also the assist a customer quest bugs out on me, I was there the entire day, but the quest never started.

But I recently discovered Requiem so this time through the guards seem to detect some kind of enemy at the player spawn location. This has happened at the guards rape party and now at Elewens little after party. The guards party I got through somehow by making sure I skipped through the sex scenes and keeping all the guards in the room. But with Elewens as soon as I appear in the corridor the guards are immediatly on the alert and after they search for a bit they sicover some kind of floor enemy. Ive tried alot of differnt commands even deleted the floor to try fix the issue but even after I get the guards resurected or toggledAI the script seems broken epsecially with the guard who was escorting me. At best my player just stands in the room with Elewen and freinds just looking at my char. I presume the game is waiting for the guard to finish his part of the script but he has wondered off usually downstairs and just hangin out. I presume this is more an issue with Requiem than your mod and at the moment Id be happy to skip the quest just to save my progression but I live in hope that something is known to solve this issue. Id submit my papyrus log but I'm clueless and dont know where to find it Ive looked in the payrus folder and as I use MO ive looked in the captured dreams mod folder as well but nothing seems relavent.

The door to the right goes to the front room, the door in the center is where you go to see Elenwen before the party with the guards. The furniture markers have had the factions and linked references removed and the Heading Markers are mine. The furniture was part of the patrols for the guards in the original embassy and some earlier versions of CD still had the references and faction data. Once I had the issue happen to me i found and removed those references and it stopped it from happening again. A also went through again and removed all of the Thalmor factions that were left so there should not be anything else that could cause the issue. As for Requiem I am not sure what it could be doing to cause the issue, I don't use it.
Drek71 Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 Well I got past it by using Tdetect to turn off the AI detection but I guess there may still be an issue if you feel the need to look into this possibel conflict. But yes thats about where they all fight and theres another upstairs which caused me the biggest issue. Luckly you left time for us to save while in the cell as I was able to turn of detection down there before loading back upstairs. If not done then they go into fight mode and breaks the game.

All the npc's are custom a copy, none have any of Skyrim's factions on them just mine. I am not sure what is setting them off like that, I have eliminated everything I could find that would conflict with something else. While it may not look like it the Embassy copy I made has a lot of differences from the original.
Drek71 Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 From what they where doing they seemed to be fighting the spawn location itself. Everything I clicked on was showing it as part of captured dreams and even when I deleted the floor and surrounding objects they where still agro at that location. So what ever it was was invisible to me and unselectable. While you say it s just a copy and marked as your faction I think it may have something to do with the player perhaps. Maybe some obscure link back to the original embasy and they see it as trespassing perhaps. But as I said before first time through there was no issues its not until i installed requiem that they seem to have this behaviour. It maybe even an issue with my other mods and requiem in other missions ive agro'd Ai from one area and they have wandered into anothers and began fighting even tho they where both of necromancers/conjurers. Of course that may only happen when they summon elementals that would be at odds with each other so perhaps the same principle applies to the spawn point.
Veladarius Posted January 16, 2015 Author Posted January 16, 2015 One of the things I did to the copied interiors is cut them off from other cells, none of the doors out that lead to another cell work. I have had followers follow me inside (somehow) or there is something another mod is placing and using as a marker that they don't like.

So, working for master continually might make the player more accustomed to weighty slave-items (like belts). ("Deviously helpless") When being admired by master, flames would shoot up from their feet ("sexlab hormones") Random non-restrictive clothing might be equipped with newer quests (and repeated old ones) based on cdxrank ("captured Dreams"). Start out in piddly armor, end up in a red rubber suit, etc. Conversations not directed at the player could be skipped/fast-forwarded. (e.g., Yeah, I know about the Jar and Alius already.) Mostly the first three, they already exist. The fourth is pie-in-sky wishing.

If the errors are that bit of slowness then I would like to get rid of them, I am not terribly far along so I will try a new game in a day or two when I have time. If fixing the errors don't work then it probably means I need to upgrade my computer to keep up with the mods, and that will have to wait till tax returns happen. Bleh, started a new game, ran through vanilla stuff till level 8 and headed over to the shop to do a delivery quest, still having problems with the equipping being too slow and seeing the "Cannot added None to container" errors.

You likely have a mod that is using a magic effect (cloak) that is set as an attack, any attacks on the Master or a number of other CD npc's while wearing it will set it off. I believe SexCrime is one of these, if you are using it turn off the nudity is a crime option in it.

Thanks for the try, already cut my mod list down trying to find the problem (and as far as i can tell how script intensive they are is not labeled anywhere) and was not consoling stuff to try to avoid breaking things in unpredictable ways. (if the CDx quests are breaking from a new game with just vanilla quests, its CDx's problem, If it is breaking from consoling stuff it is not.) Texture Optimizer is on my list of things to try still, and 2.5ghz w/ 4gb of ram for reference.

When I speak to Master and ask her about the next task; when I get to the "Well..." option for me to say and then she says "it's a rather simple task" I have no more dialogue options.

I know not to press "B" on my controller, I know if my character wants to get to an EXACT spot but can't and endlessly tries, to reload. I know that the "activate to continue" can get stuck on my screen, but I DON'T CARE! (oops) I shouldn't regard it. She seems very logical, in an insane sort of way. I'm not a slave, certainly not Her slave, and ailus is my best friend ever, long may she live. But yeah, a plea before you give up and move on, allow the pc some freedom of movement, or bad stuff (usually) happens. O, and it's sort of piddly, but besides not getting paid for the quest (Did I mention that? Bupkis) I get gored with a freaky vibrating thing. Not being an insane masochist, I might want to remove it, but mostly it grates that the freaking thing vibrates. No switch, no master to coo over it, I'm a slave to an inanimate object. From the mind of a fly-torturing tyrant.

As mentioned by billiedovakin a couple posts up, I still get no reward. The conversation cuts off oddly like there is suppose to be more, I have just never seen it happen. I would still kinda like to see a save point between the piercing party scene and the last night together scene, With the most recent versions the only crashes I have are during that third sex event once your fully equipped in gear (for me at least, it is still trying to equip gear and start a sexlab event at the same time), It doesn't happen very often, but there is a fair bit to have to go though again.

I checked the quest and the reward part is not there, likely devoured in one of several CK crashes, and is one of several things I am looking to fix with a script patch soon. You can save the game at any point with a quick save so long as you are not directly in dialogue with someone else or in a sex scene. I have had no issues reloading and continuing from those saves.

When I tried to set CDxEQ01Jarl to 2 I got a compiled script not saved error That is a global variable, set it this way: set CDxEQ01Jarl to 2 Sorry if that confused you.
jbezorg Posted January 17, 2015 Posted January 17, 2015 There needs to be greater overlap when moving the player into range to start dialogue and the range to start the dialogue. There were some Justicars at the gate to the Embassy. They beat the crap out of me while my controls were locked and the guard had reached his marker but was not in range to start the dialogue. I then tried sneaking past them next and my controls were locked again still out of range. They eventually detected me and killed me with my keyboard disabled. It is supposed to set it so that they are not hostile, not sure why it didn't. It may have just been a random encounter that uses an obscure justicar faction. In any case that's not the real issue. I just killed them. The real issue is that you can move into the trigger area to start the dialogue scene but still not be in range when the guard reaches the marker for the dialogue to start. You end up with an impasse. The player needs to move closer so the guards force greet AI package can start but the controls are locked and they can't. I'd just not lock the player's controls until the force greet has successfully triggered and just make the guard wait there until it does.
