And then, an issue. Am I the only one having trouble with the confiscation? Arm and leg cuffs are all right, the harness is a little wonky, sometimes the Master puts it on the player, sometimes not, and the gags, the blindfolds and the armbinders are never put on, even though I've tried with the option for severe devices both on and off. Did I do something wrong when installing the mod, did some bug slip between last version (confiscation worked perfectly then) with the addition of the toggles, or am I just doing it wrong? Thanks in advance, and, again, thank you for all the hard work. ok, i've updated CD now so here it is - main page of the CD MCM shows the CD shop sign, on the left click quest options - now on the right lists the confiscation settings <<<he's stating he's already tried this setting in mcm and its not effecting the confiscation of severe devices, such as gags, blindfolds, and armbinders Not just the severe devices, the harness only gets equipped half the time. The log throws a lot of these during the confiscation: ((WARNING)): ManipulateGenericDevice received non DD argument. and apparently that's an Integration issue, but since I know as much scripting as I know quantum mechanics (none), and I could swear that Integration is installed correctly... I don't know what the problem is (and I don't know why it only affects blindfolds, armbinders, gags and, occasionally, harnesses). So, as I said, I'll just have to wait and see if an update of Captured Dreams (and maybe Integration) makes this thing go away, because if I try another clean install of everything, or if I keep looking at logs and scripts that I barely understand, I might go mad. I will check the scripts, it sounds like there is something in a list that is not a device. Try resetting the item list on the MCM reset page if you have not already.

Try resetting the item list on the MCM reset page if you have not already. this might give you the answer ManipulateDevice ... only works on devices provided by DDi directly. The GetGenericDevice functions return devices from any mod that has registered them. Thus, if one from expansion, or captured dreams is returned, ManipulateDevice won't know what to do with it.

The error is on ManipulateGenericDevice, it will work on any device so long as it does not have the blockgeneric keyword. The scripts in Confiscation all use the generic command currently.
CliftonJD Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 hi, first time i've encountered this issue (think i'm getting issues from random attack as well Or sisterhood of dibella navmesh issues) - was on a delivery for master to hroki in markarth and the return trip after delivering the package, i couldn't get my compass to work in game, works fine viewing map, but not during game play, any suggestions to fix it, aside from starting over (even tried reloading to before meeting up with hroki, but still lose the compass after she gets package, and its affecting any quests i activate) Edit: ok i tried reloading to before leaving the shop to see if something happened between there that caused it and that didn't help it either, i even tried removing dibella sisterhood from the load order with it loaded from the shop and deactivating random attack from mcm, but now i lose compass to get to hroki - all i get is the pointer to the door leaving the CD shop, nothing to get to her, even map marker won't show in game once i exit the map screen is this a skyrim setting i've inadvertantly changed any ideas to fix this? The compass is related to the blindfold, when on it should disable it (I believe), check the Integration thread for more on that. alright, thanks i'll try updating DDi, which will also allow me to update CD, and if issue is still present i'll ask them what to do about it could be , related to the additional blindfold in my inventory from updating DDa after the mod was already started Or its an effect added on by the SD+ flowering spriggan quest trigger that seems to be using the same scripts on touch, but no visual effect but atleast now i know what to look for, thanks Also, glad its, Not an issue with the quest... update on my end of that: i updated DDi and DDx and CD and it didn't effect my compass issues, getting thru hroki's mission took several trips to the map to see that i was going the right direction, no issues with turning it in, i'll work on spriggan cure next to see if the mask is the source of my compass blindness If you have the blindfold from DDi on it will hide the compass while you wear it. had to cure the spriggan curse from SD+ (its SD+ latest thing - DDintegration scripted spriggan parts for flowering spriggan quest - the feet act like leg cuffs, hands like arm cuffs, and the mask blocks gag, helmet, and blindfold, blocking compass like DDi blinder) once you told me DDi blinders had that effect i knew the cause, just not an easy cure without compass

Could you make it clear that if all existed dialogue bugs should be fixed by this patch, or it just guarantees those bugs will no longer occur in a new save? this bug sounds like a gag overhaul bug, i'm only using dd_restrained with full updates and no issues Restraints key does not work with gags, and um, that gag key id seems to be wrong for me.. oops apparently there is no such a thing as gag key at all. Still I wonder why does it say restraints key is incompatible.. EDIT: apparently there is some glitch and the DD script does not recognise me wearing the gag maybe? I used SD master key and it took off the collar, but I still can't help taking off the gag. Weird. Gags used to use 2 slots, 50 for the harness/strap, 44 for the mouth-piece. Since the last update, they only use slot 44 to free up a slot (which is now used by the Device-hider per default). That'd be why it's happening. Needless to say, SD+ would need an update to fix it.

AND IT WAS dd integration who caused it now same going on again, again three months to rerpair it ? or maybe this timne six month ? just because you dont listen to me, dont test it, dont repair it !

I don't know why they won't work for me as I have reinstalled several times and have gone from CBBE to UNPB. They would appear occasionally on my character but would disappear shortly afterwards with no change in what was worn. after a while they stopped showing up completely for me, no idea why.

Post a papyrus log as that is the easiest way to find the issue.
magicrealm Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 the animations do work with the new devices for example White aqrmbinder. they do not work with cuffs where the dialogue says can you help me with armbinder ? i dont know when armbinders are "invisible" , sometimes there are amrbinders, White or black, and sometimes cuffs, both times the text with the armbinder. also White harness is visiblle,, ebonit too, locking not, though saqme textures and meshes than the ebonite. the bbp Version did work fine with 2.81 . why should it not work with 2.82, there are no new meshes,just textures. so noonme has the 2.81 and the 1.11 files ? and can anybody please explain how trhe pierced nipples shall work ? they are innvisible too.

Mister E Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 Oh man. SOOO EXCITED! BUT ALSO CONFLICTED! On one hand I'm really looking forward to the upgraded grounds and shop being released. On the other hand, I just saw all the cool, sexy new stuff that's in the latest Zaz animations update, and think I'd totally be wiling to wait longer to see some of that stuff in this mod. Keep up the good work Veladarius, you are one awesome person. And not just for making this fantastic mod, but also for how engaged and willing to help you are with it's users.
