Verstort Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 There is a way that you can detect if a belt is removed, I was going to use it to forcible reequip the belt but having one that can't be removed suited my needs better. As for trying to get out of it how far have you pushed it? There are 3 stages to attempting to get out... Originally I was talking about master/minions detecting that you had stolen the key and tried to get out with it, and last time I tried that I got no event or effect at all, but it has been several revisions since I tried stealing either the key or getting out without permission. Pretty sure I've never seen all 3 stages though Need to check

A pair of things I have found, maybe someone else already has post this, but I am almost sure I have read the latest posts since the last update: - when "assist a customer quest", the Master´s phrase "not permanent marks in this one" (I supose is the same phrase as previous versions) never shows in the subtittes, Tavish response works ("yeah, yeah, I understand" or something like that) - De Zra errant is broken in my game, I returned to her with the deliver, it seems the quest is finished, but it is still in my diary, then talking to De Zra doesn´t give me the option to remove devices anymore. I gonna load a previous save to test again the Ze Dra quest, becouse this time I wanted to test it ( I never played it in previous versions) and I put a collar on just after she removed it, several times, until she gave me the quest, and maybe that broke it... Everything else works perfect.

You ask her for jobs and she gives you the option "Never mind". It might make sense either because of script bugging or other reasons to prevent a second delivery quest, but shouldn't the retrieval quest still be active? The quest text for the deilvery from dezra is only "give delivery" although that's fine since the quest is likely to change in the expansion anyway One of the things I hope to set up with the expansion is a jail, will see if I can get it to work You already have a working prison system right? Do you mean getting the quests/events to work or changing the prison system to be more interesting?

I found the issue with the smiths quest, it is missing the command to set the stage to the last part. Set the stage to 90 and it will finish.

I have cells and such but the system to send you there is not yet set up. Galgat has shown me what I need to do and I had some of it already in place, just need to finish it out. I am thinking of splitting this release into 2 parts since more DD items are coming sometime soon. It would be split between the expansion of the grounds (with a few new small quests and scenes) along with a revamp of existing quests and some new dialogue for the new npc's. The second part would be adding the new major quests and scenes and I may add combine player slavery into that. It will reduce the time between releases and let me keep up a bit with DD.

"Hers will change little" and "send you there" makes it sound like you wanted to send the character to the city jails, which could be interesting. I was always curious how the dragonborn was supposed to get courier's delivery if it was in a city jail because of confiscation. Wouldn't that be an interesting secondary quest of retrieval where the Master sets you up with a bounty and you have to be sent to jail and work your way back to the delivery and escape with it? Side note, I've noticed courier bodies everywhere but I keep getting sent to 3-4 sites for the retrieval, did you add all of those sites to the mod or is the RNG messing with me? Sounds like a good idea, faster release cycle for us, you get some feedback and bugs halfway through instead of all at once at the end.

I used ShowQuestTargets but none of the quests it spitted out had CD at the start of the quest id, it isn't Favor013 is it? edit: NVM, I reloaded an earlier save and it shows up before it bugs out as CDxSmithsErrands edit2: set to 90 fixed her chat and I can now talk to her and pay for item removal, but the quest is still there in the journal with "Reset" as quest summary img: I can repeatedly set the state to 90, and get a complete banner every time, player.sqs says only the 5th state is set
Verstort Posted September 1, 2014 Posted September 1, 2014 2.8.2 medium bug: missing dialog and belt not being applied Approached master about the state of my belt while indebted and with belt missing and dialog was "Never mind.", probably wasn't supposed to hit this use case but wouldn't she normally replace a belt or at least notice it was missing? How I got to this state: Cursed loot, returned to master with the following loot and asked her to take them off, debt was added, collar was added, but belt wasn't replaced with master belt. gear image: Edit: before and after image, the hat I removed to check if the collar was right. I did not remove the arrows. Isn't it odd how the plugs changed though? Edit: The issue was Custom slave harness Reloaded with masterrank and disposition at 10, thought if my rank was high enough and my char was submissive enough she might have just used a regular belt assuming me too submissive to try and remove it, did nothing Since the harness wasn't showing on my character that was the first item I tried to remove, couldn't with arm binders even once I added the key, .removeitem wouldn't work either. Cursed loot, got lucky, found a razor in a chest, armbinders now off the harness could be removed, and then I put the armbinder back on and tried again with master and got the right belt, success!

sashalag Posted September 1, 2014 Posted September 1, 2014 Thanks, i have to remember those codes, useful even for some broken vanilla quests I have solved the issue using fast-saving then fast-loading (F5-F9). That way, the quest dissapears from the diary, after setting the stage to 90.

When I used sqv cdxmcmmenu, it said it was running, but setstage didn't do anything. I do have a lot of mods with mcm menus, could it not be showing up because of too many mcms? It likely didn't initialize for some reason, do a clean save with it disabled then enable it again. I don't think the number of MCM menu's has anything to do with it, I have about 40 running myself. It has to do with what is going on with papyrus, if you have errors repeating (even if minor) they can be a drain on the resources papyrus has to use. Upload a log and I will take a look at it if that doesn't work.

If you can do the clean save with it removed and give me a log of when you restart the mod.

But while browsing the manor I noticed there was some glitching around the bar area where the bar table touches the pillar/wall thing, they are sorta inside each other and spazzing a bit. Nothing major, just thought I should tell you. Edit: I just had a closer look and I found a few more spots where clipping occurs: Every one of the side by side chests. The arch around the entry door The main stairwell where its highest under the roof/last floor. Now, this might just be my skyrim being skyrim due to heavy texture mods because I have a feeling you would notice this as its pretty obvious. I can't remember if I have seen this elsewhere or not seeing as some of this is copy paste but either way its not too bothersome. I have seen worse Cheers and thanks for a nice mod.

Veladarius Posted September 1, 2014 Author Posted September 1, 2014 The more I think about it the more I am leaning towards releasing the expansion once the expansion quest is ready, make some basic dialogue for the new npc's and update the existing quests (or remake them in some cases). I have finished one of the 4 quests for the expansion, it is rather minor (most of them will be) but adds a bit of fun.
