So the master is being meanie to me! Just because i acted like a royal bitch to her, when she said my delivery task took to long; she decided to lock me into some kinky things.
Anyway i tell you all this because one of the items she locked me into was a white posture collar which I'm unable to remove because it has no key hole.
It seems to be part of your mod by the looks of it. How do i remove it from my character?

 

Also the master has already forgotten that she is the one that locked me in the collar.

Unfortunately this patch doesn't fix the Master dialogue bug in my old save, after I upgraded to DDi 2.8.2 / CD 2.8.2 and uninstalled old Gag Overhaul.

Could you make it clear that if all existed dialogue bugs should be fixed by this patch, or it just guarantees those bugs will no longer occur in a new save?

 

Any bugs that I have fixed I tested on a save where the problem occurred and fixed the issue. If the bug you are talking about was the issue with the force greet and her not responding after that it is because the scene never finished properly and it would not let her go back to her normal routine and is an issue with the game. The same sort of thing will happen if a scene is interrupted by another mod and the player is given control back to the player prematurely. I can set the scene to terminate in those cases but the player would be left with no controls and the quest/scene half finished.

 

My bug is described as follows, but I'm not sure if it is the "force greeting" case.

I can't remember if there is any interrupted scenes before.

If there were such broken scenes, the game is supposed to be permanently damaged or can be fixed by MCM options such as "reset framework"?

In my case, "reset framework" doesn't fix the problem.

 

I got a dialog bug in an old save which is created with v2.76. After upgraded to v2.8, Master's dialog seems broken.

When my PC trying to speak to Master, I get no dialog box after the initial greetings "Need something?"/"Speek quickly".

All other NPCs' dialog is okay, master's dialog is the only broken one. Reset status of framwork/quest doesn't fix it.

I can't reproc it with a new save created with v2.8 though.

 

 

 

That dialogue is not included in the dialogue I have for her, it is the standard greeting for her voice type. While there were some issues with conditions in the dialogue it should not have been enough to block it completely, what items did you have on?

 

 

I removed all items on my PC by console, until the only remaining item is the invisible hider of DDi. I also dismissed all my followers. But the problem persists.

The attached file is the save after all items removed and followers dismissed, FYI. saves.rar

Here is the papyrus log file generated by

1. load attached save file

2. talk to Master (no response)

3. quit the game

I have not made any custom items in white or red as of yet and the collars I have made don't say they don't have a keyhole. I have set up my mod to scan your inventory and look for new items that don't have the "blockgeneric" keyword which is used for quest items. If it does not have that keyword the Smith in the basement can remove it.

 

If you could, open your inventory and use showinventory and find the item. Look at the first 2 digits of the id number and that is the load order position the mod it came from is at, let me know what it is.

Okay this should have all the information.

The first 2 digits are 1E which is the same as Captured dreams.

The message there is what you get if you try to pick the lock.

 

I am thinking that the scanning script grabbed that by mistake, shouldn't have as the collar has the keyword blockgeneric and should have been excluded.

 

Go into the MCM Menu and click the reset buttons for:

Errands For Master - Quest Reset

Main Framework - Item Lists Reset

 

That should remove the collar and reset the item lists and remove the collar from that.

The difference between them is for slave you have to have a locking item except a protector while for a non slave you can have a protector or no lockable items.

All these keyword changes do is allow the Protector belt/bra to let the player not be a slave if it (and only it) is worn.

 

You can try resetting the npc rankings in the mcm menu, if someones was a 0 for some reason that is the only thing that could block dialogue.

If you were near the Master when you saved she may have been doing her greeting, the changes to the dialogue may have damaged her it at that point and it no longer recognizes it. Try going back to 2.76, leave the shop area, save, update and then go back.

 

If you are wearing no items and the rankings are between 1 and 20 for everyone then there is no reason for it not to work.

I think there may be a race condition with the delivery quest. If I end the quest with a high Arouse then when master removes the belt she never completes the quest (takes the note) as the releave action due to the belt removal fires and a cut scene runs. after which the quest is still running and delivery note is in inventory but master has no dialog to take it...

 

I think the master should take the note and set the end of the quest and then remove the belt etc rather then as it seems do it the other way round.

Turn off the Masturbate on Belt removal. It is a known issue and WILL stop all scenes if it happens, nothing I can do about it.

It's my bad. Forced item removal seems broke some running scripts, I can't open that save either.

Here is an edited save from which unattached script instances have been removed using Papyrus Data Transfer.

I've double confirmed it can be loaded and reproc the dialogue bug, at least on my computer.

Also I tried reset NPC rankings, again, no luck.

Encountered an issue, took a delivery quest and delievered the package. But the quest log never updated even though I have the recipt in my inventory. Now when I go the talk to the Master, she just says, "Oh, your back" and does not open chat.

Is there a console command to reset Master or continue the quest??

Who did you deliver the package to so I can check their dialogue scripts?

Hi, sorry for bad english. but this is really nice mod. but i encounter funny things but it not serious, just to let you know.

 

I go captured dream shop first time. first time talking to master, ask what she had for sale. but no inventory came up. don't know why.

same with slave nissa and tarra, ask for what sale, no inventory, just return to  main option asking random option.

then i ask for delivery job. then i go god mode (tgm) to kill bandit boss and delivery job. not really wanna cheat but just curious what the job does.

go back shop. quest completed. ask for what sale, then inventory show master, slave has item they can sell me.

 

some time later, after complete whiterun mission on the tablet thing for jarl, i go back fast travel to capture dream shop. take delivery job again.

at the new location, i kill 2 bandit in god mode. and then i fight the last bandit one-on-one in ungod mode but i still lose. no complain here, i like it fair and square fight.

They equipped an super armbinder that player can't get out, gag and some more. this one good idea.

Exploring take too long.

so i wanna ask besides the failure to deliver to got into the super armbinder, what other quests or other factor that can get the player into this super armbinder?

 

Also seeing this super armbinder thing, suggest that if failed delivery job, master place player in super armbinder, no normal armbinder and left player in the wild cage for a night.

the one where the man guard bring player to somewhere and leave her in cage for one night. That the one i talk about.

That is the only time I use the unremovable armbinder. The new dialogue added to Integration can have you end up with them set so you have to ask someone to remove it but even that option is not available on the one from that quest. I will probably use it in some other places as well as I make more quests / scenes.

Some people have reported that moving the camera before the whipping starts can cause it to not work. I have seen this happen as well recently with that punishment as well, I am looking into why that would happen.

I also had huge problems with the delivery quests, as in that they never updated
But for me it got fixed when I turned the "Masturbate on belt removal" under the DD MCM to off
So give that a try, I would say

On loversvictim you can set it higher/off but dunno if there is a way to do that with SD+

 

 

 

They can cause issues if they trigger, sometimes they won't kill the scene and it can recover. Random attack is more problematic in that it is timed and will go off regularly instead of being a bit more random.

Just as a for the record \ in case this somehow helps \ in case someone else encounters the same issue:

 

I grabbed this mod just recently and had the no master dialog issue. Probably caused by saving right next to her before the Assist a Costumer scenario.

Anyway, stoping and restarting the dialog quest didn't seem to do anything. Attempts to disable and re-enable the master failed as well (seemed like she could not be disabled for some reason or other).

Trying to reset the interior (both via console and via waiting an in-game week) also didn't accomplish anything.

I tried the suggestion of reverting to v2.76, making a save then re-installing the current version. That also did not help.

 

In the end I resigned myself to trying to disable the mod, save, and re-enable it. It fixed the issue. Time will tell if there are other issues caused by this.

 

I don't know if this will help anyone, but I figured I might as well mention this in case someone else is encountering this same issue.

I'd have loved to attach the papyrus log, but I can't quite get the damn thing to create them. Don't know why. I edited the skyrim.ini file to include the required lines under the [papyrus] tag, but it doesn't seem to work.

I did but I was unable to load it, I think there is too much of a difference between the mods in our games (I have 250 esm/esp 's running). The fix suggested by Vaelorian will likely fix the issue (sounds like the same issue).

I have been working on lighting yesterday and today and changed a good portion of it in some places. I don't guarantee that it will look identical in your game due to enb differences in the interior ambient lighting settings.
