There isn't a lot that changed, most is rather minor. The Protector belt is kind of fun though, pretty much the opposite from how the belts have been used for the most part.

Messed around with the new update for a bit and noticed a couple of things.

 

The normal and ebonite red/white versions of the Leather Posture Collar are available for sale but the normal and ebonite black versions are not.

 

Also neither of the steel Protector sets will be unequiped after crafting and equipping the Protector amulet, the silver and bronze sets will be removed however.

Fixed. Download the v2.81 patch and install over v2.80 and overwrite the files.

I have a question how can I buy the new protector item, nether the master or her assitants sold them?

I've got a quick question about updating. You said not to update during a quest but I've got the quest to return on a specific date for a VIP. It's a few days before the date I'm supposed to show up so is it safe to update during this time; or should I wait until after the date?

 

Also should I save my game with the character at another location; or can I save with my character in the shop?

you can reset the assist VIP in the MCM menu, infact nearly all of the quests can be reset there.

 

But you could play it safe, and sleep or wait, and get it over.

 

after finishing the Assist quest if you run out real fast without talking to the Master, she will not have time to re set it. and this way you should be very clean of this mods quests.

how do you upgrade the yard to put more stuff in or hasnt that been put in yet

 

That is for the expantion, or up date I believe, it would be best left alone, until it has been implimented, I think Veladarius has updated mainly at this time to allow for some of the changes in the New DDi.

 

 But a full update should be in the works soon.

It is access via dialogue and not the normal merchant menu. Currently you need to not be locked in anything to purchase it but I am changing that for an update for Integration 2.8.2 that is coming soon.

It is still being worked on. The quest that controls the expansion is disabled in the release version and will not start. There are a number of things that remain untested at this point and once it starts it can't be undone.

Thank for the info, as I was wearing some item I never saw the new dialogue line.

 

I had all the dialogue under the Master's non-belted dialogue, if you were belted you could ask about getting additional items but not the initial sale dialogue. I have split it off into its own Branch and linked to it from there. I have found a few other little conflicts when using items of different types that I am fixing as well.

2.81 lesser bug:

Was returning with master's delivery quest item, cursed loot placed ebony leg braces on me, entered to talk to master but her response was wrong. Instead of giving the normal master responses I only got standard npc text options for other mods, and her voice was working instead of silent fus-ro-doh with appropriate text. She also spawned stuck inside the 4 poster bed.

 

Talked to assistant, got letter to remove item, removed item and returned to master to find her fixed, dialog was back and text options were back, delivery was turned in without issues.

 

Put the leg cuffs back on and she returned to normal npc dialog options

Edit:

Harness + cuffs gives me master dialog

Ebony cuffs + padded collar gives master dialog

Ebony cuffs + bronze arm cuffs gives npc dialog

Bronze leg cuffs alone gives npc dialog

Leather leg cuffs alone gives npc dialog, so maybe it's a leg/arm cuff thing?

Bronze chastity bra alone gives npc dialog

Bronze posture collar gives master dialog

Both red and white arm cuffs give npc dialog

Locking slave harness gives npc dialog, but I should add my game is bugged, and locking slave harness doesn't show on the player

 

So far, looks like any restraint item except collar and chastity belts bug her dialog

 

Offtopic, was there always a ebonite posture collar? I don't remember seeing that before

No other DD or xaz items at least, other mod items sure

The dialogue at the completion of the delivery quest only looks for a gag (not wearing one), ensures that the person you are talking to is the Master and that the quest is at a specific stage, the cuffs shouldn't have caused an issue. Rather odd.

I'm having the same problem with Master's dialogue. In my case, I had some stuff (leather cuffs and collar, and harness) in my inventory, not equipped, and got the vanilla voice. A different time I had ebonite arm cuffs on, some unequipped ebonite stuff in inventory and got the vanilla dialogue. Then I put everything into that barrel by Half-Moon Mill, went back and she still wouldn't talk.

She wouldn't talk at all? I got her to switch back to normal (slave) dialog if I put on a collar or harness

 

Reset most of the reset options in mgm menu, no change
