Some of this is already in the mod since my next mod will have Supermutants raiding settlements to capture hucows for sex and meat.

 

When hucows die, they leave meat behind.  You can kill any cow (and any other NPC) that you assign to the exam table.

 

I also made a patch for the Chef mod that would allow you to dry the meat on Chef's drying racks but I will probably make my own version since I don't want to force everyone to use Chef if they don't want to do so.

 

What sort of things are you looking for?  This is a beta so there will be things added for the final version.

The mod should not interfere with family planning but I haven't playtested it yet to see how the pregnancy morphs interact with the hucow morphs.

 

I may add support for EgoBallistic's version of Family Planning so that pregnancy has an effect on hucows.  That could tie into the human to full hucow progression that I want in the final version.

 

I don't plan to add support for Invictusblade's version of FP but I will look at it and see if it can be easily done.  If so, I may change my mind and support it.

Yes, it will be gradual.  My original concept had around 8 stages but I will probably simplify that as most people seem to want to go from start to finish as fast as possible.  Role play, immersion, and story telling seem to be of little value.

Ideally it will remain compatible with FPE as far as FPE's features are concerned. FPER, from what I've seen, adds new features (rather many of them, perhaps too many) but the basic FPE API still seems to work the same. In MHK for example, I've got quite a lot of FPE tie-ins for forced pregnancies in NPCs, triggering ovulation, blocking abortions, initiating miscarriages, healing fetal damage/radiation, adjusting effects or chances based on pregnancy, checking father race, etc, in ways that should still work the same for FPER.

maybe a guillotine or a slaughterhouse? you could maybe assign a settler to the slaughter house and add the option to slaughter the player too? there could be a scenario where when hucows stop producing milk they're sent to the slaughter house like this

a few months ago i gave pama the idea of a guillotine that hangs the victims upside down to drain their blood with a pot underneath it that has a colander in it for keeping the head from falling into the blood pot kinda like so:

Hello. help me please . I walked around the entire Med-Tech building twice with the doctor's assistant, but I still couldn't find anything. The quest marker just points to a building and I don't even know what we're looking for.

Check the terminals in the Med-Tek building.  You are looking for pre-war information about the experiments that turned humans in hucows.  MedTek was performing this research for Vault-Tec to use in the vaults.

This is pretty dark stuff.  I may add it to the Supermutant mod.  The spitroast furniture is already going there.  I already made the model for it.

 

I am pretty familiar with Dolcett's work and it would dramatically change the tone of this mod.

you could also add a quest for it, i was thinking a scenario where player is roaming the commonwealth and she accidently goes to a meat shop where then she is informed they are selling human meat and then player is shocked but then the owner shows the player around and she sees how hucows experience unimaginable ecstasy and orgasms like never seen before due to the milking and the hormones they inject to the hucows to produce more milk that makes them more sensitive and numbs their cognitive function then she walks out of the store but then at night when she's about to sleep she can't stop thinking about it and pleasures herself imagining being in that position and passes out and the next day she finally gives up and volunteers to become a hucow and agrees to be eventually slaughtered when she stops producing milk

It isn't purple now, which is great. The water is oddly dark though, but nothing I can't deal with. So, thank you!

1. In creating hucows, I can have them follow me, but how do you put them in your settlements?

 

2. As a player hucow, I dont seem to have a purpose. Nothing interacts with me.

 

Bonus: the built in random sex thingy doesnt seem to work. Bulls moo every now and then wanting to do something, but can never find females even though they are surrounded by them. Also would like an MCM slider for how often this occurs.

 

Bonus 2: even though I have them selected to crawl in mcm, they dont.

1.  Talk to a hucow follower and you should get a dialogue menu that has the option "Go on home now".  Choosing that dialogue option will open the settlement list to send the cow there.

 

2.   The hucow farmers (if you gave them a bucket) should have dialogue specifically for a player hucow.  They do not randomly have sex with the player or milk the player because I disallowed it as an option.  The issue is that those random interactions happened a lot when the player was in a workbench menu, build menu, or conversation scene.  I can add this option again but I will allow it to be turned on/off in the MCM.

3. and 4.  I will look at these but it is very puzzling that they are not working and I am not sure that I can replicate the problem here so that I can troubleshoot it.   My cows definitely crawl and the bull has screwed someone twice in the last five minutes.   Can you check the global variables in your console?    Use command getglobalvalue _randomsex   and getglobalvalue _cowscrawl and let me know what values are returned in the console.

I don't know how to fix the water for you.  It looks very clear in my game.

 

Which ENB are you using?  I use Decent ENB.

It's fine, I'll probably be able to figure it out later. Assuming it is a mod conflict, it is for me to figure out. Though I'm using Dawn ENB.

Time for some information about the hucow troughs that you can build in your settlements.  There are two types:  hucow food trough (top pic) and hucow water trough (bottom pic).

You have to build the trough and put the invisible mat (hucow water trough place marker) underneath it to make the hucows use the trough.  Use the same invisible marker for both types of trough.

Placing the mat in the right spot, so that the hucows do not clip the sides of the trough when using it, is a bit tricky.  My snap points work but not when the mat is on the ground.  Until I fix that, the best way to snap the mat to the trough is to put the trough in the air and then bring the mat up to the bottom of the trough until the mat snaps to the trough.  This is only possible with the Place Everywhere mod.  Make sure the mat sticks in the position shown in the pic above.  Then click on the trough while in your build menu and hold onto it long enough to also group it with the mat.  Lower them to the ground and place them where you wish.  I added some pics below to show you what the proper placement looks like from other angles.

 

If you do not have the Place Everywhere mod.  Put the trough on the ground where you want it and then place the mat underneath in a position as close as possible to the locations shown in my photos.  The mat will not snap to the trough (something that I am trying to fix) when the trough is on the ground but if you get the mat in the right position, it will work just as well as if it were snapped.

 

Cows will use the trough regularly during the day (they sleep a lot).  The player can also use the troughs but the feed and water troughs work differently for the player.  The player gets the option to Enter the feed trough.    You will be able to see the player eating there in 3rd person.  The water trough will show a Drink button option and the player will use the drink animation to get water.  If you are using the cow hunger option in the MCM, eating from the trough only satisfies hunger if there is food in the trough (fruits, veggies, plants).

 

The hucow farmers are supposed to keep the food trough filled but I will have to double check that function since they have not been doing that job correctly lately.  The player can also add food to the feed trough using the Transfer button option.  Settlement cows do not remove food from the feed trough.  Follower cows do remove it when they eat.  This keeps the settlement cows from completely emptying the food that the hucow player needs.

I will check this later. I also added this mod to an existing save. Think Ill bite the bullet and start a new game. Have found that to be a problem often enough.

 

Is it safe you think to SLM a new look to the NPC adds from your mod or are they just gonna be an as is kind of thing?

Have to say I didnt really think I would like this mod, but I find it humorous with making Ack-Ack a Hucow and Jared a Bull. Talk about humiliation!

Yes, I have lots of fun with captured raiders and gunners as well as many of the useless named NPCs of the Commonwealth once their quests are done.

 

And Jezebel the robot cleans all the poop which is the perfect job for her.

 

If you use the hucow clone syringes, you can make Jared a cow.  I don't think he has a WorkshopNPC script as a bull.
