Does someone know the stage to set to skip the skeever quest in windhelm? Having issues with it triggering. Got the first 2 but I had to walk by so many people that I think everyone has been triggered.

There's another quest after this involving the pit fighters.

After the "Congratulations" conversation with Huki, the Jarl should force greet you. Sometimes these force greets are a bit delayed or an NPC is blocking the path. But if you tried to talk to him directly, you must have been close to him, so you should get the force greet.

The Jarl's conversation ends with setting the stage to 680, so you can always use 'setstage BLZR_Windhelm 680' to bypass the Jarl conversation if nothing else works.

I ran into the same problem.  Force greet cut into Huki's speech and left my PC hanging as the force greet didn't finish.   You should seriously move Huki and the Jarl apart.  The Windhelm quest was super smooth until that point.

I do have a question..should SL Defeat be turned off for the entire quest?  Especially combat within the pit as I play on Legendary difficulty and defeat is a very distinct possibility.   And most players who use LL mods probably have Defeat type mods installed as well.

Dont know if others have had this issue or not but when I go into the reeking cave and have sex with the troll the game goes to a black screen where I can only see the hud and the game freezes. I tried console killing the troll, leaving the cage, and go back to solitude to get my stuff but when i got forcegreeted by a guard it froze similarly when the sex scene started.

I haven't seen this reported. I checked the Sexlab function and it's the same function that is being in dozens of other places, so I don't know what would cause this.

Soo I having issues with windhelm apart from the skeever part that is not working on my end because last time was the same skeever follow my char and people not reaction or reacting for a long distance from where I am (I must be doing someting wrong) Also I have https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/42990   So I have a compatibility issue with the cell, So is there a patch or I should unistall windhelm city or it best for me to uninstall balazar (wich is really a shame beacuse I have played the first parts before solitude convencing jarl update and is really crazy and different mod)

The skeever sex part of the quest in Windhelm is triggered by "Hello" comments from any non-Dunmer NPCs, so Windhelm city mods should have no effect.  There's nothing specific to any cell. The game engine determines when "Hello" comments are triggered, but basically it's when you approach an NPC, and there's a "cooldown" for each NPC. The market area (during a busy time) is the best place to get a lot of such comments.

If it's not working for some reason, you can use 'setstage BLZR_Quest 60' to skip the skeever sex stages.

There's a "cooldown" in the game engine for "Hello" comments from NPCs, but you should be able to reuse NPCs.  But, as noted above, you can use 'setstage BLZR_Quest 60' to skip the skeever sex stages.

Whose force greet cut into Huki's speech? The Jarl speaks to you (force greet) immediately after Huki's dialogue ends (Huki'slast line is "We haven't had crowds like these since our last champion left us.").  Did the Jarl not force greet you (Jarl starts with: "They enjoyed your perverted act a little too much, I think! I've never seen such a filthy woman.")? Did his force greet dialogue not finish (ends with: "Now do what you have to do to bring her back.")?

Yes. Defeat type mods are likely to mess things up, especially as there are a few places where combat and sex are mixed in the mod. In fact, while running the quest, I would turn off anything that could automatically trigger sex, such as Cursed Loot rape features and Aroused Creatures.

I plan to go back and put in backup dialogue for when force greets get interrupted ("Sorry, what were you saying?"). That should help for when random events from other mods (or vanilla random combat encounters) interrupt dialogue, but it won't necessarily fix problems where sex is started by other mods.

Aside from a couple of issues, the Windhelm jarl storyline was pretty fun. The Pit could be made a repeatable quest for the PC especially if she's into animals, oh my...and despite the Jarl's moral qualms, it's a moneymaker for him. Huki could issue the repeatable quest.  Is there an additional quest in Solitude with the East Trading Company as suggested on the boat after returning from the island?

It wasn't in the plans for the female PC to have a repeatable quest for fucking creatures. But there was supposed to be a quest for Huki. The PC enters the arena as an observer, and Huki has sex with the creature, but this has been left for later because Gristle didn't want to delay the release of the update. So for now, this content is not available.

The content for the NPC that the PC can save currently has no quest in the East Trading Company.

Well it worked when I uninstall the city overhaul just to test (also that didnt matter to me I was letting you know, I use a lot of console comand for quests like from the deeps yours is better as triggering stages), the major issue is not that though, the major issue Cells collitions(?) I had to uninstall the city overhaul to continue playing, there certain issues because of unistall mid play, I just wanted to see if you or someone else knows how to patch that, cause I dont have any idea

Great, thanks. Just an update for people who might find this in the future. The stage should be 160, not 60

You won't need that here, BB is step-by-step, you can't make a mistake anywhere.

Is the gathering at Candlehearth with the now pardoned pit fighters the final scene for Balazar's Windhelm quest?

Yes, for the main quest. But there is some post-quest content with Brond, Edorfin, Liesl and Huki. You can visit Brond at his farm (Hollyfrost Farm) and he and farm hand and/or his two dogs will warm you up. You can visit Edorfin at the Raggon Flagon and get some action with him and Delvin. You can visit Liesl in Candehearth Hall, and play with her and Balazar. And, until the pit reopens in a future update, you can visit Hela in Candlehealth Hall and have fun with her and dog (if there's a dog in the tavern). Hela will also explain why the pit is closed for a while.

Oops. Thanks for the note.

The first two main quest segments are linear and they have logs and objectives and markers. Part 1 is removing the curse on the dog. Part 2 is getting revenge on the one who placed the curse. After that, the quests run in parallel, with Jarl quests in each city (except Whiterun, which is not completed yet) that can be run in any order. These quests start by talking to the Jarl (with Balazar in true form). There's also a mini-clothing quest that should start after completion of any Jarl quest.

I thought of updating the location with a time skip. It turned out that before this NPC there was a dialogue with his guard, and I had cleared the location before that.))))))))))

Well, can I get the quest IDs? I'm stuck. Brunnel doesn't want to talk to the for in the Forsworn quest.

The quest ID for this quest is BLZR_Markarth. I'm not sure who you mean by Brunnel.

I shall have to try that. I get put into "defeat" status every time I try to use the grindstone and my fellow PItter is training and hits me - it's a little too close to the training dummy.

The guards also have a lovely habit of disarming me when they see I have a weapon or disrobing me as part of the Public Whore mod - I may have to disable that as well.

Try disable/enable console command on Brunnel and see if that kick starts the dialogue.  Make sure to keep his ID targeted while consoling that.

Yeah, I disable mods that might intrude on the Balazar's Bitch quests like Public Whore, Babo's Sexual Harassment,  Aroused Creatures - pretty much any mod that might get your PC accosted, kidnapped, molested, etc.
