They suppoused to fuck you, either there is spot u need to "step on" or they need to be aroused. Don't remember myself.

You need to take them out of the Dark Elf neighborhood and into the Nord areas of the city. The market is a good spot. Best to do this in the daytime when people are around. There's no specific "spot". The skeever attacks are triggered by being near NPCs (non-Dark Elf NPCs).

guys i'm stuck at the mission drink the skooma, after i lead the wolf and the NPC told me to drink the skooma nothing happen i cant move but the camera still works

i stuck in here 1h

If your player controls are disabled, the next thing that happens should be a fade-to-black screen and then a pop-up message that says "Your vision blurs and your head spins, ..." Then, you're teleported to a new location. If you're not getting the fade-to-black, the most likely issue is an ENB. Many have problems with fade-to-black. You might try toggling it off for this scene (F12 I think?).

No. Updates can add dialogue without any problems, and that dialogue can start a new quest. So, I can add the hold quests one at a time with each update, and Balazar can be summoned back whenever desired to complete them.

Just listing issues I've observed.

 

Navmesh during Skooma mission inside cave is wonky, make sure to manually move in the direction for the scenes before player controls disable.

 

Balazar won't put on clothes after getting them from radiant raiments, not sure if mod is meant to progress from here but acts as a quest lock for me.

Thanks for the notes. I don't think there's any issue with the navmesh in the cave. Are you using True Direction Movement? If so, uncheck Stop on Direction Change under the Directional Movement tab.

That's the end of the quest for now. I'm working on the Markarth quest extension currently. You can dismiss Balazar if you want and summon him back when the version with the next quest is posted.

 

As for Balazar's Redguard clothes, are you getting the dialogue option "Please change into the Redguard outfit."? If not, then it's because you can only ask in certain populated areas. If so, then he should change clothes, as that dialogue triggers an outfit change for him (akSpeaker.SetOutfit(RedguardOutfit)). Are you running him in a follower framework that might be controlling his outfit? I can't think of anything else that could block that command.

I am running True Directional Movement, will try next time.

 

As for clothing I do get the dialogue option but he puts on nothing getting the underwear mesh. May be one of my texture mods causing it. I am running BD's armor collection for CBBE 3BA, but not sure if that would mess up pathing for the male meshes and textures.

I made an OAR animation folder  for balazar. If anyone think our dremora lord should has his own attack animation, just download it and find the greatsword animation on the nexus mod. Than put the greatsword animation hkx documents to "Balazar animation " folder in this folder.

I finished both Part I and Part II, did the Radiant Rainments Quest and Balazar now has the Redguard Armor.

But i can't dismiss him and i never got the spell to summon him.

Also the Balazars Emissary Questline never got finished. It still shows -(Optional) Check on Freyka and -Gain Favor with Riftens Jarl.

Both Objectives are completed, but i still never unlocked the ability to dismiss him.

To be able to dismiss him, you need to be wearing the Pet Collar or the Truth Collar and you can't have a Balazar quest active. When you dismiss him the first time, he teaches you the spell to summon him back. 

 

Part II ends in the Temple of Clavicus Vile. Did you do the Riften quest? If you started it, you have to finish it before you can dismiss Balazar. But even in that case, the dismiss dialogue should be there - he'll just respond differently. On the other hand, if the Riften quest wasn't completed, you shouldn't have gotten the clothing quest.

 

Did you update mid-game from a very early version of the mod? That could be causing the issue.

Was wondering if we could have a huge boost to warmth on the collar?

My latest build was with survival, which works well in normal quests, and it will causes some problem in this quest......

I do use season of skyrim, so I guess I could edit the config file to increase temperature if that is not possible.

Sure. I've never played around with survival mods or modes. Is this done by just adding a keyword? I see some things with "warmth" keywords in AE, but I didn't know if those were particular to the "survival" mode that comes with AE, or if there were generic keywords that worked across all survival mods.

I think the issue lies with the collar. I use submissive Lola, which forces me to wear the collar from that mod, so i'm not wearing Balazars Collar. I even had to skip the quest part where i gives me his collar for that reason. In a previous comment you helped me find the quest ID to skip that part.

 

Could you perhaps make a compatibility patch for submissive Lola? So that the collar from that mod counts for Balazar aswell. Or maybe make a alternative version of the collar that uses another slot, so that both can be worn at the same time.

 

Edit: I found a workaround. By changing the slot that Balazars Collar uses with SEEdit i was able to equip it and then dismiss him.

I am stuck on a section of Balazars revenge where you are supposed to talk to Voldsea, I have tried looking for her everywhere and even tried teleporting to her/finding her in the DeadBodyCleanupCell but it seems like she just doesnt exist. not sure what to do since I'm also stuck with Balazars collar on so I have to be naked everywhere forever :')

Is there a way to request Balazar return to his canine form after you've finished part 2? Does he return to his canine form at some point, other than inside populated areas?

She's usually on the North Wind ship, in Candlehearth Hall, or walking around the city.  If you have the objective to speak with her and can't find her, you can use the following console command to skip past the dialogue with her: She doesn't play any other role in the quest.

Yes. After you finished part 2, he will have an additional dialogue line where you can ask him to stay in dog form. Otherwise, he will only be in dog form in populated areas in the daytime. However, he has to be in Dremora form to start any of the part 3 hold quests. Also, when you are in the middle of those quests, he will refuse requests to remain in dog form.

The warmth value is how much warmth an item provide to counter cold.

There is added cold for lacking some clothing (Body, boots, gloves, head and back), but that can be edited in Survival Control Panel mod.

In general none Nords will need 100 warmth to handle cold as if fully clothed. But I say, go for broke and put it at 200. 😜
