germanicus Posted December 15, 2013 Posted December 15, 2013 ND - I don't know how and why it started different dialog in you game, but in mine, it always triggers the thief as prostitute follower, only when used the line with (persude). Hm, I just checked my mods and there is one that I haven't checked - D13 Faster Speechcraft mastery. Do you think that this one might caused the bug? I will test it, thou I don't see why this mod will trigger the bug since it is only for the purpose of speeding up my speech perk. Just checked the mod mentioned above, and no, that mod has nothing to do with the bug I have.
TheDriedFinger Posted December 15, 2013 Author Posted December 15, 2013 If someone at the dance animation (PC) will not start, but only the undressing. I use Lunari-race and have an extra actors folder. In Lunari: data \ meshes \ bhakti \ actors. The animations folder must be copied there in addition. Perhaps this is also for other non-vanilla races a solution Have you tried multiple times or only once? On rare occasions, the dance animation will not trigger (I'm still investigating why this occurs). Just checked the mod mentioned above, and no, that mod has nothing to do with the bug I have. I am uploading an attachment that fixes the issue for me. However, it should not be considered an official update, since future updates will likely not include the fix. I am hoping that the Unofficial Skyrim Patch team will consider a bug report I have sent them and fix it themselves (assuming that this bug is not just specific to inicial44, NicoleDragoness, and myself). To install the fix, you must have already installed v1.7.3. Use the fix to overwrite the .esp. If you use any mods that alter thief dialogue, be sure to list it below this mod in your load order. Attachment removed due to reports that it might cause other dialogue bugs.

Then I have as described, the anaimations folders copied to the actors folder of Lunari executed FNIS and everything funktioniniert properly. Most races are installed in meshes \ actors or meshes \ actors \ character. Not Lunari. I have posted this only as a solution, if someone should also have similar problems. There is no longer a problem, since everything is fine.
TheDriedFinger Posted December 15, 2013 Author Posted December 15, 2013 I apologize. I read your post incorrectly. Thank you for the information. I will be sure to post it in the Description page.
NicoleDragoness Posted December 15, 2013 Posted December 15, 2013 Me too, clp2011. Misunderstood your post. Sorry. Edit: regarding the fix posted, I can only repeat that the problem with thieves (choosing the [persuade] dialogue) was present in my game also before I installed TDF's mod the first time. And, even in this early time, it was related with the dialogues from SexLab Romance mod. As it is actually. Still and again.
magicrealm Posted December 15, 2013 Posted December 15, 2013 i come back with my issue of the permanent dialogues to the npcs. i played with this mod and it turns out to be the best Prostitution mod and one of the most solid mods at LL. so i would like to use it as a Standard. but i really hate to have those dialogues all the time. now there are ways to avoid this, but all must be done by the author. generally there would be a mod activate / deactivate possibility. of course the mod can only be deactivated when all prostitutes are off the clock. otherway round it means, deactivating the mod sets the prostitutes off the clock, which could cause Problems if they are busy on work. the best method to de/activate a mod is performed by Random Sex, which gives the Player a hotkey for it. that is magnificant. other methods are : an item to wear or not to wear (Animated Prostitution), a time when you go "on duty" (like wenches in Radiant Prostitution), a spell to start and stop, an amount of arousal (that would not fit to make Money with it),a mcm option to cross on and off, etc. i mean, this should not be too much work for someone who knows how to do it, and the author of randomsex knows it. it is just an optional file to download for those who wants it, like me. im surely not the only one. so please, do it !
TheDriedFinger Posted December 16, 2013 Author Posted December 16, 2013 @NicoleDragoness: Did you download the fix file? It should actually fix the issue with the SexLab Romance dialogue appearing as well, since it deals with the common cause for the bugs. @magicrealm: I'll put something in the MCM menu for that, since I use a controller, so hotkeys aren't great for me. It would disable/enable dialogue with potential clients and dialogue to recruit prostitutes, but would leave dialogue with already-prostitutes untouched. I was initially hesitant because the idea of equipping/unequipping something or of activating/deactivating something is very annoying to me. But, you're right, it doesn't hurt to add it. Of course, an update will have to wait. I'm hoping that Arthmoor and his team will include a fix I suggested (based on inicial44's bug report) in USKP, and then I can continue development from v1.7.3 instead of v1.7.3 - With Thief Fix.
TheDriedFinger Posted December 16, 2013 Author Posted December 16, 2013 @inicial44: Hopefully, it fixes the issues that you have been having. Please report back if it works.
greenguy Posted December 16, 2013 Posted December 16, 2013 There is an option to turn off female pc prostitution but none for male prostitution. Is there a workaround or will this be a future fix?
TheDriedFinger Posted December 16, 2013 Author Posted December 16, 2013 There is an option to turn off female pc prostitution but none for male prostitution. Is there a workaround or will this be a future fix? That was intentional. The reason was that the female PC prostitution option would be rendered redundant by the more superior PC prostitution mods out there. However, there are no mods that I know of that offer male PC prostitution, so that is always available. I could add one in, if people are interested, for the next update.

Ambereros Posted December 16, 2013 Posted December 16, 2013 Hi TDF and thanks for you 1.7.3 update the message to trigger imediately the follower job is really helpful I however have a remark, maybe related with my mod list giving some interferences, but worth mentionning since it's clearly related to the use of your mod. -> I noticed that any save made while having follower in prostitute mode is unloadable. I have a CTD every time. -> It's all fine if i make her off the docks before saving. Any idea what may cause this ? It should be related to a script running only when there are followers in prostitution mode. hope you can help ! cheers and thanks again for the good work

For instance, I was even quite conservative regarding Update events (I run one every 60 seconds). I've never tried saving a game at that time, so I am sorry for not testing my mod thoroughly enough. I will try to find the cause for this and fix it by the next release.

To add to that, if I save a game while a prstitute is the mode to look for clients by herself, The game can then load ok but the dialogue "I will lokk for clients for you now" does not work, and thus there is no way to "release" the prostitute.
TheDriedFinger Posted December 16, 2013 Author Posted December 16, 2013 @Ambrothos & azmodan22: I tested this by creating a new save game, finding a follower, pimping her out, using console commands to allow the dialogue option for autonomy to appear, and then selecting that dialogue option. Then, I would wait until she would approach a client and they would begin walking towards a bed. I saved there. I quit the game to the Desktop and restarted the game. I loaded the save normally. The first trial loaded fine without the issue described by azmodan22. I then deleted the save, and created a new one, following the same steps. I attempted to load the save as before, but the game crashed. It should be noted that my computer is relatively weak, so the mod may not be the cause. I restarted the game. I started a new game and, after everything loaded up, I loaded the previous save. There was no crash and the issue described by azmodan22 did not appear. In sum, I cannot reproduce the effects you described (at least reliably). To discuss the issue brought up by Ambrothos: Does the issue consistently occur? If you go to a tavern and allow your prostitute to be autonomous, does the save always crash when loaded? Does the issue still present itself if you do the same but in a different tavern? Can you load the save game by creating a new game and loading the old save game from there? To discuss the issue brought up by azmodan22: I should first note that the effects of using the dialogue may not be apparent at first look. If the prostitute has found a valid client, she will continue with the scene and only stop being autonomous after the scene is over. Does this help to explain the behaviour that you have noticed? To both Ambrothos and azmodan22: If none of my discussions above have helped, have you tried resetting the quests, and, if the need arises, have you tried a clean save (by properly uninstalling and reinstalling the mod)?
Pinute Posted December 16, 2013 Posted December 16, 2013 I've a minor request, one that would be a nice addition but not too disappointing if you don't include it. Would there be a way to recognize puppets from puppet master, similarly to how followers are recognized? This way I wouldn't have to give gold to my puppet in order to pimp her out Like I said, it's a minor request and would simply, for me, be a rp'ing bonus since I do have a work around that works very well. Currently I use EFF to tell a downloadable vanilla-ish follower that I've set as a puppet to follow me, then use the follower dialog from TDF to put them to work. I then immediately dismiss them as followers. They continue in pimp mode just fine and everything works. (I use non-bethesda npcs to avoid any scripting issues). As I said, not having that intermediate step would be a nicety, nothing more.

Yeah, requirement -> bad idea. I'm hoping there's a keyword applied to the puppet that you can check for, similarly to how SexLab has SexLabNoStrip that mods can check for on armor. (I've reached the point where I can do static ck stuff now, and am peeking over other's shoulders on the scripting.)
NicoleDragoness Posted December 17, 2013 Posted December 17, 2013 I tried the fix but I returned on the previous version. I don't know if it fixes the problem with thieves because I still not met any one of them but the problem is strange, indeed. I lost the answers by Farengar (Dragonsreach's mage) to my question "What are you selling?". I have this line but clicking on it while speaking with Farengar does nothing. The line stay on screen and everything is blocked (Farengar and me) until I use the "tab" key to exit the dialogue. The list of items doesn't appear at all. The strange thing is that this happens ONLY with Farengar. All the other vendors in Whiterun are fine. I "downgraded" the TDF esp to the standard 1-7-3 version and everything is fine again. ?
germanicus Posted December 17, 2013 Posted December 17, 2013 Thanks for the info ND. I also noticed that with the fix for thief, sometimes dialog box disappear and when my prostitute have sex with a client afterward, animation is going on and on, endlessly.

So far i haven't made it to have my follower able to be autonomous (weel i managed but had to roll back quite a lot since none of my saves where loadable) In my case, i entered the Inn, started with dialogue "wanna make some money for us" and had some fun around. - I have the autosave manager so i had a few autosave by the time being and a quick save and one or two normal hard save. - My follower got stuck in her scene with a client (the tenth !) so i decided to hard save, then quit and reload. (It often fixes things like that) Then no way to load my latest save (CTD 100%, tried many times). So i tried the earlier ones. same (CTD 100%). Always from the main menu at game startup. The only save i could load was the auto save while entering the Inn (and the ones even earlier). I tried to load my later saves from within the game, but CTD as well (tried a couple of times too, CTD 100%). Then i tested. - I load my 'safe' save at the in entrence, save again, quit the game and reload -> ok - I load my 'safe' save, then start the job for my follower, using the dialogue option "wanna make some money for us". then save, quit the game and reload -> CTD ! - I load my 'safe' save, then start the job for my follower, using the dialogue option "wanna make some money for us". then have her get a client. then make her off the docks. then save, quit the game and reload -> OK i'll make more tests in different locations when i have time I'll try with a 'close to vanilla' fresh new game too, when i have even more time. I'll give you feed back when it's done cheers
