Veladarius Posted February 1, 2014 Posted February 1, 2014 I love the vibration effects of the plugs. Makes the chastity belt truly impactful on gameplay. But once I got the belt off, I didn't have a good reason to put it back on, and I missed the vibration effects. So I was wondering if it would be possible to apply the same effect to pieces of armor. I'd love to see an enchantment you could put on normal armor which adds the vibration effect as well as an overpowered ordinary enchantment effect (like fortify light armor or health or something). So the player would be inclined to voluntarily use the enchantment, and then deal with the side effects. For the Captured Dreams shop I made some plugs that have some beneficial enchantments as well as the vibration effects. I made these for as something for people that used them willingly, there are some conditions on them working though (intended). Other than that, the vibration effects are all set up as enchantments and it may be possible to add them to a piece of armor or something via the console but I have not tried that yet. Edit: Tried the console, the enchantments don't work with it. Probably needs the scripts from the belt to work.

Post a copy of your Papyrus.0.log. There was a bug with 2.6.2 - 2.6.5 that could lead to mod-wide script suspension. Are you running one of those versions?

I spend my evenings trying to make the mod work with rather than play, I must have really hit the "Quit working for rypley" clause )) The Papyrus.0.log, I can not find it my load order is Attach Files and I installed the 2.6.6 version to reinstall the game

I've had this though it only happens if i try and do something before the game has finished loading everything when i start a new game I just avoid it now by waiting for a few minutes after starting a new game
deimos01 Posted February 1, 2014 Posted February 1, 2014 Okay so I found a conflict between this mod and the milk mod. I have milk mod running prepped to be started but not actually started and had decided to remove it. Doing so causes this mod to lose script functionality making it so that anytime you attempt to remove the belt the dialog window isnt called up. however the device shows as unequipped in inventory but still shows equipped visually. Any attempt to reequip the belt causes the dual belt dialog to show. Reinstalling milk mod and activating its esp fixes this issue took me multiple hours of fixing saves to handle the esp to esm conversion thinking that i had to update to fix my issue only to finally find out this was the issue. It seem that this mod integrates itself with milk mod or vice-verse causing script dependencies/conflicts.

What should I do to make it work? It works if i install old version 2.6.5 Typically if it crashes before the start screen something is missing the proper master somewhere. Wrye Bash or TES5Edit will be able to tell you what is missing.

What should I do to make it work? It works if i install old version 2.6.5 Typically if it crashes before the start screen something is missing the proper master somewhere. Wrye Bash or TES5Edit will be able to tell you what is missing. What should I do to make it work? It works if i install old version 2.6.5 Typically if it crashes before the start screen something is missing the proper master somewhere. Wrye Bash or TES5Edit will be able to tell you what is missing. Can not find the file specified> [00:38] Background Loader: finished Something was looking for the esp version of Integration. You can load the other Devious Devices mods one at a time in TES5Edit and the ones that error out like that need updated to newer versions that use the Integration ESM.

When the vibration effect triggers the animation where the player starts touching themselves, I noticed that enemies stop attacking me and stand there. Is this an intentional effect? If so, could I request an MCM option to turn it off?

The change (Switching integration from ESP to ESM) makes sense to implement, and will benefit the DD family in the long-run, though. That configuration option controls the number of belted NPC's from your immediate area that will be processed via the effects/events system. Effects you're likely to notice include horny idles, vibration events, and such.

I was giving the Immersive College of Winterhold (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/36849/?) a try and found that it seems to kill your bookshelf in the college library. I figured it may be worth noting since it is in the top 30 Overhaul mods, with over 1,000 endorsements. I'm not seeing a work around via mod order and I checked in TESEdit to confirm there was a conflict with the bookcase. Not saying you should change anything, just perhaps mention it in your compatibility section.
