wondering if i am missing something obvious, cleaned some some animation mods and fnis, everything about the armbinder/yoke animations are working fine and even the kicking combat. however the "moving with dagger drawn" animation goes, only while moving.

when not moving it goes back to a proper animation with the arms inside.

Make sure your FNIS and XPMSE are up to date. Also if you have TK Dodge, uninstall it, it's incompatible with unarmed alternate animations.

I have problems with sexlab animations when wearing a yoke, it always says "Playing animation: ", then teleports me somewhere* and kills the NPC involved.

I've tried with overwrite enabled, with one option disabled and with both. I didn't have the ZaZ animations registered to sexlab yet**, but nothing changed when i registered them. The yoke is equipped by Sasha from Cursed Loot, i also don't get pushed to the ground when cursed loot says so.

I have the Feuertin animations installed in DDi, if important.

**edit: I have some animations for a yoke from Funnybizness SLAL pack, though.

 

Edit2: And something is still strange with creatures + overwrite enabled: when the animation starts, actors are misplaced, and some change position during animations too, bears for example switch their direction (animation is missionary, but suddenly the bear is in a 69 position). It doesn't happen when i turn overwrite off in DDi or don't wear any devices, so i suppose it's something here and not in sexlab or another mod. Not all devices cause it, but belts and armbinders do.

I've ran into a very nasty bug the game ctd's anytime I attempt to use the magic menu with a device equipped and general stability has become completely borked ( that I can live with to a point).

That was only your load order. I need to ask, have you sorted your resource priorities from left panel as well?

You have stack dumps and errors all over the place and the largest load order I have seen in a while, containing a significant number of -really- performance heavy mods. It's not very surprising that stuff is breaking left and right there.

 

whats weird though is back in august when the load order was a bit bigger (i've removed a few mods here and there 20+) everything worked fine, I could play for 8-10 hours with no issue and if I did ctd it would be because of memory (tried using enbs to fix that but running any enb would cause it to ctd before menu).  Also each time a mod is pulled or added a new game is started as per the norm.

 

One you get Stack Dumps your save game is broken. Scripts that should have run did not, and not just for a single mod or even just the mod that caused the dump. Any mod that might have tried to run their own script at that moment could be affected so you could have several scripted mods expecting conditions that will never happen because the scripts that were to set things up did not get run.

 

 

Essentially, once you have stack dumps your game is in an undefined condition and any mod using scripts and even the basic game (which also is heavily scripted) could be affected.

 

Stack Dumps = Don't ask for support for any mod except the one that caused the stack dumps to occur (which would be the mod with the most entries in each occurrence of the stack dump).

As far as the left panel I'm assuming its sorted dont really know what a really good sort for it would be as running loot and Mo's sort has broken a few mods for me.

as far as the stack dumps go, the biggest ones I've gotten have been from Creature framework and Sanguines debauchery and the base game itself.  Though its important to note the papyrus were taken at the start of a new game.  I'll upload another papyrus while in normal play a bit later, but out of curiosity would any scripts in data run even if there wasnt a mod to call them causing a stack dump?

MO sorting the left side is... suboptimal. Usually there is a reason when it wants to sort things different, but i always see which mods it wants to move, and do it manually in an order that seems to be useful. In general the right side sorted by loot is a good advice for a not terrible wrong left side in my experience.

In that case you must have another conflict. Have you checked if your XPMSE is up to date? If yes, then look for other mods similar to tk dodge or anything that uses alternate animations (FNIS should list them when you run it) and try see if you can identify the problem.

 

Since the team is unable to reproduce this and similar issues reported by some people, we can't address them unless users identify what they did to trigger the bug and let us know.

I went back and looked at your logs, you do NOT have any "stack dumps" in those logs. There are places where the stack for a single script is shown and that is ok and what should happen, it is not a stack dump.

 

A stack dump is when the stack for EVERY running script is dumped into the log AT ONCE. It is usually indicated by huge Papyrus log files, with what looks like hundreds or thousands of stack entries.

 

You did not have that happen so that is not a problem you need to be worrying about.

 

There are a lot of other issues shown in the logs, but not a stack dump.

Ah ok thank you for  the clarification, I'm rather new at looking at papyrus logs.

 

Update alright This is from a several hour run which centered around script heavy actions and building a home at lakeview.  I had no crashes  though a few mods bugged out  but those I've traced to xpmse.esp being missing.  Aside from that what I could tell from the papyrus as far as I understood it I had a few blank stack errors and a few bigger stack errors that are linked to scripts that are in a bsa.

MO sorting the left side is... suboptimal. Usually there is a reason when it wants to sort things different, but i always see which mods it wants to move, and do it manually in an order that seems to be useful. In general the right side sorted by loot is a good advice for a not terrible wrong left side in my experience.

 

 

MO left panel must be sorted manually. Matching it to your LOOT sorted load order is a good rule of a thumb. It does not need to be 100% accurate (and never is, due to patches in mods), but attempting to do so at least once will give you a better idea how mods should be loaded in it.

 

Left panel manages resource priorities. This includes running order for scripts, meshes and textures. For meshes and textures this is mostly obvious, but scripts are another problem. Left panel does not load resources according to your load order in MO. It loads resources as they are in the left panel itself.

 

As said, MO sorting tool is bad. Very bad. There is no point to use it, because it is easily confused by several common mods, like Complete Crafting Overhaul Remade. I have in fact turned the warning off entirely. I have sorted that panel so many times that I could do it from scratch, without even checking what LOOT made out of my right hand panel.

 

Ignore (or disable) MO resource priority warnings and sort the left panel manually. Make sure that tool ouput is added as separate mods from Overwrite. That folder should always be empty.

Ignore (or disable) MO resource priority warnings and sort the left panel manually. Make sure that tool ouput is added as separate mods from Overwrite. That folder should always be empty.

 

The reason i don't disable it entirely is that indeed can help to find problems, for example i just enabled Prison overhaul Patches before PO, and the load order was wrong then which is obviously a problem. MO suggested to change the left side in the same way which is stupid, but i knew something is wrong and changed the right side. 

I'd say, often MO has a good feeling if something is wrong, but no clue how to solve it. ;)

True. The problem is that it indeed gets confused about certain mods and may recommend entirely impossible orders, or things that you have already done.

 

This is why I recommended using LOOT sorted load order as a guide line. LOOT does not allow masters go below child mods, so it is a good baseline for left panel.

 

I disabled MO priority warnings entirely, after getting annoyed MO recommending constantly moving Dawnguard below Complete Crafting Overhaul Remade and Civil War Overhaul - or some similar nonsense. Allowing MO to "sort" my game would have only messed it up royall and caused new set of senseless warnings after next start.

The option "Number of NPC slotted" is about avoiding NPC to free theirs arms when into an armbinder or yoker, am i right ?

 

An example : if there are 5 characters at Whiterun, and 5 characters at Solitude, both staying in theirs places and equiping armbinders. Do i have to set the option to 10 or only to 5 ?

DD only handles NPCs that are in the currently loaded cell, the slots are not reserved for characters that don't need to be processed. So if you have 5 slots available, they will dynamically fill up with up to 5 eligible actors in the same cell as you.

Have you tried the following?

- Start a new game.

- Activate SexLab Framework ONLY from MCM.

- Save the game and exit to desktop.

- Start the game and load the save you made.

 

Sometimes DD and SL related mods take time to load their MCMs, until SexLab Framework has been fully initialized. Though I recall that the main problem with DDi MCM initialization was fixed in one of the previous updates.

- Start the game and load the save you made.

 

Sometimes DD and SL related mods take time to load their MCMs, until SexLab Framework has been fully initialized. Though I recall that the main problem with DDi MCM initialization was fixed in one of the previous updates.

I am going to try that but all my DD and sl related mods mcm show up but the DD related ones settings don't show up

Do you have a lot of mods active? I don't remember the specifics but MCM not appearing for mods above a certain load order index has been a thing for a long time. It may be a long shot buuuut could you try loading DD Integration earlier in your load order? The best way to test it would be to put mods that have MCM menus early in your load order and those that don't (clothes, houses and such) later and then start a new game (don't rearrange your load order if you intend to continue an existing playthrough, it may corrupt your save)

It's already pretty high in the load order

In that case I'm not sure what your issue could be. It's also possible that some mod fails to initialise properly and and breaks SkyUI's startup routine. If you can't resolve your issue otherwise, you could also try a bare essentials load order that only contains DD, its requirements and the requirements of their requirements. If this works, that means that another mod is causing the issue.
