Getting a CTD whenever the armbinder is equipped.

 

Looking into it more.

 

caused by Zaz Animation Pack 5.50.

 

Most likely, the change in the bound idle.

I tested it and I didn't get any CTDs. Actually I even put armbinder on and tried to switch between different bound idles and it didn't affect the armbinder (the normal armbinder offset was playing and wasn't affected by ZAZ settings) and I even went to showracemenu to change race and did everything else I could to break it but it resisted my attempts ^^ (don't let that go to your head Skyrim! I wish I could say that about you more often ._.)

 

Mebe there's somethign wrong with your skeleton?

You can squeeze your own inflatables but not followers.

There's a spell to activate the soul gem plugs, but in followers and NPCs the plugs are flaky and it's not always working.

 

They're working on it, but...... nothin' yet :)

I like info to you about Evious Devices kits are successful but I found one file is bug name "dd-sd1-compatibility-patch.esp" from "sanguine' s Debauchery 1 Compatibility Patch.rar" cause start to run game then shut to Windows and won't running on game start "Skyrim", So I disable box of "dd-sd1-compatibility-patch.esp" from "Data Files" then click "Start" successful running game of Skyrim now. that mean one file problem, can you help me and advice me or recommence add other files for support "dd-sd1-compatibility-patch.esp" or fix debug? thank you.

Are you using Sanguines Debauchery? That esp is a patch for use with it.

Hey I'm havin' a bit of an issue here, er rather, little bug:

For whatever strange reason if the player is gaged with a ball gag (havent tried it with the others) and struggles with the armbinder, that little gaged moan doesnt play. What does play is the normal un-gaged sigh. Mind you, I do have Gags+ and GagSFX installed, but they didnt do anything to this beforehand. 

Any ideas would be apreciated.

It also seems like the charger plugs takes away arousle instead of give it. Is this supposed to happen?
Also, how do I know its charging? Any form of notification?

Again, any info is apreciated!

I'm using Clothing Converter to swap the DD items over to my custom UNP body. This works well -- except for the Expansion's harness. That gets oddly distorted. Looking at the harness' .nif, the body inside it seems thinner than regular CBBE v3, upon which my conversion was based.

 

Could you specifiy which exact CBBE body was used to craft the Expansion's harness?

I notice that you're running the SD1 compatibility patch, but I don't see SD in your load order.

The charged plugs don't modify your arousal at all (They do increase your arousal rate multiplier as every other plug does, though). You're probably witnessing the over-time decay of your time based arousal. You can manually raise your arousal by any of the normal means. The plugs will begin charging once your arousal is at 100, and you will receive a notification every 1 in-game hours to that effect.

The scripts aren't running at all in this: Looks like you uninstalled  / reinstalled mid-playthrough? It's toast in this save, though you might be able to recover it via the save-cleaner utility.

I do hear that breathing yes, but what I mean is the moan that plays at the end of the struggling animation does not sound gagged (at least with the ball gag). When the message comes up that the player has not effected their bindings, usually a gagged moan will play, however one no longer plays at the end of the animation. Instead, a normal sexlab moan plays. Any idea what I should do to remedy this? (is it possible that animation finishes before the audio plays, thus not queuing it?)

 

Also, it does not seem like the chargeable plug was charging, even after waiting several hours.

Edit: Yeah it doesn't seem to recognize that the player is gagged. Should I try to re-install DD to correct this, or is there something less tedious I can do? (Cause I'd rather not un-install DD and all the other mods with it, and re-install them one by one... call me lazy)

 

Edit2: Did a clean re-install of the mod. Still the same ungagged moan at the end of the arm binder struggling. I'm starting to think that this is intentional... if so, could you change that back? I think it was really neat that the character uttered a little gagged moan after failing to loosen the arm binder. (which is why I'm perusing this to begin with)

A bit more thought on that matter: Various items apply a factor to exposure, but few cause exposure in the first place - mayhap the diverse plug events, however, should do so. Or rather: what they already do seems to fit the concept of exposure quite well, no?

For the sake of completeness: It seems to work with a displayed value of 98 just fine. Not sure about 97 and downwards.

Started the quest, 3rd quest marker was missing. After going to solstheim, and then Falskaar, finally found it in some ruins in Falskaar.

 

The first two markers in skyrim went fine - didn't find him there.

 

But whenever I approach the ruins in Falskaar where Zed is supposedly at, my game crashes everytime I go close to the place.

 

Not sure whats causing it.. got all the required mods installed, also have SD+ along with the compatibility patch.

That's odd: The script that handles that interaction is small indeed. Stop the quest (zaddForbiddenTomeQuest), and see if the issue persists? If it does, post a copy of your Papyrus.0.log

 

How do you start the Radiant Master quest and remove the chastity belt after completion of Sergius's Experiment?

Radiant Master is unfinished content, you cannot start it. The belt is automatically removed after the completion of Sergius's Experiment.

Further thought on the dungeon selection issue: Aside from checking for cleared-but-respawned locations, one might also just choose any location (actually: any location which is not subject of another active quest) and force it to respawn on stage progress.

- This is the way it works for non-radiant quests in vanilla.

 

At least for Zed S. Curio's fetch quest it might also be viable to just add the items to a location, be it cleared or not and respawned or not: All the items he asks for are common rubble and without motivation to do so, an adventurer would not pick them up by itself.

- This has the added complication that the location might respawn after item placement and thence remove the item (or not; non-clearing items in respawning cells has been a long standing bug in Skyrim - if I am not mistaken, player mis-shot arrows are still not cleared up).

Should be solvable with additional quest stages: One stage points to the location (just point somewhere in any cell part of it), the next stage begins once the PC enters and places the item (to which the quest pointer were then redirected).

Y'ello. I've an annoying issue with Sergius Experiment and I can't seem to find  fix for it.

 

Basically, no matter when I go to him he always says they are not fully charged and thus I'm kind of (q.q) stuck with the belt and them on - that's not a big issue, but for -some- reason they have started (lately) to prevent me from doing alchemy or enchanting for example - it gives me the 'you sit down, trying not to make the plugs shift around' -ish message and I get up immediately. I've tried to end the quest by setting stage, or completequest through console, tried removing the items via console as well.

 

the quest was finished by 'complete quest' but alas the plugs remain and I can't take them off no matter what. Any idea what to do?

edit 1: how do you set arousal level to 100 via console, if possible? might try that.

Fiddling with the belt triggers exposure. Exposure is an additive component of arousal. Try to remove the belt via magic (saves lockpicks) to increase arousal. As exposure and time rate decay, you may have to refresh your exposure a couple of times until the gem is charged.

 

If your arousal decreases too quickly, you might want to modify Sexlab Aroused settings for the duration of the quest: Set decay to '0' to turn it off and arousal should only decrease via orgasm.

 

... You will note when the gem is fully charged. Count the number of charge messages per different message.

 

- No idea about the alchemy abortion, though. I fail to reproduce that (although I recall there be a bug in vanilla, which arbitrarily causes such "automatic abortion" behaviours to occur with all crafting stations - I think there was no other fix than to carry on for an indefinite time span; but also try to exit and restart the game).

 

Now that you have tampered with the quest, though, all bets are off. I suggest you reload to a point before you did that.

 

In turn a linguistical inquiry: What parts is this "y'ello"-greeting composed of? Second time I have encountered it, no idea which base words might be employed.

@ Zsar - will try the decay. For now, I've disabled the .esp of the mod via launcher so I can focus on a couple of other quests. As for y'ello, pretty sure it's part yo, part hello :D ello by itself has a weak start 'eee' (blurgh) so y'ello it is (for me).

Do you have Xaz Prison Overhaul installed?  The aborted animation for enchanting and just about every other kind of crafting is a known problem in that mod.  Use the MCM menu to turn off the bounty hunters and set the bounty to the max 10000.

Hiya! I'm just here to give you kudos and thank you for making this awesome mod, it really rocks. I just completed the Forbidden Tome quest yesterday and I'm still absolutely amazed by it! The plot is so unique, and I never expected the "favor" you'd have to do to Urag to get released from your bonds - and that was just so incredibly nasty and awesome. I hope you keep working on mods, because you're good at it!
