Hey @JB.! Just played through CS after maybe almost a year and I can't believe what you've done with this mod! I didn't think this mod could get better but dayum, way to prove me wrong! Lol! The new quests are all fantastic! I loved the surgery bits and the new VIP quests. I swear, I think you've tweaked every quest to be a little bit better, a little bit smoother or something because the whole mod just feels more cohesive to play. Maybe part of that is just the way better voicing of the mod as well! Also loved the new quests with finding the bomb. I was really excited about the green market and drug mule quests when I saw it on the quest list and I loved how you integrated the quests with Trudy and that Chem pusher guy. Great work!

In your case I would suggest to just turn the timer a bit higher make it 12 or 24 hours so its not too intrusive. And even if you choose to keep it there will be more than enough SJ around to help you out.

 

I guess the story angle I'm going for is basically getting revenge eventually after getting beaten down.

 

In the junkie route, I feel so completely broken in the text dialogue (excellent btw) that I can't realistically see my character do anything but run away if she gets freedom, and live as a broken person.

 

Unless there is a watershed moment. 

 

I guess Ill keep my junkie save and backtrack a bit to try the non-junkie and see if I like it better. I don't mind the frequency of the withdrawals, and I think it's pretty awesome. Just trying to RP my character a certain way this run and it becoming too dissonant.

I think Diamond City Expansion could load after Slaver or NR or you're gonna have missing/flickering structures

So I tried a manual aaf-scene ( by HOME-ENTER.... ) 10 feet in front of the PC.

 

Ended the scene with END.

 

And then my PC was able to move.

Removing mod mid game can cause problems later on. It's best to start over clean .

With my rudimentary knowledge with xEdit, I tried to filter for conflict, and got this. I presume based on this info that PPF and PRP are the ones causing the conflict? Or do I need more info? 

 

I am completely willing to remove PRP and PPF (I assume the Unofficial Fallout Patch conflict isnt an issue since that patch is one of the req for the mod?), or do more research to learn how to make a patch or something (probably would take a while), but I am unsure whether or not this is the right path I'm on, or if I'm misunderstanding xedit (highly likely).

 

On the other hand, is this really a huge game ending issue? Depending on how hard and gameending (restart a new game) this will be to fix might inform my decision.

If its not game ending, (i.e my save file is going to shit itself if I keep playing with this) + the fix is overly complicated. I can personally deal with the visual flickering no big deal. 

 

So any input would be appreciated.

Got my "flickering" and "missing walls" problems and "freeze every 20 seconds at 60fps" in Corvega, Crovega-Plant, the Whore-House, Lexington, NUKA-Town, NUKA-etc., etc., solved by this workaround:

 

Disclaimer: This works for me. I only suggest to try this workaround. Please don´t blame me, if You´re setting gets messed up by this. :)

 

 

 

  • Repair your FALLOUT4.ESM and all DLC.ESMs with Steam if you have run the auto-clean via FO4EDIT or else in the past.

CAUTION! Steam could kill your fallout.exe and your setting!

Especially after the 25.04.2024!

Make a save-copy of your "/Steamapps/Common/fallout/"!

 

  • remove "Previsibines Repair Pack Stable Branch - PRP"  and disable any depending .esp and esl.

 

 

  • my plugin list (..only the important last entries):
    • (CS and NR6.6.1.h along each others are working fine, but obviously my PC was not going the "new Little way" of NR.)

  • Important: "slavers CWSS patch" is a diva! Place it there or disable it.

 

 

IF you have still missing walls in the Corvega-Plant:

  • Check your three .Ini-files in MO2 for this:   (I found 4 different entries in my .ini-Files, .... )  "bUsePreCulledObjects=  "
    • Set it to ""bUsePreCulledObjects=0"                

 

 

If you get your screen freezing each 20 or 30 seconds for one or more seconds, despite you are getting 60pfs from your GPU and the GPU is cold:

  • Check your load on your hard-disks!  
    • Use the Windows-Task-Manager:
    • If your "/MO2/Fallout4/" or "Steamapps/Common/Fallout4"-hosting disk or disks are near 100%, it´s time to
      • Move your "Fallout4" with via Steam onto a external SSD, (dont use your WIN11-System-SDD, you won´t get Windows to let you mod without problems. Spend 100 bucks for a 1G-SDD, and you will never get problems with "no write permission".

 

 

If you have problems with your framerate, wavering between 15 and 60fps and your GPU-Load ist staggering also:

  • search for "iPresentInterval=1" in your .ini-files.
    • Set it to "iPresentInterval=2" and you will cut Fallout at 30fps. (not great, but better than freezing......).

 

IMPORTANT!

Be sure, that you edit the right .ini-files. (The ones that MO2 uses: "MO2/Fallout4/")

Be sure, that you check all three .ini-files for the entries.

IMPORTANT!

If you use BethINI: 

Check the path! Not only in "MO2 Modify Executables" but also in BethINI itself. There it must link to your actual "MO2/Fallout4/profiles/what-ever-your-profile-is-named"-folder.

Otherwise your editing will be futile.

This worked for me. I only suggest to try this workaround. Please don´t blame me, if You´re setting got messed up by this. :)

I got it working just now.

The problem was AAF not being installed correctly with all it's dependencies. I walked through the installation guide and now it seems to work.

 

I have a new problem:

In the first sex scene with Murphy the female player character changes to a male body and the hair does strange things,

 

Any advice for that?

there is no mod (that i know of) to spread slavery across the commonwealth.  if you just want to take slaves (for yourself or to sell) Just Business 

would be my personal recommendation (if you use it turn off slave escapes as that part does not work right - if a slave escapes you cannot recapture them)

if you want to keep going with your game after CS you can.  there are a couple of lasting effects.

Gristle is dead but you can finish the Concord Museum vanilla mission to get Preston freed (does work even with Outcasts and Remnants and Project Valkyrie mods)

 

Jared is dead - so any mods that require him alive will have issues - Raider Pet worked when installed after finishing CS last time i tried it

 

Chief Dwayne (DC security) is dead (true ending for certain) - mods requiring him alive will have issues

 

Whore House is still there - condition of interior depends on which ending you choose

 

Dr Duff outside of Whore House will "pretend" (act like) nothing of CS happened

 

if you chose the true ending - worked with Gristle to kill slavery ring

 

Whore House is active again and inside 

Snoopy should be available as possible companion

can whore yourself in Whore House

talk to Dr Duff to voluntarily do her mission again as a free person 

talk with Medium Sized to get a cut of caps (not sure of regen time on this but does work)

unsure if Trudy and/or Wolfgang will give you their missions as a free person (do not think they will but have not checked yet this game)

Hey, I got the mod working well enough, the whore house works good and all but there's a lot of fucked up stuff in Corvega. Invisible walls, floors, missing furniture and stairs, rooms are just a straight up gone and when I enter em it's just a blurry mess. Any ideas on what to do to fix it?

Make sure CS loads last and your not using pre combines

Really amazing mod, kudos with the updates and hoping to see more features sooner as this is the only reason which makes me wanna play fallout 4.

But this mod is giving me one major trouble at the Correctional institute,

As Dwayne is just killing me directly on sight with his shot gun and set stage command also is not helping me much, last run with 2.3.8 also I was having the same issue but with set stage I entirely skipped the fight part. This time even after upgrading to 2.5 having the same issue.

I read from earlier posts that kill worked for few, but for me every fight scene ends with player character death i.e in pit or this dwayne fight.

Any assitance would be really helpful. Thanks.

Run FO4edit and check conflict.

Having an issue in the whore house I have gotten to the part where you have to sleep after the first round of dealing with the customers but I am unable to sleep because once I enter the whore house I am taking 1 Rad per second and I have to use console commands in order not to die I also am unable to sleep because I am taking radiation damage. I havent seen this issue in the forums so im hoping there is a fix ill be trying some things tho.

Does it matter what jobs you take to get to the 20 jobs you need to progress the quest?

 

For example, Diamond City job where you

Does that affect how the quest progresses? Or is it basically just radiant quests to get to 20 so I can do whatever?

Hey it worked, thanks! Now I have another problem. In the intro of the Truce quest where Jared locks ya into a cross... I'm stuck in it. Can't get out no matter what MCM debug option I try. I'm guessing he's supposed to let you out himself but it ain't happening for whatever reason...

So I figured out that if you turn on GodMode thru the cheat terminal it will take away the radiation effect just for a quick fix now im still trying to get other options to work

Nevermind, I figured out a bandaid solution, just disable the cross before talking to him.

my brain be stupid so im asking to make sure im reading correctly. Installing this mod to a new game means I cant progress the main story with Preston & them until I complete this mod's story first?

Just a query tho after getting the true ending, this mod is blocking from triggering aaf violate as in the player character dies instead of getting knocked down by raiders. it works when I click the surrender button but the auto surrender option is not working. If someone have a solution please help.

sounds like you have get dirty installed and have it set to hard n dirty. That will constantly give you rads if you reached the threshold. Now don't just go change it to just dirty. Take a shower first and get clean otherwise it sometimes bugs out and you cannot get rid of it and have to reload. So first go take a shower and see if it goes away. If it does not then its already bugged and you will have to load a previous save. If it goes away then go into get dirty and change the setting to just dirty. And bob's yer uncle.

Violate should work fine. I think you are put into the raider faction during cs that might prevent you from getting violated.(I speak under correction here) But believe me my poor slave have been violated by literally everything else in the wasteland during CS. And if you are playing CS why are raiders attacking you ? They should not. You must have some mod that makes them aggressive.
