I was in the same boat as you. Here is something that someone posted for me earlier in the thread. Helped me a lot.

 

For your problem specifically, I would make sure that AAF supercedes things like Real Handcuffs or any restrictive item mods being placed on your character. That was the culprit for why my animations didn't work and characters just morphed into each other. 

Ok so I figured out what my issue was. I needed the GFV tool on the AAF discord in order to figure it out. But all I

had to do was reinstall "Real Handcuffs" with the LLFP box unchecked!

well yes and no

 

you have to follow the questline for a while.  

 

when you finish the 1st part of the questline Lindstrom will let you choose what to do (radiant quests) or you can ask him for something new.

 

if you ask Lindstrom the something new choice he will give you more quests on the questline (newer quests).

 

if you choose the radiant quest (ask Lindstrom to choose what you do) you can do most quests you have done before, so if you have continued 

with the newer quests they do become available when choosing for yourself.  there are a couple of quests that are 1 time quests.

 

you just need to succeed with a total of 20 points (or more if you adjusted it) from quests.  whether from questline or radiant does not matter technically.

the more of the 2nd part of the questline you do the more options you have when choosing (radiant) what to do.

 

there are some quests that are triggered only in certain times or circumstances

2 quests that only work at certain times are The Drue Mule and The Green Mile

these 2 are only available (iirc) during "Pet Walk" (free roaming) and repeat of "The Hook-Up" (sell drugs in vicinity) and you must solve the Trudy/Wolfgang standoff.

 

The Runaway Slave will only fire once (iirc) and only if you run away during another quest when your collar timer is deactivated at a wrong time.

(iirc) you will get a pop-up that gives you a choice for one of the times you can run away, and special dialogue a different time.

iirc there are at least 3 chances to do this if you play through the entire questline.

 

if you lose both arms along the way you can talk to Dr Duff to get a special thing (quest?) to regain 1 arm.  not sure if you have to ask her

during The Hooker or during The Scientist.

 

if you do the True Ending after completing CS

Dr. Duff will do her  mission again with you as a free person providing you did her mission during CS 

Snoopy can be a companion if you completed his training (got the perk to level 3 iirc)

if you talk to Medium Sized at the end of CS you can later go to Whore House for a cut of caps and/or work in Whore House with customers.

Wait. There were newer quests O_O?! 

 

I thought that it was all radiant quests. Damn it. I basically spammed the shortest radiant quest because I thought they were all just repeats and it felt like a slog. I felt like something was wrong. I should of had more faith Q_Q 

 

How many new quests are there? Enough to finish the last 10 or so points?

Damn there is a quest to get both your arms back? Maybe I should of kept amputation, kind of sucked that I didn't want to deal with permanent amputation (I don't like the idea of mcm commanding it away), so I just hand waved the amputation punishment for running away as Gristle scared her that he would actually do it). 

 

If I ever do a new playthrough I might try it out, since there is a mod "lore friendly" way to get it back

 

The information is very helpful. I thought I had played all the content and basically only had radiant quests left to do until I hit the 20 needed for the ending. This is very exciting.

To have dildos with lesbian scenes you need either Vioxsis Strap-ons or UAP, and dont forget to build in Bodyslide.

I finished the CS, as I already had a CS Run and noticed after finishing CS I believe it features are supposed to be shut down, but it is not. During CS my character was violated by a radscorpion on the way to vault 111, where I had to fetch a cryogun for jared. But after completing the quest CS_HERO with true ending i.e after the grave scene. My player character is dying on spot after getting shot even after the threshold of health. Cos I was continuing my vanilla quests after finishing the mod. This is what is happening. And I also noticed, before I start the CS, the knockout feature is working but after starting it is not.

Violate doesn't kick 100% unless you set your character as essential, no? Besides, on your way to the vault Big and Little bomb is supposed to take out any threats for you. I've never seen radscorpion in that area but should be the same. 

 

Anything left over from Slaver should be the Whore House under new management, your tattoos and marks, and your junkie addiction, slaver jet, if you choose not to cure it. 

 

Not exactly sure Slaver has a knockout feature

I see a possible cause. There is a mod that seems to strip you just as violate have to kick in. I have a feeling the one script is loading first and you die before violate can kick in. Can you disable that mod and do a few runs and see if it persists

  • “The Scaver”  iirc this is the last quest of the 1st part of the questline (you can now ask to repeat missions or do free roaming)
  • “Pet Walk”    free roaming and you have to ask Lindstrom for this
  • "The Weapon"  1 time mission and first mission of the newer missions (part 2 of the main questline which is mostly optional) ask Lindstrom new stuff
  • "The Runaway Slave"  1 time mission - multiple start points for this one
  • “The Threat”
  • "The Pit"
  • "The Porn Studio"
  • "The Scientist"
  • "The Bomb" does not always use map markers so when you have a strength reading (60% 65% etc) you will have to follow that to find location it wants
  • "The VIP"
  • "Green Market" - during Pet Walk, ask Trudy for a job.  must solve the Trudy/Wolfgang conflict first
  • "The Mule" - during Pet Walk, ask Wolfgang for a job.  must solve the Trudy/Wolfgang conflict first

 

 

you can get 18 points just from those missions.

i usually avoid The Runaway Slave and by getting the extra info during The Hooker and have 17 or 18 points when i finish that part.

 

personally i don't like becoming amputated but leave it turned on so if i misbehave to badly it can happen.

as it has been a while i do not remember if Dr. Duff regens just the 1 arm or both, but iirc it is only 1 arm and you need to have lost both for her to help with that.

i seem to remember (could be wrong here) that during the ending you get your arms back either when released at the Vault (bad ending) or when

   Dwayne helps remove collar/tattoos (true ending).

In the Green Market quest in Gwinnett restaurant there is a mireluk that spawns in the lower that frenzies the quest target and other mutants in the area.  Makes completing the quest difficult and risky (radiation).  Just an FYI

I went through some of the previous posts. I read somewhere that this CS mod is making my character non-essential I guess for the collar bomb to work properly and even during few quests in game, like pit and if I am in cross fire of enemy attack I just die instead of staying down for example, the pit fight with super mutant he hit kills me and the game restarts from last checkpoint and I am playing in survivor mode . Also I have finished play through of this mod twice one 2.3.8 version and this version 2.5.3 common issue I faced was the non-essential status being removed from player character. Cos for testing purposes I started the game and skipped triggering the CS and went to check out the violate feature in the same place, it worked, but after triggering the CS and finishing the true ending it is not. That is the grave scene and talking to medium bomb I am directly dying.  I believe something in this mod is disabling my essential status and this mod having priority is over writing it.

At quoted above, the same thing worked before initiating this mod, that strip is combat strip I have been using that in previous runs. I never faced any major issue with this mod than the essential status being removed. I so love this mod and works perfectly with the tone of the previous game only thing is, it is somehow disabling the essential status after triggering the mod. And something is still stuck in the background even after finishing the mod. On running the command "SQV _CS_Hero" I get status running with stage 4999.

I've not completed CS on this run as i'm still playing through it but i tried triggering violate with

And a mirelurk knocked me into knock down and then assaulted the PC

 

Even with these toggled on it never showed the essential as true

While i don't know a lot about how violate works it doesnt appear to use the default fallout 4 essential flag

Its not so much that its the mod. I am talking script lag. Eventho a mod might work with other mods does not mean it will always work when script heavy mods are introduced into your load order. At least do the test and check. you can always enable it again. Troubleshooting is all process of elimination to find the cause. As for violate its not violate that is the issue. That works perfectly fine. Been testing CS for a long time now and can promise you that violate works flawlessly in every single version of CS I tested.

Sure mate, nothing goes in trying. I really love CS and every run has been awesome. Maybe I can try the combat strip disable. who knows it might be a factor. Thank you for that point which I missed.

It's working for me mid CS with creatures. As mentioned before the radscorpion outta nowhere. But as soon as I finish the quests my character can't stop dying.

Exit onto the top floor where you will see a deactivated protectron and go left up the stairs onto the gantry and push the button to extend the walk way, he is in the little officy bit

 

(To be fair as i hadn't played fallout 4 for like 2 years before deciding to re-install and give this mod a try i also struggled to find Jared in the multi level corvega the first time)

Knowing that would've saved me quite a bit of time reinstalling everything from scratch. :) On the other hand, I had a bunch of outdated stuff so rebuilding my mod list was probably a good idea anyway. :D

@tattooleak would you be able to provide your modlist/order.

There are a couple of things that I am thinking of, which my be hijacking your death script and would like to confirm. Are you using  any-other mods that have death alternatives, i.e Knockout framework or Horizon. When you are playing survival mode normally are you able to toggle god mode (tgm) or even set your self essential and not again. Have you added any mods in between while you were playing CS and last have you tried loading a game from before starting CS with violate active and tested if it works with the same raider.

I've gotten to the point where you go to Slaver's Valley, but it seems like the entire zone is messed up?

 

The sky is basically a low res mesh, other navmesh issues and the npcs act incredibly weird. 

 

I searched the forum and it said there was a patch somewhere? But it was taken down? 

 

How do I fix this issue? CS is at the bottom of my load order (minus the bald patch and voices). I've removed PRP, and I don't think I have any mod  that changes locations drastically.

Look in the optional folder there is a "Slavers - Slavers Valley Patch 1.8" zip file, that might be  the one you are looking for.

Yes violate did work before before activating CS. "tgm" was not possible in survival mode and as mentioned by the other user I tried to disable strip. Instead of disabling mid-game, I just made few changes and made sure I get invincibility through strip. And now it's working by changing some settings which wasn't required during early runs,

 

 

but anyhow I am happy it is working now. Thank you @Evelynith , @osculim , @4nln415 and @pinky6225 for the replies and assistance.
