You don't do anything, CS calls AAF to play an animation and you just sit back and watch. Or, fly around looking at how bad Bugthesda built the game world. LOL

SetStage _CS_Thorns 160 should skip the sex scene.

Been working on getting this mod to work as well as some other ones for the last couple days Issue im having rn is missing a master file CWSS Redux.esp I also have to finalize my mod order think I have most of my mods working but havent had an animation play yet. Any Help would mean alot

That patch is optional and only needed if you have and want to use CWSS. Just in case you were unaware CWSS adds usable showers/baths (and toilets if you have other needs mods) for other mods like get dirty to clean your character. You do not need CWSS to play Commonwealth Slavers.

However CWSS is no longer available on Nexus, so you will need to find it somewhere else. An alternative is Build your own pool (BYOP)

 

These are the only Hard Requirements needed to get CS running.

Anything else listed is either optional or mods to expand the gameplay.

Just finished this mod. Amazing! Got through it with almost no cheats, although there was a fair amount of reloading when a vital NPC would not do what they were supposed to.

 

I had to outright use the console once, when you're supposed to follow a dog out of Corvega. It just refused to move away from the platform. Unlike other NPCs you're supposed to follow there was no teleport cheat, so I just used "moveto".

 

The quality of the writing here was extremely good, probably the best of any FO4 quest mod (although to be fair there aren't many to compare to). Definitely much better than anything else on LL.

 

I'm curious, does this mod have to be installed at the start of a playthrough in order to work, or can it be installed later? Asking because I'd like to play Nuka Ride and then CS... maybe that's possible if I install CS after finishing Nuka Ride.

So I tried playing with Kziitd Fetish Toolset and found a problem. When I first reached the Corvega plant, I'm supposed to talk to Gristle but I can't say anything but muffled sounds with the gag on, to which Gristle keeps replying with "Huh?". I tried all four dialogue options and the results are all the same. Had to reload an old save without the Toolset in order to progress.

Anyone want to take a quick look at this load order? I think I finally got it after seeing you say to uninstall NukaRide. See anything that might bite me? I'd hate to have it blow up later.

scrap everything is a big no no. Honestly you should just take out anything (building mods, weapon mods, other sex mods such as harassment, violate, raider pet, autonomy, specators...etc) you don't need atm. You could always add them back after finishing slavers inlcuding NR.   

 

I think Diamond City Expansion could load after Slaver or NR or you're gonna have missing/flickering structures

So I just took a look at your list, and to me there is nothing major that stands out.

There are a few mods which I have a personal worry about being "Armorsmith extended", "AWKCR" and "Scrap Everything". The first two are considered to be over bloated and tend to cause problems. The last one does the opposite  of Previsibines Repair Pack (PRP) in that it breaks cells up in order for things to be scraped so not sure how it will interact with JBs mods (even with CS being below).

Again those are just my personal opinions.

Did you get the ones about AAF and themes being installed when you came out of looks menu? that happens for me when using SKK fast start when PC is about half way up the vault elevator

 

As i had those not pop up before (dunno why) and that stopped other stuff starting but then when i went back into looksmenu via the console they appeared (showlooksmenu player 1 command) so i never really worred about it as it never happened again

 

So only real idea is make a new game and check you receive both of those and then try approaching murphy and seeing if you get the CS disclaimer

EDIT: So after the x'th try, I disabled Nuka Ride, and now the thing popped up. So it was NR causing it, but the main thread did not mention it. Now going to the Nuka Ride 6.6 testing post, it did mention, that Duke is offed in Slavers, which could interfere with NR...But in this case it was quite the opposite, it wont let me start Slavers...

I´ve got the same problem.

 

Setstage didn´t work.

 

So I tried a manual aaf-scene ( by HOME-ENTER.... ) 10 feet in front of the PC.

 

Ended the scene with END.

 

And then my PC was able to move.

And try to repeat the pest control quest again.

Question, so is this completely done now with the given 4 endings or will there be possibly an expansion like going into Nuka World or something of the like?

You probably download the file as a .zip file.  The FOMOD doesn't open that way.  Download it as .7z file and reinstall.  Mine had the same issue till I noticed there was no plug-in associated with the Mod.

There will be some specific dialogues for NR if you completed Slaver, but many find it hard to connect the two smoothly because they have completely different tone. 

I'm personally doing a playthrough right now where my character was freed before finishing Slaver and went to Nuka World, and one regular playthrough after completing Slaver.

you can play with the KFT installed.  there might be a couple of spots you will need to use the CS MCM to remove them due to gag talk issues.

in the MCM - Commonwealth Slavers - Cheats - remove DD devices and remove KFT devices

in my case i had the same issue at a different point in the mod and used that to remove KFT devices and was able to continure normally.

ok if you really want to play both CS and NR in the same game.

1 - understand they have different tones and it may/will require some mental gymnastics for your Nora to go to NR from CS

2 - do not install NR yet

3 - play CS until you have earned your freedom and are free from the raiders

4 - after you finish CS put away/store anything you had on you that you gained along the way, and most of your inventory (you want on a little bit on you)

5 - make a hard save INSIDE Vault 111. i would suggest using console (open console, "savegame NRPrestart" or something so you know why you made that

     savegame, close console).

6 - install NR (and any patches for it)

7 - load save game made in step 5 and adjust NR MCM

8 - exit Vault 111 and talk to Duke (young girl is the alternate start) to start NR

it is basically done at this point, but might have other stuff added in the future (possible but probably will not happen for a while if it does)

i cannot load that picture for some reason, however

 

any NPC dialogue overhaul mods or headtracking mods can cause issues.

 

if Murphy is approaching you outside Vault 111 something is wrong. (he should be sitting by the ramp to the button to go back inside Vault 111)

 

if you are approaching Murphy do you get the disclaimer pop-up message box??  if not see

if you approach Murphy and do get the disclaimer make sure to read it as one choice turns the mod off and the other 

has the mod start (and should have Gristle and Murphy talk to you).

Anyone want to take a quick look at this load order? I think I finally got it after seeing you say to uninstall NukaRide. See anything that might bite me? I'd hate to have it blow up later.

That would be nice; this has been the best Nooty quest mod for FO4; on an alternate side would be nice to play as Slaver like that one Skyrim mod...umm Slaverun(?)

Question, if I go the Junkie route, if I break the addiction will it still treat you as a junkie? Is the intended content supposed to be junkie route? 

 

I've progressed quite far in the junkie route, but the stuttering and all is just not for me. I do think the story implication of overcoming it is interesting, but I'm not sure if there will be a payoff.

You will get a chance to get rid of it at some point. But a lot of us like it and kept it for RP even after finishing CS. In your case I would suggest to just turn the timer a bit higher make it 12 or 24 hours so its not too intrusive. And even if you choose to keep it there will be more than enough SJ around to help you out.
