I did have an issue at Severin Manor, I went in for the quest before you own the house but the PC's Mistress led her to the bedroom as if the house was already ours. We were then stabbed to death while walking.

Only a subset of the stores yes, as the event requires a bit of set up in each of them. That said, looks like some of the ones that should be working, are not. At least the Riften stores seem to be missing some tagging present elsewhere in the game, which the event expects to be there to find certain things. I was doing the original dev while testing in different stores in Solitude & Riverwood, so those are working. And looks like I need to go over the others to fill in some of the ref types Bethesda missed :P

Hi ! Ill have to say, for the first time I have maried someone in skyrim but sadly I dont see any option related to pet project. I tried stuff that might trigger it and I put it at a 100% to be sure it will happen but it didnt. Also i know one of the trigger is so that when you wake up you can have something happen but I cant use the bed in my wife house since its own by her. Its really odd.

My guy stops acting like he ran out of fuel,i think it is because of zaz but i am not sure.Whenever there is an event like whipping,they freeze after they tie me up.Any fix?

Ok, bit of a bug: I got the "Shop Assistant" event in "Bits and Pieces" in Solitude, but the animation has bugged out a bit as you can see from the picture. While the animation will start fine, it will transition into whipping after a few seconds. I suspect it's a problem with ZaP, but I've not seen this problem before and I'm wondering if anyone else has had the same problem. If you have, how did you fix it?

Edit: I was able to partially solve the problem by re-enabling controls from the ZaP MCM page and then re-entering the device.

Hello Srende,

 

I'm really glad you came back to this mod.

 

Here is a little bug report, a small issue: I just did the Mind of Madness (or something like that, the Sheogorath quest in Solitude). In the quest, you are forced into a Noble attire. At the end of the quest, you get back to the palace. However the Belt and the Plug gets unequipped. This happened in v2.0.3.

 

I also saw similar thing with Naked Dungeons. When you enter a dungeon there is a chance to lose all your gear and you have to do the dungeon naked. When the mod tries to remove everything, I get a message that the belt firmly stays on, It stays in the inventory, however it gots unequipped. again. I saw this in v1.5.2, I could not test it in v2.0.3 yet.

 

Both times I can just simply reequip them, the quest does not break.

I've got the same issue as @Polonium and it happened to me at the Riverwood Trader. Another issue I ran into is with the old friend event. My spouse started talking to an npc about being an old friend and catching up for lunch, but when she went to force greet me there was no dialogue for this event, just the regular follower dialogue. This kept repeating if I tabbed out of the dialogue with her.

Yeah, I've seen that happen while testing, and was also suspecting something odd with ZAP. One thought I had was equipping items after getting on the pole, and doing it beforehand seemed to fix it, but after seeing it happen on my own game yesterday, seems that it was just a coincidence.

Never seen that happen actually, although if the force greets get interrupted, there might be a dialogue bit with just "..." that should be the one that continues the event/dialogue normally.

Yeah, I've seen that happen with multiple items. Possibly something to do with DD 5+ or SE. Some devices survive that forced unequip, some don't. Had the issue for example with the SkyUI favourites, as you can set changing those to unequip all currently worn items, causes issues with some DD devices, but not all. Not sure either if there's any common property to those that have issues.

Dawnstar (with a gibbet?) seemed to work fine for me, but the pole in Solitude, it seems to happen every time. It works fine while the controls are locked and I'm looking over the pole, but when they're released and I can look around, it switches to the endless animation.

Uploaded 2.0.4!

 

Added some more LocRefTypes to stores that were missing them, so the shop assistant should work in Riften as well. Also included stores in Whiterun I somehow managed to forgot to do originally.

 

There was also a possibility of the scene getting stuck in a specific variant (player bound outside, spouse stays inside), that should be fixed.

 

Lastly, also some changes on how the furniture from Zap are handled, hopefully avoiding player getting stuck waving a whip while in the air.

It works if the homes are marked as player homes correctly, that is, they have the LocTypePlayerHouse keyword.

I think it does. I'm using MHIYH to get followers to return there though. Could be my issue was script lag, not sure.

Issue might also be the bed in the house. Since I'm just using the double bed list that SL includes in it, and look for those in the house, it won't detect any custom bed, preventing events (night out, helping hand) from triggering in there.

It works fine with Legacy of Dragonborn's Safehouse.

How would I go about adding Dwarven Devious Cuirass compatibility? I assume the easiest way would be to add it as an optional set of chastity devices? I'm looking through the JSON files to see how I would add it in, but I'm not sure where I should start.

I can't figure out how to get married to begin with. I looked it up and it said to talk to the priest in Riften. Is that still the case? It suggests that he will sell an amulet of Mara, but I don't get that option in the dialogues. Can any amulet of Mara work? Do you need to talk to him first? What are the dialogue options that I'm looking for? I can't tell if there is something wrong or if I just haven't found the right person to marry yet. As you can tell, in my several thousands of hours playing this game, I have never married an NPC.

The different styles of items are basically just cosmetic swaps. The json has the path to the model file used, and formIds for the textures used in the relevant mod file. This also means that the model should be configured for the same slots as the item itself, as the item doesn't change at all. I would assume there will be issues using the cuirass, as the name kinda implies it's somewhat larger than the belt, and probably uses different slots.

Maybe just try the different dialogue options?

Okay, so I did figure out how to marry and chose Mjoll. I headed to my house that I built outside of Falkreath and hung out there for a couple days and nothing happened. So, I figured that one might not count for some reason and went to Whiterun where I own that house. Stayed there for two days and ran around town doing errands. I still can't get the mod to initiate whatever event is supposed to happen. Any ideas of what might be preventing this or ways to force it to happen (console command to setstage events to get them started)? I'm pretty sure that it isn't going to get started on its own at this point.

Did you actually got married? Was there a ceremony? There should be a dialog right after the ceremony, talking about where will you live. Then the follower leaves you for that home. One day after that the mod should fire.

 

As an alternative, EFF (and probably all other follower management mods) gives you the option to set the home of a follower.

Did you tell your spouse to come live with you in your house after the marriage ceremony? They kinda need to be there with you for it to start ;)

 

That's the last bit of the vanilla Skyrim marriage event, and after that PP can take over.

Hmmmm. There was definitely a marriage ceremony but that final conversation about going to live at my house didn't happen. That must be it. I'll go back to an earlier save and try to replay the wedding to see if I can get that conversation to happen. Thanks so much.

 

EDIT: Okay, so I figured that something was blocking the conversation from happening and I was right. I took three mods that I thought might be interfering with the conversation coming up, and deleted them, then cleaned the save: Amorous Adventures, Troubles of Heroine, and Devious Vanilla. Sure enough that fixed it. I'm not sure which one was doing it, but it might have been something to do with a conversation showing up after marriage about some character (bully/former lover) in my wife's past. Anyway, if someone else has this problem and has one of these mods installed, it might help if they remove them.

 

So far loving the mod. The way the mistress treats the pet is exactly the kind of stuff that I like. Nice work!
