Toys&Love has toys that "pulsate"... that's the name for the effect. Pulsate is similar to vibrate, but actually fairly different in the game. This is when the IRL toy is getting activated via the log data.

 

We don't do anything along the lines of shock. So, I think we've got Toys&Love covered, if your question was about doing something for shock. I did not understand your question.

so right now im using this with my lovense hush 2 and fallout 4. its amazing. found it from the fallout 4 page that adds more logging for devious devices. but rn im having an issue with it. these two lines continusly spam the console. did i do something wrong while setting up?

Hello! I'm not sure. The change I made to DD's logging was just to write notifications to the log. It requires DD RC8 (As that's the version that I built against).

i am using DD RC 8. my best bet is it might be something to do with deviously cursed wasteland. and now that im looking at with a clear head (unlike last time where i got stuck in a sex scene for an hour) it looks like it is. and sorry for the late response, i must not have seen the notif last friday as i try to log in daily to check to see mods updated

just managed to get it running for Skyrim AE with buttplug.io

 

he needed python package seems to have been renamed to "buttplug" instead of "buttplug-py", the tutorial needs to be updated

I've set everything up like in the tutorial, but it seems my script can't connect to the Intiface server and I can't figure out why not.

When you launch Initface Desktop, click on "Devices" tab then "Start server and scan for devices". Once you've verified it's detected your device and able to manipulate it, click the "disconnect from server" button at the top. This will leave you with a green computer icon and a red phone icon.

 

Initface can only support one connection at a time and the device testing counts as a server connection. So you have to stop testing to allow other clients to connect to the server.

 

If that doesn't fix your issue, would you be able to provide a bit more of the log that python spits out in the windows terminal? Maybe the settings.py as well?

so i know when i first launched gift me and my lovense app for pc (and the dongle) didnt have much alternative setup. but upon exploring the mobile app i did see they have a beta game integration. so if anyone here has issues with the pc app (like me, but not with the game, i had issues with my toy connecting to the dongle) you can use the mobile, just the ip setting in gift, to the one the mobile app gives when you enter game mode.

New version is released : v1.0.0 (No longer in Alpha).

• Added Graphical User Interface
• Moved Config to YAML (Users should not have to edit directly, should be able to just use the GUI to edit config)
• Bundled release into executable, so that users no longer have to setup / configure Python to run GIFT.
• Other smaller feature additions / enhancements.

It should just be a matter of running the .exe now, clicking the configuration button, and setting the appropriate settings. All dependencies are bundled within the executable. The current GUI is pretty simplistic, but I think it fulfills all of the basic requirements.

Ah, sorry about that. I don't personally use the Buttplug.io integration, so that bit is untested in this version (Though was working fine previously). Looks like I broke that in the last release when I migrated to the new config system. Sorry about that. Does the attached version fix that for you?

Thank you for your help! It does start now without crashing, it connects to Intiface but disconnects 3 seconds after.. I tried to test other things the esp is working and the papyrus log is working as well. But sadly no. Let me know if I can provide you any further information!

Hmmm. What does the log look like when the disconnects occur? Can you copy/paste the messages from the output window?

Hmmm. I don't see any disconnect in that log. If you click test vibrate, does it work?

Ah. Initface is disconnecting from the toy, not the script from Initface. Sorry - that doesn't look like an issue with GIFT, that looks like an issue with your Buttplug.io setup. I don't use Initface/buttplug.io, so I can't really offer support there.

New version is up: 1.1.0

 

This version adds support for different reactions to different ingame events. For instance, being hit with an axe now plays a different pattern than being hit with an arrow. Likewise, having different types of sex results in different patterns playing (For Lovense and Coyote E-Stim only, currently). Other vibrators continue to use the standard vibration routines.

 

These are configurable via the included json files in the data directory.

• Added support for Maus-Tec Edge-o-Matic 3000
• Added support for DD struggle events
• Added better support for DD animations in general
• Updated to support new Lovense API
• Improved the Coyote's e-stim to better respect time durations
• Added additional settings:
  •     Max Strength for Lovense
  •     Multiplier for e-stim (plugs vs Sex)
  •     Minimum strength for e-stim

 

EDIT: Took the release down, as Windows is flagging it as malware for some reason. Will fix and reupload.

Now on a... "buggy note", since this last version, the ESTIM on HIT is not working anymore, not sure if any additional information might be useful.

Yeah, I broke that on the last release. Sorry about that - I'll upload a fix shortly.
