It is only safe to do this if the train goes slower than 82,55 km/h. Though I have good reason to assume, that you are happy to get a train at all.

That's true! The German railway tries to get 82,56% of all trains late. It looks like they might even break that sad record.

It would be easy enough, they could just stop moving trains at all.
