I needed to make a new save but you might not have too. If your current save is important keep the older version too and roll back.

Hi, I've been having an issue that I've been unable to solve so sorry if it's something obvious. In the past I've been able to get this mod running with minimal issues, however recently it seems to have just stopped functioning properly. MME works perfectly fine and the BAC onUpdate's run, along with mooing from being full of milk, however I can't get any NPC or PC registered as a cow. I've tried all 3 methods in the MCM, milking them over 100 units, feeding them 100's of lactaid and blended lactaid and nothing registers them as a cow. They don't get added to the bac_milkmaid faction. The MCM works fine and all the required mods on the download page are installed, with them being of the correct version as far as I am aware. I've re-installed both BAC and MME and I've ensured I'm using the right version of ZAZ. As far as I could see I don't have any old scripts from BAC remaining. With basically the same setup I've had the mod running fine in the past so I'm out of ideas for how to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using some patched version of MME? Because the whole registration process requires MME to fire a mod event "MilkQuest.MilkingStage". If that's not happening, registration won't be happening.

Thanks, had an SLIF patch that was overwriting MME_BodyMod.pex from MME with its own and disabling that fixed it :)

@botticelli what would your stance be on making a separate SE version mod/download page? Would make separating LE/SE requirements and/or tweaks a lot easier and having an official SE upload would make it easier for the users to differentiate things.

...which would mean that I create that which I am currently not able to. Else I'd do that sooner rather than later. I do not have a running SE installation.

Well in essence it would only require the 64Bit CK which anyone can run if they can run the LE/32bit CK to convert the esp file. And there are more modders that have a dedicated SE page and are still running LE. I believe your current SE releases are also done by another modder?

With this new update, how does BAC integrate Bimbos of Skyrim? I've been using both for quite some time now and haven't had any conflicts. Are there just unique interactions between the two? (Just curious, I have no problems to report)

BOS sometimes tended to unequip the hooves for its shoes, the udders for the navel piercing, and the tongue for the clit piercing. For myself, I altered data\Textures\actors\character\SlaveTats\CC_Tats.json like this CC_Tats.json to have the BOS tats stay on top of any BAC tats (provided enough tats slots in nioverride.ini/skee64.ini).

That never happened for me, but maybe it's different with SSE idk, I have a question would it be possible too make it that transformation speed is slow when milking but fast when unmarked so now you would end up with the incentive too regularly milk your character or be transformed further into a cow? i guess as an alternative i could use a save editor too change the unmilked setting way pass 10 and set transformation speed too slow to get this desired result.

Hello, this is my first time asking for help in a forum, so please people, be gentle on me.

So, i recently convinced my girlfriend to play Skyrim with me, wich lead us to Skyrim Togheter mod. I have used it on the past, thats no problem at all.
The problem is that it only works on Skyrim AE, the exaclty only version where BAC supposedly wont work.

I know it's stated on the FAQ of BAC that it'll not work on Anniversary Edition, but also i've find in this same topic at least two peolpe who managed to play it.
I have installed all the base and required mods that BAC and its dependencies require. And yet, Every time i try to load a save or start a new game, it crashes just as soon it finishes the loading, i can even hear the background sounds of the game.

From my testing, i find that the supposed mod who isn't compatible is Milk Mod Economy. I'm using his SE version, and even upgraded his Form 43 plugins to Form 44, through the Creation Kit.
When i launch the game with only MME or BAC , it work, but of course BAC doesnt even show on MCM as it will not work without MME.
But if i try to launch the game with both mods, crashes after the loading screen.

I would like to know if anyone had this problem or would kno what could i do. The stated problem in the FAQ is that the SKSE plugin DLL header is opposed to SE, im not sure if it is something that can be mannualy tweaked. But if it is possible to upgrade it trhough some tool, or it has any other solutions, i really want to try.

From the people here who played AE, i believe it was on earlier versions of the BAC and maybe MME too, but as the older versions of BAC SE have been taken down recently, i cant try it out.

Thank's for you attention

Make sure that

 17 11     ZaZAnimationPack.esm

is the correct version (exactly 8.0+ for AE, the + being part of the version number, meaning this may not be just any version 8.0 or above!). Both mods (BAC as well as MME) require ZaZ with MME being a bit more lenient on the version. Any other version will cause the game to crash the instant BAC is initiating. If you got the SE version: 8.0+ is *not* in the download files (that one being 7.0). Instead it can be found in the first post of that thread. Scroll down until you see ZAP 8.0+. That's the one you need.

I dont know how open to suggestion this mod is but during the attempt to communicate sometimes and the grazing I thought why not call a particular time Cowbrain give a slight Skooma effect on the edge and make the character moo and pant more for a bit, any attempt at communication would end in that dialog and any plants picked during this time add some alchemy skill thus giving people the want to do it. Towns people can get angry and comment your ruining their gardens when you get a rep up.
Also is anyone else getting an almost unresponsive MCM as the curse progresses and the game runs.

Which nif file does BAC use for the first stage of hoof transformation (arched feet)? I'm trying to edit "bac cowhooves01.nif" to fix the seams, but am seeing no effect in game so there must be another file?

stage 01 hooves are the arched feet you get at cow stage 7. You generate those with Bodyslide. The source is in data\CalienteTools\BodySlide\ShapeData\bac cowhooves01\bac_cowhooves01.nif

if you're instead referring to the first changed feet (cow stage 9), that would be data\CalienteTools\BodySlide\ShapeData\bac semihooves stage01 LE\cowhooves02.nif.

If you change those, don't forget to run bodyslide on those again.

To anybody else stuck in coldharbour because followers are unreliable modded or unmodded, my solution was to quickly lower the timescale so that pressing the buttons is actually something reasonable and not infuriating.

Any chance for a better way of activating the portal in future versions? :/

why? The easy cheating way is to tag one button in the console, then move to the other, then type activate player in the console quickly closing it and pressing the other button.

Kind of a weird request: Does anybody have the 2.0.3 version of BAC? Both the main .7z file and the loose_files.7z file for 2.0.3. It's been quite a few months since I've played Skyrim and obviously my 2.0.3 save crashes on load with the new version and I kinda wanna be able to load it to take a note of all the bajillion settings I used to have so I can start a new game. Sadly in my stupidity I deleted the 2.0.3 files so I'm stumped.

Closest versions I have are 2.0.4 or 2.0.0.

If botticelli don't mind me posting and you still want one of those, I can

Sadly I need 2.0.3 specifically, or 2.0.2 at worst. I do have 2.0.4 but that's when the crashes started happening. In my infinite wisdom I decided to delete the 2.0.3 files even though I always save multiple versions of mods just in case this happens. ?

That didn't work for me. The buttons wouldn't activate through console but activated fine when pressed.

Also kind of a wasted opportunity? Why not have a longer timer on it but the character has to walk slowly through obstacles weighed down by too much milk to reach the other button in time or something like that?

That would rule out the dremora because if it takes too long, the dremora will delay it even further thus making it impossible again. I didn't know that there are follower mods around that prohibit followers from taking action...
