RBolitho Posted April 25, 2016 Posted April 25, 2016 NEW: When swapping between actors to adjust the location for in an animation, the newly selected one will glow briefly to indicate which you now have selectedIs there a setting or anything to turn this off? Thanks Why would you need to do that? I just don't like it. If the answer is "you can't" that's fine. I'm just asking the question. I don't see any option, so "you can't" seems to be the answer but since you have to be adjusting the actors AND swapping between them for this to even happen it seems to me to be such a non-event as to wonder why it would bother you in the first place. Please PM or email me and I'll be happy to explain. I'm not sure these other fine folks are nearly as interested as you seem to be in the way my brain works. Thanks.
Saber2th Posted April 25, 2016 Posted April 25, 2016 I'm having a minor problem with HDThighheels, the new option in sexlab that clear heel height during animations doesn't seem to work for me. Do anyone else have this problem?

The glow helps me a lot to know which character i'm adjusting so i don't see any special reason to discuss it on private. Is it breaking your game ? is it religion ? is some medical condition you have ? If it is something serious i think ashal could make an option to turn off if it is necessary.

If it were a medical condition then the game as a whole should be off-limits since far more dramatic effects than that one are rather common in the game. I think it's just personal and should be ignored. A couple minutes work in the CK or with TESVEDIT and it could be disabled so anyone who truly hates it can fix it themselves anyway.

RBolitho Posted April 25, 2016 Posted April 25, 2016 I think it's just personal.... Ding ding ding ding. We have a winner! When you guys eventually climb down off your high horses, you may find that sometimes... every now and then... on occasion... sometimes... a question is just a question. Not a criticism. Not a demand for action. Not even a request for change. Just. a. simple. question. Thanks for your time.
M.BISON Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 (in not sure if i should be asking this here, just wondering if my attempt at changing sound was correct?) i tried replacing vFemaleMoan08 with another voice/sound, registered sound again and nothing plays when have sex? im sure i did nothing wrong.

Skyrim is picky on the sound format files. They have to be: WAV, 16-bit, mono, 44KHz. (On KHz I am no more sure.) If these are not respected the sound file will not play.

I'll consider adding it as an option in the next update. Though I don't think it's worth dedicating an MCM option to so it'll probably be a global variable option you can edit via the console to turn the effect on or off.
ImmortalDreamer27 Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue, almost none of my animations are playing. Estrus plays animations, Aroused Creatures plays a few animations but anything from SLAL, NSAP, FSAP, or SL just doesn't play. My game recognizes that an animation is supposed to play, but no animation plays. everyone gets naked, stands around like a bunch of confused virgins for a bit, then resumes combat. Sounds like a failed FNIS run. Did you make sure you had no warnings or errors when you ran it? yes, there are no FNIS errors

Have you checked in the SexLab MCM in the animations are to make sure the animations are there AND activated? Did you look through the pinned threads to the SexLab Technical Support section for help and info on how to activate papyrus logging and get the logs? The logs may give a clue as to what is wrong (barring forgetting to activate SexLab - happens more then you think). And while you state there are no FNIS errors, you do have to scroll around a bit, some of the errors are at the top (hidden by scrolling). You can click into the FNIS output area, select all, and copy it, then paste into a post (in spoiler tags please: [ spoiler ]fnis output here[ /spoiler ] - remove spaces to make the spoiler work), then others can see if there is something you missed.

Dark_Fenix Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 someone could confirm me something please, because I do not understand the English to perfection, I would appreciate in sexlab menu, the option limited strip, prevents undressing animation if a scene only use animation tongle as oral or foreplay? I ask this to see if it would pass what I have in mind, example; if I create a kiss animation with only two tag, "onlykiss, foreplay", and I use that animation in amorous adventures, when a romantic scene that only involve kiss happens, the undressing animation will not activated? or am I wrong? (obviously having tongle the undressing animation for concensual sex). I read in the conversation that mr. ashal will make a update to sexlab, excellent, I admire the work, dedication and time investing in these projects, Arigatoo gozaimasu, muchas gracias, thank you. and a small suggestion, it would be possible to add the option, always or ramdon sex in bed without the confirm message.
SkyBarbie Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 I've been using the Sexlab Framework for several years now and I am still having the following issue even with the latest version. Sometimes the adjusted stages are saved and sometimes they are not. I can't find any rhyme or reason for it. I am not hitting the - key. I have "Disable Victim Controls" disabled and always have. I read the FAQ and the last few pages of this forum and didn't find any information about this. The hotkeys are a bit confusing so perhaps that is my problem. With every stage of an animation I do the following (may be incorrect): Right Control - adjust current stage (I only use this once per stage at the beginning just before making any adjustments) N - target actor for edit (I only use this once per stage at the beginning just before making any adjustments) K- switch to the actor I want to edit Use the following keys to make adjustments: L - forward/backward : - up/down " - left/right Am I missing something or is there a different procedure? Excellent work on this mod! I love it!

Actually I had already figured out the issues are with the mod SL Defeat. Yes, Sexlab is activated, it's the first mod I activate. The animation play normally when not triggered by defeat.
swords and sandals Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 With every stage of an animation I do the following (may be incorrect): Right Control - adjust current stage (I only use this once per stage at the beginning just before making any adjustments) N - target actor for edit (I only use this once per stage at the beginning just before making any adjustments) I may be wrong, but I always thought this was how it worked: - During an animation there is no need to use the N key to select an actor to adjust. Simply use the K key to switch between them, then adjust with the hotkeys once the one you want has been selected. - Holding right ctrl and pressing a hotkey adjusts the currently selected actor for only that stage of the animation, but right ctrl has to be held down every time you press a key, otherwise the adjustment you make will apply to that actor for all animation stages. So if you only press right ctrl once at the beginning of each stage and then start adjusting without holding the right ctrl key down, the adjustments you make are for every stage at once. Pressing right ctrl once does not mean it applies throughout that stage. For example: - Holding down right ctrl while pressing the ; key five times will adjust the currently selected actor upwards by a count of five for only the current stage of the animation. - Pressing right ctrl once, then pressing the ; key five times will adjust the currently selected actor upwards by a count of five for all stages of the animation. Sorry if I misunderstood what you were saying.
Guest Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 Need to find the solution to a recently gotten puzzle. The matter is, when I start any (did not really try all of them) animation via SL menu I have the male actor's penis stuck in the air until the animation scene is over. When I start animation via ZAZ menu everything goes as it should go. Some other mods that give a dialogue option to start sex seem to provide no troubles. Hope somebody understands what I am talking about.
M.BISON Posted April 28, 2016 Posted April 28, 2016 i was wondering when does the "hot" voice sounds start playing? because im not hearing it play...(yet, maybe?) also this my be an obvious question whats the maximum .wav files you can have?

Flashwitt Posted April 29, 2016 Posted April 29, 2016 Hopefully someone can help me with this- I'm rebuilding my Skyrim load list, but I can't get Sexlab to give me an MCM menu at all. I've checked, rechecked, and re-re-checked my load order, installed, uninstalled, installed manually, uninstalled again. I've tried the MCM kicker plugin, and I've tried doing the MCM kicker manually through console. I've got SkyUI 5.1, my SKSE is totally up to date. I've even tried reinstalling both SkyUI and SKSE several times. Sexlab just refuses to show up at all! Some footnotes to this: When I install any of the Sexlab dependant plugins, (Aroused, Submit, etc,) they seem to function, and Skyrim does let me both start a new game, and launch a saved game. But I can't turn Sexlab ON if I can't access the menu, and I can't register animations, or anything else... Solved. I'm an idiot. XD After going blind squinting at walls of tiny text, I was reminded NOT to "ignore any warnings!" from my FNIS generator. Scrolled through it's list to find it was telling me it was not properly installed. I reinstalled FNIS, ran it again, and Boom. There's the Sexlab menu in my MCM. We must really love our mod tangles, for all the hours- and DAYS!- we put into getting them tweaked just right! Thanks to Ashal and to everyone else who make my Skyrim a filthy, filthy place!
ILove2Play Posted April 29, 2016 Posted April 29, 2016 Got everything as far as it should, but in game, when in directory SexLab, the Install-section shows up, but nothing happens when i press enter.... any suggestions?
Guest Posted April 29, 2016 Posted April 29, 2016 Got everything as far as it should, but in game, when in directory SexLab, the Install-section shows up, but nothing happens when i press enter.... any suggestions? it is happening, it's just not visible. Wait for several minutes (1-2) and then exit the MCM menu. Wait again until confirmation that SexLab is installed and ready. Then open MCM SL menu again and voila...
