I noticed the 666 ( ) processing fee but as it's added to the bounty which is discharged on release it doesn't do much. Maybe deduct it from pc's gold perhaps (as a fine)? That is a good idea. Wasn't sure where that fee should go. Just make sure it has a way to handle what happens when the player can't afford the fee wouldn't want to break the game with negative gold The way you make the broke player "pay" for the fee is entirely up to you although the eviler the better

Any scripted mod will normally leave some small trace on your save hence why the best policy is to make a save, install and test the mod out then if you don't like it uninstall and reload the pre install save. While the effect of removing a mod is normally not noticeable every time the now rogue scripts fire they can cause unexpected events (such as CTD's) . As for while its installed I've not noticed any major stability issues but those can differ greatly between users. hope that helps if not inte/xaz can prob give you a better idea.

Once they can pay the fine then the pc gets all their items back. This could be all slotted items but if it was everything it would get round the issue of losing quest items as they can always be re-acquired on payment (or leave only quest items in inventory)

I guess it depends on how you like to play. I personally like mods to have some consequences (like DCL giving you a slave collar or custom harness in the middle of a long dungeon, oops no armour ) so to me prison shouldn't only be about the pc having a good time with randy guards but have a little bite as well Probably best as something optional though.

This means the part of the game that is the most fun becomes insanely challenging but this challenge fails to exist later on in the late teen lvls onwards. + loosing your weapons + armour matters alot to fighters/archers but barely effects mages, ultimately skewing the game balance.

Guess it depends on the set up i run perma + combat evolved so early game unblocked attacks are almost certain to risk dropping me below 30% and procing defeat.

Sadly I figured out that the mod don’t work whit my old character, when I surrender to guards or trigger the minor or major crime punishment in MCM my character just stay quiet and nothing happens. I am unable to move until I load a previous save, and in most cases that’s lead the game to crash. The same happens if I skip the walking scene in MCM and teleport to the prison. The only solution that I found here is starting a new game, after that everything works great… Well, except walking on the stairs, my character sometimes gets stuck and won’t move, but after some time the character got teleported close to the jailer. Strange, but it fixes all. My question is; there is a way to make the mod work with my old character? P.S. English is my 3rd language, sorry for any grammatical mistakes.

I can understand how that could be confusing, but if you read back about 49787527 pages, you would see the explanation. BTW, recommend installing the 5b patch by INTE. it adds a lot of stuff that XAZ has not had time to do of late, just install it over XPOv33.fix good luck

I'm running Requiem plus appropriate patches, and with the prisoner collar providing constant healing, my health bar never goes down (though my magicka and stamina rapidly deplete). The quickest way I found to "fix" this is to use the console to hurt myself -- I open the console ("~") and type player.damageav health 75 (use a number that leaves you will low health, but doesn't kill you or trigger Death Alternative if you're using it). The collar will quickly heal you back up to full, and the whipping scene will end. Edit: It sounds like the patch on the previous page is a better answer. Wish I knew about it while I spent a buggy 2+ hours real time rotting in the Windhelm dungeon yesterday.

Wish I knew about it while I spent a buggy 2+ hours real time rotting in the Windhelm dungeon yesterday. thanks for answering... i'll try the patch and if it doesn't work, i'll try your method the secondo problem is less annoying... only have to wait for the next event to trigger and the pillory comes back -------------------------------- Update ------------------------------------- tried the patch and setting the max time there worked... luckily !! since i think your method wouldn't work... for some reason, my health doesn't go down when i get wipped... i have 180 of health when i start getting wipped and i still have 180 afted 60 seconds of wipping... seems i'm supergirl and i never new i was ! thanks anyway for helping pointing me to the new patch that i had missed !
