LoversComfort is the lowest in my load order, should i put it a little bit higher?

 

i just installed UFO a few minutes ago and disabled it right away, kinda buggy when combined with LC

They can't refuse (at least, not yet). Try asking your follower some 'comfort', then go to MCM and check LC status, if your follower name displays under 'Selected follower' everything is working.  To start the sex you need to sleep on the bed not owned by any other npcs.

 

Does anyone use Script Dragon plugins with Sexis/Lovers Comfort? After installing autokey and disable leveling plugin the debug messages from Sexis/LoversComfort are gone (anim started, anim learned, etc). Not critical, but not sure why is this happening...

yes whenever i sleep, i always do my follower when i woke up, but whenever i asked them "i need some comfort" they always says "hey, watch it!"

 

so it is only a bug with the dialog then?

It could be a placeholder response for future features or just a new response with vanilla voice and lipsync, They used to say 'This should be interesting...' in silent voice in previous versions.

Hey, great update. I haven't explored  the new features yet but I will soon So how does the lover system work? If the spouse is located in her house and her lover is somewhere else, will they meet sometime or do i need to place them in the same place? Also I  have a small request for next update. I would like a thick option in the MCM menu or whatever you think is better for the trigger of  sex animations. Going to sleep automatically triggering sex scenes with your spouse is going to be problematic if you use mods like frostfall and hypothermia. 

 

P.S.  Can you endorse mods here?

Current spouse lover mechanics is a bit complicated, I am thinking that I might simplfy it in future.

So currently:

1. LC always trying to mark some npc as potential lover, it has many conditions, the bottelnecking one is NPC must have sleep AI package (, but there is an exeption if your spouse sleep package)

2. If spouse arousal level is above > 7 then Spouse Lovers Relation ticks up.

3. If Spouse Lovers Relation >= 4 and one of then sleeps then you come home, then you will see cheating scene.

 

So If you want to hook up your sposue do following:

1. Leave spouse and some follower at home

2. Click T and wait for an hour, verify that Potential lover is NPC you wanted.

3. GO traveling for two weeks, and come home at midnight.

 

If spouse is current follower which you are traveling with, then things are more complicated. potential spouse lover should change a lot and tick from time to time, but after neglecting spouse for long time it is going to happen.

 

LC does not break sleep, so you should not have problems with "realistic needs" mods.

I suppose it's a sort of "slang" coming from the word gaze, so then it should mean "Take a bad look from someone".

I use Frostfall too. I died two times because I was raped during a frozen blizzard. Now I try to avoid it when into cold shires or high mountains.

 

You are right.

I always make spelling mistakes and in addition english is not my mother tongue.

I wellcome corrections to spelling, or if anybody has better phrase I will be happy to add it.

Here for example, saying "There is a rapist in the area" is too boring, the message should be half clear, leaving you wondering and discovering it the hardway.

I don´t want to "waste"  the remaining arousal level of some npcs after beeing raped by them and it´s a bit gamebraking to wait in the same cell until the (real time ? ) counter has ticked down and allows the npc to give me "Lover´s comfort" again .

 

(Even More as I play with "SA random rape" and "Random Sex Mod for Sexis" enabled so npc arousal seldom gets under >10.

 

Already loaded your mod into CK but didn´t find the right script to change the settings, so any hint is welcome

 

The whole point of "Lover's Victim" effect is to create immersive fear of rape.

It is going to change as I get more understanding how to manipulate magic effects in CK.

 

SA random rape has no effect on LC.

Random Sex Mod for SexiS does, NPCs who see the scene get aroused them self.

 

At next version I will add MCM adjustable multipliers, that would allow to adjust arousal rate change rate.

 

You need to extract sources with some BSA browser, then look for UpdateActorArousal fun

 

 

 

I understand, but it seems my PC can go to sleep without fear of rape once she´s been used until the "Lover´s Victim" effect wears off; even if there are aroused NPCs around.

 

So I think it would add to immersion if the PC could be raped multiple times beeing weakened after the first time and easy prey for any aroused npc in the cell.

If the "Lover`s Victim" effects of each rape would add to the active one you could even get in a permanent weakened state and prefer insomnia over sleep:D

 

Anyway, it´s just my opinion and you created a great mod.

i see, just to double confirm, i download the newer edition after updating sexis to the latest edition, and then for the newer edition, i just copyand paste over into the data file? No need to deactivate esp or stop Lover's comfort on MCM?

3. Run bat file

 

Just a little conflict I use this replacer for the text in the lusty argonian maid: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/27616 I have to put the esp before lovers comfort to learn the new animations then put it back to get that text back.

 

Just a heads up if you know a way to cater the the two that would be excellent.

Turns out if your spouse and child(for me i have lucia) live in the same house, the child becomes the potential lover and has the arousal increased. My child even raped me -.-

 

Sorry, LC blocks children but there are still bugs.

Yeah, looks like LC needs some race checks or something. Also, I saw "I need comfort" option in stray dog's dialog.

 

And suggestion: maybe it would make sense if aroused follower/spouse will ask PC for comfort first and rape only if he/she has been refused? Also this could be based on follower's arousal level (7-10 - just asking, >10 - raping).

Not sure about Vilja (I guess arousal should work on her like on any other NPC), but to make PC arousal to start increasing you need your character to be involved in SexiS scene at least once after installing/updating LC (just ask your follower for comfort and go to sleep).

When I open the Lovers Comfort MCM window, everything is normal, and accessing "Settings" works fine. However, once I go to settings, I can't click on status, and vice versa. The real issue I'm having is that the status window is entirely empty. Nada. I just think it'd be helpful if I could tell other NPC's arousal.

Also, think I might have gotten the -2 arousal bug on Lydia, but I can't check since I first saw it because the status menu has been broken.

Should I go ahead and re-install it?

Yeah, I got the status screen bugged too, making a clean save helped (at least it got status screen working again), still missing debug messages from Sexis/LC though. But clean save will reset everything...

There is a weird thing with the controls , I unchecked it in the options or settings cause it overwrites the Sexis controls, now the sexis controls work but the sex scene keeps reverting to the same starting position ...I can change it for a couple of seconds but then it reverts for the same position...is it the load order, should I know anything about the load order or what goes first sexis or LC....???

Made a clean save, used Live Another Life to skip to owning a house in riften, used Cupid and Estrus to start an orgy in the square, and now every NPC in the square has arousal level of -2. Where's this -2 thing come from?

Did you left 'force known animations' selected? Cause if you did, it will always switch back to animations you have learned in LC.

P.S. LC should be always loading after Sexis, sexis is an .esm file and will always be loaded first

With a clean save you've reseted LC settings (and stored arousal values), all npcs start with arousal of -2 when LC is loaded for the first time, try waiting few days or changing the cell (the status updates slowly, once per day or when cell is changed). Arousal level should change when you do that.

 

Btw, a spell with 'check current arousal' would certainly help with troubleshooting, since status screen is kinda slow...

Hey man just to reiterate what was said before if you want to edit the compatibility issues. The temporary solution is to just put Lovers esp in front of lusty argonian, go in game learn the anims then put before the esp after so you can have the un edited text again!.

I love the idea behind this mod but I do have some feedback I would like to provide-

 

The mod seems to really revolve around playing a female PC.  While I do plan to make a female PC for my next character, I would like to enjoy the mod with my male PC too. 

 

Part of the issue is the fact that "rape" can really only happen to the PC and no one else.  If not this mod, I would love to see someone else mod incorporate the arousal mechanic used here but then have functions to allow NPC's to rape each other.  

 

The issue I a finding with this mod involving my PC is that male NPC's can still  rape my male PC because the option in MCM only applies to NPC  -NPC interactions which only occur if you are sneaking into peoples bedrooms.  

 

The other issue is the same as what other people have previously brought up in regards to female rapists always taking the male position.    M-M doesn't do anything for me and neither does seeing that.  If my spouse wants me to give it to her find, but let ME give it HER.

well kind of good news i think, since that NPC-NPC rape was done by using Random Sex mod, which means kind of compatible with this.

NPC-NPC rapes happen if you install ALSO the RandomSex plugin by Arizona-Steve. This plugin is based on SexiS Core too and works perfectly together LoversConfort.

a suggestion. 

After I tried to sneak past one of the forts held by bandits (one of those you take over when playing the civil wars quests) and first attacked by a pack of wolves immediately followed by bandits running out of the fort to see what was going on I had the thought of "what if this near death experience affected the arousal levels?". Etiher in the Post Traumatic Stress way where the PC and followers need some comfort or just "Man, all this blood Turns Me ON!!" (I think we can think of a few followers that fit that one)

 

So heres my suggestion, let time in combat multiply the arousal timer, or just add a small amount at the end, just not to much, so they dont get to horny just because they killed a random wolf. (which is why a multipler while in combat is the better idea, longer combat=more arousal. I just dont know how feasible it is)

Amazing work, and with any kind of sex related mod there will always be problems, but with time, they will get fixed and improved. From what I understood Skyrim is not as "flexible" as Fallout NV when it comes to this kind of mods, but people are at least trying, and more should follow.

Add me as another one who have lost the Status section, only way I can get it back is by unclicking it in NMM, make a save, then reactivate it and continue from the new save. Of course, that resets all accumulated arousal and learned positions..

First time install. I no longer see the 'Status' section in MCM, it's completely blank 'Settings' still works though.

 

 

Yeah this happens for me too.

 

What I did to get it working again and keep my progress is.

 

Install update.

Start Skyrim and load your latest save game (Save A)

Now in game you should notice that the LC status/anims no longer work.

Save game to new slot and Exit  (Save

Disable LC from startup.

Start Skyrim load the new save and save again (Save

Then exit and re-enable LC.

Load the new save and save again.   (Save

But now load your old save without exitting skyrim. (Save A)

Check the MCM status and it should be working now.

Save this game and and play on.

Heyo, had the exact same issue. Starting a new save seemed to fix it. The creator reffered me to the "Troubleshooting" section, but I was all too eager to start a new save.
