I'm losing hope of waiting for the modder to update it and having backread this topic i see many other people have issues. My sexis and loverscomfort work and i can use the buttons to adjust position / stage. However i only have 2 positions available the ones from sexis defeated aka the rape anims. I tried the custom made patch you put up and that's not altered it at all. Does anyone know why the rest of the animations aren't accessable to me? Just the two gets a little stale after a while! Edit: Turning off lovers comfort and reverting to a previous save lets me use the buttons to effectively swap between anims. However upon reactivating lovers comfort it immediately stops working again. My most current save seems corrupted by my messing around and won't let me change anims however the whole set now works albeit on random unchangeable anims from the set. I also note that my SkyUI MCM doesn't show the lovers comfort menu options so I can't safely stop it interfering with sexis. Anyone else having similar? It's something i'd like to fix as the random npc's going at it in bed makes me smirk! The odd combos xD If you can not access MCM UI, possibly meaning that you have leftover scripts from previous loverscomfort. run attached BAT file to delete those scripts, then preform clean save without loverscomfort, that should fix it. Why do some critical and excellent mods end up having their developers magically disappear like the Dwemer.? Lol I'm just kidding around. Off the subject, but any DLC that describes why Dwemer had disappeared? I think the question here is whether or not to create a new framework from scratch. CMod's code is not friendly for those who have little experience with Papyrus or programming in general. Besides, should he choose to come back, he would be able to pick up from where he left off instead of having to deal with a mountain of changes from myself and others. I may take a crack at a new framework. I already have the ultimate test mod that I can interface with anything that I create... We already have several mods using this framework, I think we need to take it and enhance it even if we have to rewrite large parts of it (not saying that we do or do not, I have not examined the code carefully enough to render any sort of judgement like that). One thing I would suggest is that if we update one of the calls in the code that we also try to support the previous call as well for a time so modders have a window of not having their mod broken in which to update to the new call. Cmod framework is great, inexperienced scripters can use only one call HaveSex(...) others can dig in and find whole world of opportunities. Now what should be done is creating an "Unofficial SexiS Patch" thread. there all modders will come to consensus about API or better store it on GitHub (or something like this). I second setting up some kind of source control for this and limiting update access to a few people to prevent things getting too out of hand. GitHub would be a possiibility.

The only thing that I think could be wrong is my load order. Can someone check it out and tell me if anything is wrong? If she did, she would be a wife she would be a girlfriend ;-) I think Skyrim has become TOO realistic. Joking aside. This feature (mouth opening when speaking/moaning) is not used by SexiS (or SexAddicts before you ask). In order for that to happen I think that the .wav sounds of the voices must be converted to .lip sounds. Or something like that at leat. Most of the mods out there just use expresions. No lip sync.

Setting up Git on my source code for the scripting work I've started on Skyrim was the first thing I did, a lifetime of programming habits die hard I guess Although I am fond of the idea of starting my own framework, mainly just for the sake of doing it really. I can see why people would want to stick with SexiS though, when it comes to programming, I usually say to never reinvent the wheel without a damned good reason. The plan was to make mine a drop in replacement for SexiS, by following the same basic structure for it's API then opensourcing it with Git once released, that way porting current works over would be a snap. I think having somebody intimately familiar with the code is incredibly beneficial though, which is something we lack with Cmod missing. If enough time has past that we feel comfortable in saying Cmod isn't likely coming back, I'll go ahead and set up a git repo for SexiS. GitHub does have a terms of service that disallows content like this, so we'd have to find another repo host. Or I could just host the repo on LoversLab's server really.

The animations and stability of the mods themselves are amazing. But I'm having one issue. If I select myself and any NPC who can be a follower, my game freezes within the first couple of seconds of the animations. I have no problems making 2 NPCs go at it, or with selecting myself and any non-follower. The only follower mod I have installed is UFO. It doesn't matter if the follower is currently following me or is just hanging out in a house I own, like a housecarl. Within seconds the game freezes, forcing me to close the game by using task manager. When it does freeze I notice the hard drive light on my tower stays lit up constantly for a couple of seconds but I never get an error or even a CTD. I never used the Defeated plugin. I'm using Skyrim 1.9.32, SKSE 1.06.13. Boss to control my load order. TES5edit to clean my masters and plugins(only the ones Boss shows that need cleaning). etc etc Any tips? It isn't the enemy being defeated that starts the mod, it's a mod for when You as the player are defeated and then penalty is getting laid repeatedly. On a side note, don't start any brawl fights on Legendary difficulty with males using SexisDefeated, unless you're at a high level. Mikael from Whiterun will fuck you up, literally. (Maybe this could be used as an alternate resolution to pursuade Mikael to give up on Carlotta. SexisConsequences?)
bubbledragon420 Posted March 26, 2013 Posted March 26, 2013 MLA used mouth motion by using the in game sounds for npcs pulled from combat and hitting reactions, i dont see why a plugin to allow this would be that difficult. Also a couple of the sexis positions have some mouth movement, im not sure if that was added by cmod or if it was in the existing animations he redid from ap, because some of the older mods had minor mouth motions, not exactly a lip sync. Anyway a easy way to get mouth motion if you really want it - go into console after you have started cupid and type tfc, zoom in and out slightly into the npc you have targeted until you get in the right position and they will constantly say things as if you were running into them, kinda the same way mla worked, only tested this on vilja and a couple of followers but works everytime for me.

Sleeping with women to get information out of them on loot in the house (Thieves Guild) or Sleeping with the Jarl to gain his favor (for the main quest) or to become Thane. Or maybe sleep with them to get closer to a target with the Dark Brotherhood.

If the problem are only the animations could be something else. Edit: AMAZING mod, btw! It's never crashed on me yet, the only problem is that sex animations don't play. EDIT: Should I be running the GenerateFNISforUsers after I put it in the Data folder, or does it not matter? Because it doesn't work for me if I put it in the Data folder EDIT2: I got it working. I needed to run it as an admin. It works now.
srayesmanll Posted March 26, 2013 Posted March 26, 2013 Hey guys, this is my first post here but have been lurking for a couple of weeks. SexiS + Cupid = incredible. The animations and stability of the mods themselves are amazing. But I'm having one issue. If I select myself and any NPC who can be a follower, my game freezes within the first couple of seconds of the animations. I have no problems making 2 NPCs go at it, or with selecting myself and any non-follower. The only follower mod I have installed is UFO. It doesn't matter if the follower is currently following me or is just hanging out in a house I own, like a housecarl. Within seconds the game freezes, forcing me to close the game by using task manager. When it does freeze I notice the hard drive light on my tower stays lit up constantly for a couple of seconds but I never get an error or even a CTD. I never used the Defeated plugin. I'm using Skyrim 1.9.32, SKSE 1.06.13. Boss to control my load order. TES5edit to clean my masters and plugins(only the ones Boss shows that need cleaning). etc etc Any tips? Thanks Quoting myself but I just wanted to add, after some more testing, the game only freezes on followers who are currently following me. So if I have to live with this, it's no big deal. Only thing I can think of is the annoying idle animations added from UFO, like if they try to start playing while the act is going on, the game bombs. No idea. Can anyone confirm in their game that SexiS and UFO can coexist without this issue? Specifically sex between your character and a current follower, with UFO's idle animations active. Thanks Edit: Thanks Waxenfigure for the patch that removes the SexiS wrong version error. I've used UFO for quite a while with all of the various sex mods that have appeared here and Nexus (AP, ASX, ML, MLA, XLV, SA, and Sexis) and never had any issues related to followers or freezing. In fact, UFO was the second Skyrim mod that I ever installed (USKP being the first). There have been users here in the past that have had issues with UFO and the sex mods, but I never ran into them. That said, I have switched to AFT instead of UFO. UFO appears to be dormant (the last note from the dev talked about a Dragonborn patch, which has never materialized, and no updates in that time). There have been numerous reports of new issues since the release of 1.9 and no response from the dev. I decided that this would be a good time to try AFT. Seems to work fine with SA & Sexis, and is still being updated. Hopefully fLockii returns to UFO soon and updates it, but until then, I'll continue with AFT and see how well it works.
