EDIT: Also whenever I start the game it says I need to update to the latest version of Skyrim, which I already have. This seems the cause of my problems too. Check the front page for the update or you will keep getting that message.

If he doesn't reply or show up, I'd think the project dead regardless of people wanting to continue it on. As he didn't release source files for the primary scripts and continuing development on assembly files is far from ideal. So hopefully he at least replies to give us his intent to return or not, and provide us with source files if he doesn't want to return to it. I'm messing around with creating a new framework now, though I'm learning as I go and so far it just loads a MCM install menu and plays a single solo animation. Just in case he doesn't show up or he does and gives us source files to continue without him. Still hoping he returns. Ashal : the sources were released separately. Funkcikle Posted March 24, 2013 Posted March 24, 2013 why not perhaps assemble a small team of people to update and maintain this resource the cmod created for us. it is after all intended to be the universal underpinning framework on which all future sex mods should be based ( akin to the lovers framework for oblivion) is it not fitting perhaps that more than just one person is responsible for maintaining and updating it. I think I saw jbezorg saying a while back he would be interested in doing some work on it, perhaps waxen as well would sublimate his own work into sexis. You know , make it more of an open community project rather than everyone standing around staring at the spot where cmod was, waiting for him to come back. In the spirit of putting my money where my mouth is, I'm going to go and start doing papyrus tutorials , right now, so I can learn how to add new animations into the existing framework. that, and updating it to keep current with whatever patch Bethesda is breaking the game with now is probably going to be the mainstay of the maintenance of this mod ?

The other features are meant to be part of other mods that rely on it (waxen could make his SA mod rely on sexis for exemple, like this he could focus on the gameplay without having to worry about adding animations, that's how lovers pk worked )

I'm losing hope of waiting for the modder to update it and having backread this topic i see many other people have issues. My sexis and loverscomfort work and i can use the buttons to adjust position / stage. However i only have 2 positions available the ones from sexis defeated aka the rape anims. I tried the custom made patch you put up and that's not altered it at all. Does anyone know why the rest of the animations aren't accessable to me? Just the two gets a little stale after a while! Edit: Turning off lovers comfort and reverting to a previous save lets me use the buttons to effectively swap between anims. However upon reactivating lovers comfort it immediately stops working again. My most current save seems corrupted by my messing around and won't let me change anims however the whole set now works albeit on random unchangeable anims from the set. I also note that my SkyUI MCM doesn't show the lovers comfort menu options so I can't safely stop it interfering with sexis. Anyone else having similar? It's something i'd like to fix as the random npc's going at it in bed makes me smirk! The odd combos xD

SuperGumby Posted March 24, 2013 Posted March 24, 2013 You don't have a bug; it's a feature of lover's comfort. You have to unlock other positions by observing others. My suggestion is to start shooting arrows in a crowded location. It is not automatic upon viewing, rather a chance but it does let you know when you do learn.

I dunno, go ahead and do it, i'll try to learn papyrus and then see if I can make head no tail of what u did, that would be a good test to see how user friendly it is, I'm a fucking idiot. And skyrim dude, like the other guy says, its a feature not a bug, HOWEVER if u try to get rid of lovers comfort because is cramping your deadrasutra style and u want more positions , it will do exactly what u described, and that IS a bug got to complete remove and uninstall lovers comfort, inclusing removing the script fragment, then reinstall fresh shiney new sexis. I say this because, I had exactly your problem and that's what I did to fix it. I'm not actually using lovers comfort now, because of that.
davidalangrier Posted March 24, 2013 Posted March 24, 2013 Hey guys, this is my first post here but have been lurking for a couple of weeks. SexiS + Cupid = incredible. The animations and stability of the mods themselves are amazing. But I'm having one issue. If I select myself and any NPC who can be a follower, my game freezes within the first couple of seconds of the animations. I have no problems making 2 NPCs go at it, or with selecting myself and any non-follower. The only follower mod I have installed is UFO. It doesn't matter if the follower is currently following me or is just hanging out in a house I own, like a housecarl. Within seconds the game freezes, forcing me to close the game by using task manager. When it does freeze I notice the hard drive light on my tower stays lit up constantly for a couple of seconds but I never get an error or even a CTD. I never used the Defeated plugin. I'm using Skyrim 1.9.32, SKSE 1.06.13. Boss to control my load order. TES5edit to clean my masters and plugins(only the ones Boss shows that need cleaning). etc etc Any tips? Thanks

The odd combos xD If you can not access MCM UI, possibly meaning that you have leftover scripts from previous loverscomfort. run attached BAT file to delete those scripts, then preform clean save without loverscomfort, that should fix it. Cmod framework is great, inexperienced scripters can use only one call HaveSex(...) others can dig in and find whole world of opportunities. Now what should be done is creating an "Unofficial SexiS Patch" thread. there all modders will come to consensus about API or better store it on GitHub (or something like this).

I've been meaning to uninstall the mod to fix the 'Nothing happening after update' glitch... but after I uninstall the mod and start up skyrim to make a new save, the game crashes after the "Bethesda" logo. :/ It's like I can't start up or even play without the SEXIS 'Core' installed. I'm also getting an error at the beginning of a loaded character that keeps saying that I'm using an older version of skyrim that isn't compatible with Sexis. Anybody know anything? >_<

yougonasorry Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 hi all, I'm quite new to this website, and must say that I'm really impressed with all the effort and work that has been put into making most animations so real. awesome just awesome I was testing the sexis mod, more specifically i wanted to test the defeated plugin however i can never manage to initiate the act after injuring severely my enemies (any sort of enemy), nothing really happens, unless I fire the cupid spell on the enemy, but Im thinking that's not really the defeated plugin is it? how can i trigger the defeated plugin after winning a fight please? :/ brilliant mod again!

It isn't the enemy being defeated that starts the mod, it's a mod for when You as the player are defeated and then penalty is getting laid repeatedly.
yougonasorry Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 oh i see thanks for clarifying that for me i basically couldn't get much info on the defeated plugin so I just thought it would be a bit like the 'combat raping' aspect from the Sex Addict mod. by the way i also went through this thread to make sure i didn't miss vital info on how to use this mod and fixes, so i installed your latest fix, however, when i get to bed with my wife in whiterun her facial expressions doesn't really seem to change at all. I know several people on this thread already mentioned that, however I couldn't really find any solution to fix it, any suggestions?
