Help, for some reason even when I have Vioxsis's_Strap-Ons installed I can't select any of the FOMOD option

Make sure it's the version linked to in the OP: Vioxis' Strap-Ons of Fallout 4 5.0.0  There is another version that is outdated and will not be recognized by the installer.

Yup, it is that version. Checked 3 times. Reinstalled and make sure nothing's overwriting.

Make sure the other version isn't ALSO present. even if unchecked from plugin list.

To be fair it's not super obvious and I was heavy handed in forcing this error :), but there are like 3 versions of this strapon floating around (Yes some people still have remnants of One Patch in their load order) and that's not even counting Indarello's frankendildo... so yeah. Kinda necessary to prevent worse issues.

Hello, i´m fairly new to modding and would like some help, i downloaded the required mods and the animations are being played, but i still need to manually change the animation stage, its probably something in the wrong load order or some incompatibility but i cant find what is causing the problem, can anyone point me at what i´m doing wrong ? Heres the list of warnings i recieve when using AAF. (I have a basic understandind of english so i find a little difficult to understand some of these lines)

AAF is gonna give a lot of warnings in most cases. I wouldn't worry about that until you have a problem. especially if you have trouble with english.

 

Make sure that when you installed SLP that you DID NOT choose "Extended". Extended adds all the stages as tagged positions that can be called by scripted mods. Some people like this and can find a use for it but it is mostly a legacy and debugging feature and will interfere with the proper function of staged anims in a lot of cases. I only included it because when I made SLP all the depricated legacy mods that SLP was replacing (Polistro, One patch) had it as an option and I didn't want to remove any features.

Thank you for the quick response, i reinstalled the mod and the m+f f+f animations are playing fine (beginning to end), but the animations regarding dogmeat, mutanthounds, mongrel and supermutants start with a mid-sex animation and loop the same animation until the end, any idea what is causing this ?

Sounds like you installed middle stages only, but that would also affect the human anims so I would think you'd notice that... so, sorry I don't know what's going on.

Love the progression system. However, any ideas why the erection is a bit irregular? It works 75% of the time, but sometimes, even mid scene, it goes (and remains) flaccid. (NPC controlled scenes - violate, SEU)

This is just an issue with the way erections are implemented in Fallout 4 using looksmenu morphs. They just don't work sometimes. SLP, and UAP even add an extra check that helps slightly (with staged anims) but there is nothing that can be done beyond that. If the mod you are in has called a tag that has multiple viable positions you can sometimes fix it by using the pgup/pgdn keys to switch, and switch back, but somethimes a mod won't (Including often my Hardship) so you just have to deal with it.

I see. If you could kindly elaborate a bit on the moan options... it has been a while coming back to Fo4 but I recall Leito's animations having their own sounds that use game character's voice/audio? I prefer to have scenes with those moans.

 

In enabling this mod (via vortex) I see the options for staged or extended animations in the fmod are for either 'no moans' or 'custom moans'. I tried the custom moans mod and it sounds like soundfiles pulled from some porno or something, not my character so I don't want to use that. But choosing staged no moans is just the same as muting all the audio right? So is the choice either using custom moans or no moans (no sound)?

 

I also choose the 'none dr.girlfriend mode' option for no audio blockers (and not 'custom moans' or 'mute moans') which feels redundant if the staged/extended options are no moans by default.


EDIT: I figured it out. You must pick 'none'  in for UAP's custom moans option (and not custom moansin UAP). the UAP Moans. esp redirects/replaces the sounds or something and even if you don't select UAP's leito files it still erases the audio. (I use UAP mostly to patch the creature animations,) (I also have your mod overwriting everything)

If you just need the creature stuff from UAP, ULF has a standalone mod for that. 

For Creature support:

AAF Creature Resources 1.1.3 or higher -- VERSION IS VERY IMPORTANT!

 

It's literally the exact same files. Even has the dog replacer.

This question is too vague, and not directly related to SLP.  As far as this mod's interactions go, it will only affect Leito's animations. You will still need Custom moans XMLs for the other anim packs.

I've got no idea how to actually get female alignment and the strap-on to work properly. I've installed everything according to the insturctions, AAF_V166, Leito's Animations 2.1b, AAF Themes V210819.0, Vioxsis' Strap-On's of Fallout 4 5.0.0, and then this mod, but the aligments are just way off. I've tried it with both actor scaling on and off in the AAF ini. Also the strap-on doesn't seem to morph at all. I've tried building it with morphs in bodyslide, but no change. I'm at my wits end here, since your screenshots show it working.

 

E.g. this is what my PowerBomb animation looks like:

Edit: Forget I said anything. It was because of the skeleton I was using: Skeletal Adjustments for CBBE - Knee Fix - Legs for Days - 3BBB

Works fine without it.

Absolutely no idea why some people have problems like this. Gay and Lesbian anims should never have alignment issues (beyond possibly strapon or penis angle) because there is no height offset. There are rare npcs with unusual heights but I personally have never seen anything like this in game either with SLP or any other XML set. If using SLP you should make sure that actor scaling is turned off in AAF INI, and that no other XML set install turned it on... Though again since FF actors are already the same size I don't see how that could possibly be a factor in this case.

 

With XML issues as with all bethesda modding isues , sometimes you just have to try different combinations of shit in different iorders until it works.

 

Sorry I know that isn't helpful.

This doesn't work for me and I don't have another version of it enabled. Would devious devices be a conflict?I redownloaded it and replaced the older installation to be sure. Still same issue.

Shouldn't be.

 

Define "doesn't work for me" The strapon XMLs won't install? Everything installs but the strapon doesn't show up? Something else?

I'm having an issue where F+D leito animations don't show up for single bed/double bed. Only savage cabbage animations for those furniture. Anyone else have this issue?

I looked at the positionDatas and everything is set up right, so there is nothing wrong on my end. Just make sure no other mod is overwriting the "FO4_Animations_by_Leito_furnitureData.xml" XML provided by this mod, with a blank version, or one that changes the tags. If that were the case it wouldn't just be affecting dogs though so, sorry. ?‍♀️ 

 

Possibly also try just redownloading and reinstalling... Maybe the XML for beds got corrupted. (It happens)

hi all,

I got a problem installing this. I cant pick any options in the FOMOD only "none" got all the requirements installed.
using Vortex as mod manager.

Anything i can do?


Trying to fix my game animations that are not loading for me, actors just stand there until the scene is finished.

Make sure you "deploy" in Vortex after installing AAF, before you install Themes or other mods which might declare a requirement on its plugin within the FOMOD metadata.

 sadly this is not working. I tired it.
funny thign is I had the game running with working animation like 6 months ago, but did i fresh install with new mods.

Make sure you have the right strapon mod.... The specific one in the link.
