Hello people! I'm new at the modding community and I'm getting a bit confused about ME mod. I have been reading the 29 pages of the forum and still can't understand how to play the mod... 😅

 

If I want to play the mod with an immersive and guided atmosphere, do I have to play de 2.5 versión or the 2.6? I have tried to play the 2.5 version since the 2.6 seems to be incomplete, but I can't find any patch with the English translation... All the files in the forum seem to be "Unavailable". Any help to reach an English patch to play the mod would be highly appreciated.

2.6 does not contain quests, it just contains several managers (pose, outfit, locations, npcs...)

Does anyone have the 1.5.97 version? I've been trying to get this mod to work there and all i get is the "Maria eden" quest started but nothing else

The quests MariaMain and MepMain won't start with my installation automatically. Is there a way to start them manually?

Whenever starting as a slave or a whore I'm given an anal plug and told to insert it, but then the pimp tells me to 'hurry up' even after I put it in, is this bugged or am I supposed to strike a pose after? I've tried several poses and none of them advance the scene...

(Assuming you are playing the 2.5.x version) Maria Eden is looking for a keyword on the plug that is missing. You can fix this by installing the mod 'Keyword item distributor' (for SE/AE: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/55728)

Then unzip the attached file and move 'MariaProstitution_KID.ini' to your Skyrim Data directory.

 

Make sure you overwrite this file when you upgrade to the new ME 2.6+ (once it is released ) because that will probably provide it's own MariaProstitution_KID.ini file.

it works now, I had to kind of piece together a janky mod from an older mariabase, and the various other maria files, didn't quite work with the newest release, but that might just be due to a conflict with other mods I have

Hey, apologies if this is discussed somewhere else in the thread, but is there an available English translation for any parts of the v2.5 update of the mod? I can't find the translation mentioned in the OP anywhere.

Hate to ask again, but when I try to do the training the woman just walks up the stairs, and turns around, if I follow her down she just walks to the anvil and then keeps walking into me, also the only way to trigger training at all is by being sent there from a pimp, anyone have any idea what I'm missing? Thanks! I was able to get it working well enough before, but I uninstalled a few mods and re-installed this one, I have all required dependencies, seems to be a script I'm missing I think

Meanwhile I suggest to take a look onto my Starfield Mod enslaved where I am implementing some quests in the same spirit of MEP....

 

BTW: More and more quest mods arising for CP2077, which is my favorit game environment, so I start to investigate the probabilities there.

Ah that's a shame I thought it was just round the corner and ME was just being polished - appreciate you taking the time to let us know. I've always thought of it as the definitive adult Skyrim mod!

 

I'll stop holding my breath lol. I'll check out the others, but I use console for newer games so probs out of luck!

By my observation and experience CP2077 is at least a year out for a sex system. Looking at the thread you are one of the lead developers there but it will take time for the sex system itself. Until that happens I have a feeling you will be back sooner than later.

I can't find Nomkaz's version of the mod anywhere. The MEPort thread link doesn't work anymore either ( https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/10642-maria-eden-se/ ). So there is no way to get any versions prior to Zaira's 2.6.0 version, unless you want to play skyrim LE.

So, I'm having a bit of an issue, and I'm not sure what's causing it.

 

If I start a new game, there's gonna be a black screen and nothing happens (assuming another mod doesn't open a window, then I can interact with it), but, if I open racemenu via showracemenu console command, I am in the ME starting cell, but can't leave through the door, the message "Marian Eden is not ready yet. Please wait a while", and only options "ok" and "no matter", whichever I choose nothing happens, and in both scenarios (black screen or interacting with door), doesn't seem to matter how long I wait, nothing changes.

 

I tried removing everything except the essential mods, aka ME and dependencies, but still, nothing changes.

 

I got no clue.

I can't seem to get the in game menus to call the StorageUtilData lists from the overwrite folders. Specifically I can save outfits, but not load them. Any ideas what might be wrong/what required mod's instillation is bad? I am using the June 2021 version not the 2.6.

Since I am stuck in Starfield (I am unable to add audio effects) and there are still no motivating outfits and because the great progress made in DDNG and improved camera, I decided to continue with MEP.

Keyword Item Distributor now is a soft dependency in 2.6, so I believe zaira will take care of the keywords when the new quest part for 2.6 will be released.
