Troubles of Heroine

In a new playthrough, I started the "Falling Into Briars" quest. However, after Maven sends me off to deal with the detective at the city gate, there's no marker and he's not there. This didn't happen in a previous playthrough. Has this happened to anyone else? What could cause this, and how can it be fixed?

It's likely not compatible with the newest version.  I wish I made it as an ESL extension to the main mod but esl wasn't available for VR at the time.  That's unfortunate, but there's no way I would ever come back to this.  It took 4 months to go through every line of dialogue in xedit and I never want to do that again.

 

If you're xedit savy, I think you can take all the dialogue and copy it into a new esp which should then require base TOH as a master.  Then you could load the new version of TOH with my edits as an extension and forward any changed material.

 

If your game isn't even booting up then you likely have the initial older patch too.  The initial one had 2 bugged dialogues where the dialogue type wasn't capitalized, which seems to cause Skyrim to fail to boot.  I fixed it in the last version I uploaded.

No. I decided to try to write a book (normal, not not degenerative). The only thing I have prepared for Starfield: Issues of Spacefarer:
-My classic dominant follower (see Bruiser, Garona, Brutus, Xana and Mile Dom);
-Pirates' deadly obstacle race for slaves;
-Backwater star station (here is a set of words that I will never think of), where misogynistic men rebelled against female command;
-Prison ship (think of Mass Effect Purgatory): Prisoners mining an asteroid, on which the prison facility is located. After leaving a punishment room a guard calls you to humiliate, mock, molest and establish dominance. Then you go to the common shower room where prisoners do the same. A real utopia of the space age.

 

As soon as the SF Creation Kit comes out, I'll see what I can do. I think I'll do it more as a tradition, the mod won't be big at first, at least not before any major updates.

It's better to disable the mod's patches for older versions. Try using bat TOHUpdate.

Jordis Saga: Masked orgy in solitude: The 10 Gold dialogue for just Jordis starts sex for player and Jordis. Meanwhile the 20 Gold dialogue for player+Jordis sex only start sex for Jordis.

So the reason "My Doppelganger" is not detected by AFF is because she is not counted as a "Unique Actor" but all the other followers from this mod are being detected.

 

That's a little sad honestly, I wanted to make her the Mage follower in my party and have her come with me in the Sexadventures of skyrim

When I try to start From Hero to Zero quest, i am just sent to the reasoners room that doesn't have the bear that others mentioned. Also does this quest not show up in the quest journal? Nothing happens when I am in the room for no matter how long I wait for.

Not sure if it's caused by this mod, I'm doing hire: inventor quest the retrieve troll cum step, but I get ctd everytime I fasttravel to Dushnikh Yal, tried fast travel to nearby location and walk to Dushnikh Yal but the same happens, on my crash log it just says Memory at 0x48 could not be read.

I notice a bug with Fattig. I did not start the main quest but I did agrea to let Fattig be in my house in Solitude.

When he asks for the house property and I say Sign here I receive the house aggrement from the Serpent guild quest.

 

I was also wondering why you completely remove Pirve as orphan? His story was a heartbreaker.

It's not I don't enjoy the new start and the new quest but Pirve as orphan was a huge incitative to obey.  Maybe it's just me but

since he was just a kid I cannot feel not responsible since I propose him to come live as my new «son» or kid in my house. He is just a kid I must endure for him.

He is my responsability.

 

The new story is nice but it seems something is missing. Maybe it's just me but they look like martyr. The new «heroes» and new Pirve kind of known in what mess they get themselves and pick themselves there fate. Why should my PC feel so sorry enough to submit at Serpent for them? I prefer fight Serpent then submit in that case. I can honor there sacrifice and kill serpent or at less try.

 

I was wondering why you didn't also keep the old Pirve as a way to enter the guild?

 

Don't get me wrong they are not request to do something but question.

I'll take a look at this, but its more likely that its an issue with some other mod, since toh doesn't really modify that cell.

When I finished the old story quest I was surprised that the Pirve wasnt the evil sorcerer the whole time. Like oh remember that boy I took and made you do all those things to keep safe. Yeah he was me the whole time.

Well, "from zero to hero" is a phraseological unit.

This is the PC clone and copies the same appearance and abilities.

He has always been the evil wizard, or rather, he was the guise of Serpent. He talks about this in one sentence, it’s probably easy to miss. Initially, he was supposed to turn into him while saying this phrase, and then back. But it seemed difficult to me at that moment: End the dialogue, turn off Serpent, turn on Pirve, summon the summon effect, start the dialogue, end the dialogue, turn off Pirve, turn on Serpent, call the summon effect.

Uh.. i am not sure what to do on "the taming of the obstinate one" quest, it says to educate Rat but i am confused on what to do, then when i check the main page it says there a submission and a domination path.

 

EDIT: Also how do i start Catherine quests? All i get is Small practice so i am utterly confused.

Thank you for the big mod. Is there a console command to initiate Sigmund Sour-Milk quest without going through all pursuit of shadow quests. To that matter, is there a console command list for all the quests maybe with a little explanation so I can jump in in the middle like this. I usually create new character many many times so, breaking save game is not a deal breaker for me.

I am going to miss the old way to start the quest. It was a perfect blackmail but I see your point and it's a fair one. I suppose It's also why you didn't keep the option and completly rewrite the quest.

 

It's sad you didn't change the old Pirve for a Husband or a Wife.(Custom follower made by you)  (Marriage in Skyrim are a mess and I suppose it would have required to create a custom wedding or make her or him follow you like old Pirve at your house.) When you wake up Serpent took him/her away and start the quest. It would have the same effect then have old Pirve taken away.

 

When the quest would have been completly you would have return the Wife and Husband at the end of the quest or Sepent could have declare they were dead before the quest, it was him a along.

 

But Thank you to have add Hero to zero as replacement. It's also quite immersive.

So I installed this, and now Skyrim won't start, just the base mod.  Uninstalling it fixes the problem, is there a workaround?

 

Edit: Turns out you need the correct version of the mod for the game.  SAE doesn't work too well on LE.  Who'd'a guessed?

I told Grommok to wait during a quest (near kynegrove). I later realised that I couldn't find him again anywhere. His Hire quest had ended at some point though I had 30 dignity. I have checked in The Sleeping Giant and the Forgotten Regret and he isn't in either.

 

Currently I have the Model Show quest (Edit 1: Also the Visitor:Inspector) that needs me to go to him. Any way to find him?

 

Edit 2: Catherine seems to have disappeared too. She was following me since the Model Show quest (not as a proper follower in that I couldn't give her commands but that she was in the same location as me). She vanished after I finished the dwenmer torture device quest.

 

Edit 3: Catherine appeared back randomly in Dragonreach after I started the fake dragonborn quest.

I am having issues with Lydia. Her quests are not triggering. She just has the "guests" she invites over and the few things she makes my character do. None of the main popup quests.

Could you list the animation packs you're using? I can't find any packs with a 5p skeevers animation in them. That's crazy.
