Let me remind everyone that, although LL is happy to serve as a clearinghouse for mod requests it will not be a part of piracy. Said piracy to include, but not limited to, evading paying mod makers through Patreon, et al. This Rule is not "soft" or negotiable. Anyone who does this is subject to punishment.

Trying to cut down the requests for pirated mods

Open the esp in TES5Edit and look under Cell

That should give you a pretty good idea where to look.

Cool story and I could not care less where you went to school; I know people in jail right now for eight and half years trying to flaunt their way around this set of laws; and we haven't even covered how any extra-resident auditing body can contact local and state authorities and completely fuck anyone they feel like for as long as they feel like so unless Ashal is running this site out of the cayman islands maybe you should concede absolute ignorance and walk away with whatever nonexistant cred you have left.

Doesn't matter what Country the mod originates or what Country the poster or, even,  consumer lives in. Those are the rules, they are there to protect the site, it's owners and possibly it's users.

ok so just to be clear, i wanna make sure i dont break ANY laws what so ever. followers like the Tuna follower on page 120 and marie rose for example, are they illegal to have in your game? or you just cant share them anywhere because both of those followers are young and nude already. so is it fine having them and just don't share em, is it a matter of not uploading any explicit picture online of them. or should i delete both of them from my hard drive completely?

as stated before i want to make sure that i don't break any site rules so i would never post a follower of any  kind of nature against the rules but more importantly i don't wanna break ANY laws

No idea, probably depends on the country you live in. If you are concerned about such things I would error on the side of caution.
Personally I don't care what anyone has or does in their game. As long as media (images, video) is not made of it I think it would be hard to prove any wrong doing.

As far as Marie Rose (always borderline, imo, but she's a port from the DOA series where I suspect her character age is 18+) you should be safe there and that Tuna follower looks to go to the same plastic surgeon as Kim Kardashian so you're pretty safe there. The Asian style followers all have that child like face, it's the Anime style I guess, but the generally also have a Porn Star proportioned body so there is little about them that is child like.

The follower in Question was called Junior Maria (it was the Junior version of an existing follower, that should have raised some flags) and neither body nor skin (which included all internal textures) were NeverNude. It came with skin options that included one with a womb tattoo as well as physics options, you can guess the sort I mean.
The character was completely flat chested and stood at a scale of 0.78 (about 4' 8" if you take size 1 to be 5'10)

In short, it had no place here.

 

No one here is telling anyone what you can or can't install in your game, only what you can/can't share on this site.

I think you shouldn't really get so excited about this. I remember a case in Germany that showed the bizarre nature of this kind of thinking. There was an online game "Second Life" in which a "rabbit" had sex with an old man. After determining the participants, it turned out that a 49-year-old woman as a rabbit and a 15-year-old student were involved in this virtual sex act. Now the legal question "staple sex with animals (sodomy)" by the 15-year-old student and or "sex with minors" by the woman. I do not presume to judge myself, because I can not imagine why the one or the other behavior can be imagined, but persecution with recognizable virtual processes and the transfer to processes in the real world personally seems to me problematic and becomes the victim in the real one World not fair.

It's pretty cut and dried and you don't have to get to the law. The site rules of which Ashal and others have set to maintain this site itself catch that shit before you even get to laws. Read them follow them, if the follower or media look sketchy, they probably are. We've got two people in the char/sex thread deliberately flouting the rules and it's damn obvious who it is, and being under the american age limit or of any sex other than male isn't an excuse of get out of jail card, and it doesn't matter what the laws of your country are. American site, american rules.

 

If the character or content is under the site's indication for proper content, don't post it on the site. Simple.

Not entirely sure who you are directing this at but believe what you like.

Cite legal precedents that (may or maynot) have occured in a Country that has nothing to do with this Site or it's hosts, like they have any relevance.

 

Just don't break Rule 14 and all will should be fine.

i didn't plan on posting anything like that anywhere! so i wanted to get straight to the "law" i wanted to make sure the followers i have in my skyrim weren't breaking any laws because about 3 of them have that young anime loli look and have nude body meshes. mez was telling me their bodies are shaped like adults so they don't fit in that category. if it was a problem i wanna know so i can delete them from my skyrim. i never imagined having an issue over some pixels and i definitely don't want any. all i wanted to know is either yes get rid of them its illegal or no just don't post media and you're not breaking the law. i never planed on uploading followers of that nature.

Not gonna lie, at this point you should just start linking the quick tutorial you wrote on how to backport followers instead of posting the files themselves lol. Ever since I came by it I've been doing it myself and other than trying to figure out how to change formid from 44 to 43, I haven't run into any issues.
