The 3dmgame's link just picture posts for their game.They dont cotain any files.And the 9damaomod's link need to join in their private QQ group.There are no files in these posts too.

Does anyone please know where this follower is located?  I tried to use the "Are You There?" mod, but it doesn't work on this follower.

The mod is bad, case the modder forgot to place the follower. "are you there" works fine. You have to create your own follower under 3b "NPC bases" in "Are you there".

Indeed, She does not seem to have a location in the world space.

Oh, I was mistaken and everyone who awaits a follower. The mod replaces enimies, in detail the "Seekers" in  Hermaeus Mora's plane of Oblivion, Apocrypha. The mistake came to be, because there are parts of "Mona"-follower in this mod, probably because the modder used this mod as a base.

The Mod is for skyrim LE not for SE: 天际公共浴室2.0人物美化汉化LE.rar it is version 1.1 from Nexus with some bathing beauties.
