Found a problem if you edit your character using slm command. after, you no longer be detected as unarmed until you revert to your original features. Take note that if you use slm in the middle of an infiltration scenario, all raiders turn hostiles as soon as you close the console.

Indeed they do. You can however use it while a scene is playing and all will be well, just have to wait til the scene is over for your changes to take effect.

I really don’t think its Perks, otherwise there would be a lot more people requesting help.

I’m just clutching at straws. RSE surrender knows when I unequip my weapon to initiate the surrender. I’m running lots of AAF mods perfectly it’s just this one that doesn’t like me.

Alright new'sh idea, already suggested by someone/s. Start a new game.  Take no perks.  Save preston. Get the note from Jun.  Remove all weapons and then check to see if you are unarmed.  If false then it's time to remove mod after mod until unarmed equals true.

Mods conflict. Shit happens

At a guess, that is reverting you to normal faction membership.  Sorry, there's very little I can do to bullet-proof against mid-game console hackery.

I'm pretty sure, as its happened to me, the collar is unequipped whilst in the menu then re-equipped after. As you say not much you can do about it without changing armour slots around.

Hmm, if it's the OnItemUnequipped event, I might be able to detect and suppress that somehow... some research to do, I guess.

Love your mod. Played around a little with it. Just a quick question: Is there a way to get raiders to follow you once you are in their good graces? Or is that not part of the mod?

Version v1_2 uploaded, with German, Russian, and now Italian translations.  This expansion does not require a clean save, it should be safe to install on an existing game as long as you're not currently a raider captive.

New optional dependency, and associated scene with the raider boss, for Lord Escobar's Moddable Piercings.

The new mini-quest (given by 'Lucky') to visit a rival gang's camp as a truce offering is also optional (and Lucky doesn't have any followup for this... yet).  If you decline it, Lucky will grouch, but nothing more.

If you've experienced problems starting the quest, see the new troubleshooting section in the OP.

See the full change log for more details.

You mean like a follower, or settler?  That is not part of the mod.

TESTING STAGE ONE COMPLETE

Oh I found an Armor mod that causes hostilities while unarmed CHAIN BIKINI.  She was in the bomb collar, just finished giving head that's when I decided to change clothes as I brought a lot of different outfits for test character number 2 (I wanted to see what the mod is normally like).  BOOM everyone turns hostile.

Fun way to test/bug -  unequip everything(clothes) and put away your weapons.  Maybe no piercings to be safe.  Find any enemy(ferrals stay neutral) and see if they attack.  If they do not attack you then the mod is working just fine.  Then start putting on clothes one piece at a time.  When they turn hostile that's when you know which piece of clothing makes the boys go crazy lol

PS you can surrender to either sex and you will be stuck with that sex for the entire encounter.. didn't know that that was a thing and yes the girls do put on strap-ons for girl on girl action :)

edit:
tested that again and yes you guys/girls are correct it doesn't matter who you surrender to (at corvega) I tested it originally on the previous patch at backstreet apparel and when I surrendered to a women there none of the men would touch me, only the girls wanted her heinie

So because of this mod, if you are unarmed, you aren't seen as hostile?  This is just at the raider camps or anywhere?  At least that's what I think you are saying.

I use the chain bikini as well.  Maybe if you tried the nonawkcr version you would be okay?  Maybe its the armor/ armor Smith mods?

If you're in CaptiveFaction, everyone sees you as harmless (not just raiders).  So that's expected.

The gender of the first raider you surrender to has no effect that I'm aware of.

For armor/clothing mods that you suspect of conflicts, check the slots (for conflict with the DD collar) and keywords (for inexplicable misuse of ObjectTypeWeapon and the like).

So your mod, if we have no weapons, that puts us in the captive faction?  What are the conditions or checks to put us in that faction.

I actually like this idea. Just want to know how to get there.  Got an RP idea.

Did you equip the gloves from that mod.  I'll test again.  I put the gloves on last and everyone freaked out

Can confirm this is the case, there's a bit of a cooldown between sex encounters so maybe that was why

Cross a location boundary (ChangeLocation event) with no weapons in inventory.  That's all it takes.  It's not reacting to every inventory change - that would be way too much load on the script engine for my liking.

Honesty I went in naked. Lol. Maybe a vanilla set of clothing.   Though mine is lazman generally speaking. I use the chain top and easy girl stuff. Mostly because devious devices doesnt see that ss "naked" for the devious wasteland and zap me.  Though still technically naked.  Appraeanace and performance are 2 different things.

Plus my teen sons walking by.  So appearing naked all the time not good idea.

I am rethinking my clothing now.  2pac and lazman replaces. I am presuming all the mods see vanilla clothing in the appropriate slots... if I am dressed, u shouldn't be seen as naked.  Sexual harrassment or nudity karma..

I get 50 points karma by time i get to red rocket. Yes I know. I can shut stuff.... but off... defeats mod?  Haha.

Yeah, there's a 2 min. cooldown (timer starting from the start of the animation) to prevent other actors from starting ForceGreet behavior during an animation or immediately after.  So you generally have 40-60 sec. after an animation when you'll be free to move without interruptions.

So like before,  fast travel to corvega then disarm doesnt do it. ... disarm then fast travel there would work?

Makes no difference to me as i use red rocket so I drop stuff off at the Lexington.

Thanks for the great mod and help.  Us with OCD understanding the triggers helps make sense of it

Could be the gloves are flagged as a weapon.  The v1_2 update allows for equipping items with WeaponTypeUnarmed (except power fists) while sneaking, but it would still react to equipping e.g. brass knuckles while standing around in plain sight.

It doesn't check line-of-sight or anything complicated.  Just PlayerRef.IsSneaking.

Before I clear anymore dungeons(interiors) with my main I am wondering if any of you know of any mid - late game large interiors with LOTS of Raiders that have a named boss? I was thinking of RP'ing that they left a messenger at the Sanctuary Bridge to inform me that they are holding Mama Murphy captive at a secret location(but not really) and will release her once I turn myself over as payment.

I've cleared Olivia and all of Lexington, half of Boston, most of Concord.  It would have to be to the northeast or east of the Slog or South of Boston or Around Bunker Hill.  Any Ideas?

Edit: Oh shit I just remembered.  That disaster relief place near the church to the west.  Some what close to Nuka World.. I will test it as I don't remember if they are raiders.

Alright starting from the top of this list

Cleared
Forged - not cleared
Cleared

Federal Ration Stockpile (that's the place I mentioned above) Not Cleared

BeanTown Cleared - BADTFL (I think I have cleared it, but I am not sure)
DB Technical High School - Not Cleared - Shamrock Tap House - Cleared
Backstreet Apparel - not cleared, but it's really tiny,  4 girls and 5 men tops. Not a lot to DO ;)
The only other choice for a named raider boss interior is Milton General Hospital - Not Cleared

Shamrock Taphouse and D.B. Technical High School both are fairly large Raider lairs with named bosses.

Is there one along the beach front with the piers?  Also you have the one with Red in it - the military supply place south of sunshine.  I think there is a subway area to.  Cant remember all the places.

You can Google raider bosses. there is a fallout wiki that lists them.
