"Test of player" is currently not hooked up. I added it for Content Consumer some time back, and in A2 it is not enabled.

Ohhh, okay, cool. Lol, thanks. :)

I had one more question. Is there an easy way to edit the messages? I know its silly of me, but I'd prefer the messages to fit with how the characters talk in the game itself. Lore friendly, I guess is the word.

Tried to find an answer in this thread but I couldn't. I have SLSO and when my female PC orgasms the mod says that the partner orgasmed instead of the PC. You took a giant load etc... but the NPC didn't orgasm the PC did. Been using SLSO for a long time but I can't have a load order without Apropos, it's a must for me. Anyway just wanted to point that out.

Had a thought.... can we add a post orgasm stage... describing the after effects maybe... make it a checkable feature of course, like the pre stage one. BTW, not sure if this is a bug or not, but I can't seem to get the pre-stage scene to turn off. I turn it off and it doesn't play for human pairings, but any beast pairing the pre stage message displays. Thoughts?

Hey

a small Bug report (might be already mentioned elsewhere, I didnt look).

- when deactivated, Apropos2 does not remove its slave tats

- when removing the tats manually, apropos2 reapplies it, even when the mod is disabled

- Wear&Tear Change Messages do not show, even when selected in the MCM (I guess it would be a white font message in the left upper corner? I ve never seen one ever :(

- Wear&Tear still shows animation change messages even when the feature is off (I think this is for when NPC change the animation or the stage for themselves?)

I also would really love a "heal player" cheat in the MCM menue. It is a real pain in the ass (haha) to set apropos back to zero, be it for game or testing purposes.

I hope there would be a port for SSE :) the game is actually run much better for me than Oldrim

Apropos 2 will run in SSE with the use of the additional script in post 93, page 4.

Thanks, it works but there seems to be a popup for old Skyrim version always showing on load :(

@gooser Dude, first off thanks for the mod; second sorry about the English, not my main language.

I gotta ask a question you are probably tired of answering, that's why I read the entire description in search of a compatibility section, not having found one, here I am.

Your mod and ED's Separate Orgasms are both awesome and I love them both, does your mod work well with it and I did something wrong?

Because Apropos description keeps stating that my character is having an orgasm in rape scenes where it's impossible for her to have one since she isn't enjoying it and isn't lewd =x Apropos Classic had a patch for SLSO, I've asked there (SLSO) and they say Apropos2 doesn't need that patch so, what gives? Does your mod work, or will it ever work with separate orgasms???

Thanks again ^^

Hey there,

i always wanted to mix up the narrative of Apropos2 and make it so that it randomly outputs either 1st, 2nd or 3rd person messages.

Before you say "wait that sounds weird" just test it for yourself.

In my opinion it gives Apropos2 a whole new touch. The player as a narrator, a narrator directed towards the player (you) and a narrator that is distanced (3rd person) switching between each other somehow works very well in most cases. In most cases...

What this does:

- Adds a new narrative option to the Apropos2 MCM "mixed".

- Does not change any of the other narratives, if you don't like the mixed narration, you can easily change back to one of the original options.

The script changes are very lightweight, I added a new voice entry "mixed" and an If case checking whether the "mixed" option is selected, then generate a random number from 1 - 3 corresponding to 1st, 2nd or 3rd player and return.

If you use Mod Organizer, you can just add it as a new mod and load it after the original.

The original mod on this thread is still required and please give all credit to gooser.

I had a suggestion, though not sure if it's even possible or worth doing for you; I recently started using Shaydow's Vampire Lord replacer, and I was wondering if we could have maybe an MCM option to disable the slave tats from being visible while in Vampire Lord form? My Vampire Lord form has an unnatural skin color, and the bruising of the after effects look like she sat in some paint, but they look much more natural when she's in her normal form with a normal skin color.

I know it's not a feature most people might use... Just wondering if its possible to unapply them when in Vampire Lord form, then maybe even reapply after changing back?

I am running this on special edition, with the patch from page 4.  It installed, and shows up in the MCM, but doesnt appear to be working otherwise.  Also, when I do the widget test, everything appears to be written in French :(
Am I missing something?

What do you mean by doesn't seem to be working? The French sounds like a translation issue. I haven't used the test widget button before, as I was happy to just jump between the MCM and game screen while sorting out text and position.

With regard to flavour text, I personally have found that placing Apropos2 low in my load order works best.

I mean no text shows up during SL scenes.

I have experienced that before. Definitely play with your load order, All my SL mods are at the bottom, with Apropos at the bottom of that. Move your mods around to see what the best fit is. You may need to look at the debug options and use them to reset/rejig Apropos.

Ok, I will try that.  Thanks :)

Hey all! This is one of my favorite mods, and lately I've been inspired to create new messages for myself after just living with the included descriptions for all this time. In the course of doing that, I came up with the idea of creating some descriptions for a futa character on the receiving end of a male or other futa. I use Sexlab Eager NPCs to mark girls with cocks as male (so that other Apropos descriptions work when they are banging a female), but I wanted also to have descriptions for when they are getting pounded by a male.

I tried adding a MaleActor_Male folder with description files, but Apropos doesn't read them. Is there something else that needs to be done so it sees these new descriptions? Please note that I am a total neophyte at modding and would appreciate any help on how to make this happen.

As a trade, here's the descriptions I wrote up! I added lots of synonyms as well as descriptions for nearly every category, but keep in mind I only added 2nd person descriptions because that's what I personally prefer.

Last I heard, I don't think Male-Male or Female-Female descriptions had been implemented.

If you have Futa animations installed (there are a handful of them out there, Anub and K4 packs for instance), one thing you could do is make unique animation descriptions for those animations.  Not a great solution as you'd need to use those specific animations to see your descriptions, and they would also play if non-futa actors use those animations, but it's an option.

There are Female/Female descriptions; at least there are folders and files present but without any text in them.

I thought about copying all the MaleActor_Female files into the FemaleActor_Female folder, then having Sexlab see the futa as a female, which should then have Apropos describe my character penetrating the female whenever a Sexlab animation starts. But then I'd have to re-write all the FemaleActor_Male files to include descriptions of Futa cock and swap them out when I inevitably go back to playing a regular female. It's doable, but since I'm much less likely to ever play a gay male who is also a top, having a MaleActor_Male section would lessen the complications considerably. ?

I apologize because I think this has been answered but I can't find it anymore.  I'm running this on SSE with the fix from page 4 and everything works great.  I could have sworn in a previous build I got the out of date skyrim popup when you load the game to go away, I know the mod runs fine after you click ok but I would love to stop seeing it all together, does anyone know how to disable that popup?

Funny thing. I did the same and it simply dont work. It did work until I saved and loaded the game again. After that. No.

Do get one popup that says that Skyrim is outdated.

My conclution is that it dont work in SSE. Dont trust the post on 4:page.

I believe Page 4 is fixing the Jcontainers check, which the mod wont work if it thinks you have the wrong Jcontainers, but honestly I set it up a while ago at this point.
