Well that is sad to hear. Then again Dragonia even with several Patches didn't get proper hediffs.

 

I suppose a post fix that overwrites their code could possibly do it but place it in a mod that they won't be able to find easily just to make it harder to undo.

 

Edit : in all fairness some of those races are not reproduction compatible.

But I suppose you could also recreate RJW features but with different names and terms as a work around.

Unfortunately, they didn't and even if they did, recompling someone elses mod is a line I'd rather not cross. Especially since the mod's a WIP which would mean recompiling everytime an update gets released.

Huh it sedates the pawn that is trying to breed them in Hero mode. 
and also blocks the designation. 
Well I have a version that does not block RJW still zipped up somewhere.

Here is an Idea 

Make a an animal mod for your self that uses the textures and different Def names.

While that would fix it, that's also literally stealing someone's work and I'd rather not be a thief.
I too have a version without the block but that's for Rimworld 1.0

Reason I said make your self a version is because I did not want you to share it

its arm race

you can disable lf patches through harmony

or

you can block lf, flag it incompatible, remove its defs and make it broken

you probably can change rjw licence, so any mod that modifies rjw functionality will be considered MIT, and then fork LF and release it on steam under your name

didn't children and pregnancy get into quite a bit of trouble for doing this, mods aren't allowed to explicitly stop other mods from working?

On a more pleasant note and with inter-species reviewers giving ideas, any chance we could get bird and lizard humanoids to use the egg laying mechanics for pregnancy now that it's working, rather then giving live births?

PnC became classified as a malware when it broke your game or save when detecting RJW from what I have heard.

LF took a much more laxed approach.

Does anyone know if there's an update to RJWex yet? It seems it's causing the game to 'recover from corrupted mods', likely due to version incompatibility.

 

Currently trying with only:

-Harmony
-Core
-HugsLib

-RJW

-RJWEx

 

I realize RJW 4.0.0 just came out, but wanted to know if anyone was aware of an updated version already in the pipeline.

Yeah, about that.

It seems that when said eggs reach their maturity the insect (I only have tamed megaspiders available at hand though) goes into labor and... loses their ovipositor completely (I bet it spectacularly explodes).

Hi, I encounterd an annoying bugs for serveral times. The error logs said as below:

Failed to find Verse.HediffDef named SlimeGlob. There are 510 defs of this type loaded.

........

Then it looped for a long list. 

I also found that the "Manifest" in about folder seems to be not updated which indicates it is 3.2.2, actually 4.0.0. I am not sure I download the right file or not. 

However I downloaded the file right in 

 

Seems weirld.

Could you please check what happened?

Btw, this error happens everytime a tradeship come when it sells slime glob(well, it actually does not show name though.Only from the picutre and error log I guess it is the slime globe thing caused the error). And the whole trade window would freeze then you can  not do anyhing about it.

issue of using RaceSupport without the Nephilia mod since they utilize the slime glob, my next update should have this fixed.
It is either that or an issue on RJW's end. Should't have any real issue other than the fact it shows up with no label.

Thank you for your reply. Well it is kinda bad to me,  since everytime it shows up in tradeship' list and the whole trade window would literally freeze. The button to confirm the trade disappeaeared and all what you can to is to click esc to escape. Considering the rare chance of showing up of tradeship in higher difficulties, It is sort of annoying.

LF downs any pawn that tries to lewd LF creatures, or any creature with LF tag and throws errors

since interactions are ai driven it means you have 0 control, all pawns on you map get downed if you have LF pawn, your colony fucked, all raids fucked

Do you have the latest version of Lost Forest? I think the block was added around 1.1.

There's no misunderstanding, I de-compiled LF and found the code that anesthetizes pawns trying to user RJW actions on LF critters.

If you want, I have a fix. Drop me a PM and I'll send you the link. I don't want the author to immediately counter my fix so I won't upload it publicly to LL
