There's no misunderstanding, I de-compiled LF and found the code that anesthetizes pawns trying to user RJW actions on LF critters.

If you want, I have a fix. Drop me a PM and I'll send you the link. I don't want the author to immediately counter my fix so I won't upload it publicly to LL

I'm having a small issue with RJW and the Kurin 1.1 mod. The 'female' Kurins randomly gets a penis/vagina assigned to them. Afaik kurins only have 1 gender. Any help/guidance is appreciated!

Yeah, they are all updated, aren't listed as incompatible, are in a correct load order and everything worked perfectly fine until you went and reworked oviposition.

At least be kind enough to hint at what kind of mod could be a problem, because the only thing I have that even remotely approaches the subject and isn't specifically listed anywhere in the OP is EPOE. Or are you telling me that RJW isn't compatible with the third most used Rimworld mod?

idk, ive watched megascarab  pop dead eggs and everything is fine, lots of fee jelly on map, ovi working nothing disapearring

egg birthing hasnt changed from 1.0, only production and impregnation

idk, i dont use epoe, and everything works fine

I'm getting a repeating error. Just started was working fine last night I've tried with both my old save and a new colony and the error continues. Any suggestions?

I have the latest version of Lost Forest. I can give to you if you need it. I should not ask the author to do anything, because he has no obligation. I will choose to play or not to play.

I asked why the author of LF why he did that, then he told me how I dare talk such an topic since this mod(RJW) is no decent enough.

So I replied him:

In rim world, making couch of human leather is decent, but having sex is crime.
Fair enough. Very impressive logic.

He is absolutely a totally ignorant and arrogant moron.

Nothing really, he just told me "Say it to Ty".

However I do not give a shit, Ty even give a mood buff after pawns having sex.

If he does not want ppl to recreate his work, then I guess he should not even start LF since that mod is also something based on rimworld.

well... someone can make a separate harmony patch for his mod and publish it on steam or anywhere else, so everyone can lewd again, but it would need constant updating, if he decides to fightback. would be easy to do, unless he cries and deletes his mod from steam

I already made a harmony patch re enabling RJW. But I only give it out via PM to delay counter patching.

I'm permanently disabling human pregnancies. It's pretty bad system. Kids do more harm than good. They are bottomless pits that just devour food and attention while being useless for very long time. Peeps instead of working are just feeding talking with them for half of a day. They are kids, I get that, but having an item which could accelerate their growth and make them fully functional in few days would be amazing. Otherwise they waste time, resources and artificialy boost the difficulty level since they count as colonists. It can work on the lowest difficulties when you just want to play house but from medium classic and above it only makes problems.

I can recommend Age morphiosis cells, Faster aging and Children and pregnancy for faster aging kids, everything linked here

system is perfect. they are children, they do what childrens do: eat your food, piss & poop on you, do stupid things, disobey, break laws, goto jail, get sold to slavers or get turned into leather hat

if you cant handle harder difficulties then play on lower or dont make kids

Speaking of children, I was using the Children School and Learning mod together with a new mod called [SYR] Thrumkin (adds a new alien race based on an existing vanilla animal) with little issues the other day.

 

That was until a male colonist mated with a female of said species.

Things seemed to be alright, that female eventually birthed a small baby Thrumkin without issues.

But I for some reason could not feed that baby after it was placed on a medical bed, so it eventually died of malnurishment.

I usually have no problems feeding adult or child pawns on these beds, but I bumped the birthed age up to teen after that ordeal.

 

There is probably a conflict somewhere, but I am not quite sure where, exactly.

I am having trouble with a part of this mod. Seems like Slimes can not cause human pregnancies. I have tried both [syulipia] slimemod and L-slime. set chance to 100% for human-human and all the other stuff. Set DNA to always father species.

I force preg and birth on a colonist and i get this. nothing happens

I will leave it running to see if anything happens but it seems like slime pregnancy where human is mother and father slime is not work at the moment.
