Honestly, no idea how long, but as it's the only type of sex they have other than the occasional bestial or sex initiated by whores, it won't take that long. I don't think that's where the problem lies. And no, wild mode isn't active.

 

I suspect the problem lies in them not looking for casual sex if they have a CP available to them.

They already do that, I had two sisters in my colony doing a 69 today.

I also use this mod to reduce my colonist's breakup chances, but it changes attraction to family members too.

Try to raise the hookup chance in the mod options. You can find it under Rimjobworld - Casual Sex Settings, there is a slider called Hookup % chance per hour.

For whatever reason, it seems rapist pawns choose 'victims' by vulnerability [as they should], from left to right of my colonist list.
Three with high vulnerability, two higher than the one being repeatedly chosen, which seems odd. [First pawn's vuln is ~230-240%, one or both of the others are at 300%.]
If I designate another/the second pawn as a 'designated victim', they'll then default to them, but otherwise avoid them until or unless the first pawn's vulnerability drops below the threshold.

Also curious what determines 'refusal' for certain things, like being 'designated victims'.


Otherwise, whole damn thing works pretty flawlessly.

i keep having an issue where my (only pawn) zoophile keeps going for the pets every 2 tasks evn when sex is at 99%, it is very weird cause sometimes she stays a long time and the need drops to 50% and somethimes se goes nonstop at livin animal

oh, another thing at some pint she gave birth to human twins, but neither of them recognized the other a as family

Is their recreation low? If so, do they have a good choice of recreation available to them? They may be having sex to fulfil a recreation need. I play games with the Thinking Spot mod (you start with literally no tech available to you, even walls and doors), and my colonists have no choice but to fuck if they want to have recreation for the first weeks of my colony! ?

it might have to do with recreation since it does it when te need is close to the first threshold, but se also keeps doing it while in work hours, wich is mostly the problem, she stops working while in work hours do the job (or i draft/undraft her) and go do another job

So... I can't find where it tracks the vulnerability of a colonist. Like there is no status bar or anything indicating their vulnerability level.

Casual sex is a really good addition to RJW, thanks for implementing this feature and the settings for it.

However would it be possible to separate NPC caravans from the rest of the visitors category in the settings? Due to the nature of trader caravans it is much more likely for caravan guards, which your colonists will probably never see again, to engage in casual sex than it is for other guests that may return to your colony or even befriend your pawns.

That's why I would like to exclude trader caravans but not the other visitors from Hospitality or Tenants.

Yeah it is recreation they tend to do that if u dont have atleast 10 sources of joy even so if the other 9 sources have like 30-50% Tolerance(hover over the joy to see tolerance) they will go back to sex since its labeled as "Joy Romance" once that tolerance is also abouve 20% they will go back to the other sources of joy. If u have a very late game colony its always best to have all possible joy types so ur colonist doesn't resolve to sex all the time.

welp, with animals doesent seem to add a tolerance since it doesent apear in the list, my pawn just had fun with her horse and se only had social interaction and dexterity play tolerances,

maybe cause its a new game and she doesent have the zoophile trait yet. ill see in a while when se gains it and see if it adds tolerance

 

on a side note, i bought a pregnant boomalope, and the baby had 2 udders XD

 

Nope, the trait doesent change, now has only social interaction and that doesent go up when loving her horse XD

Yeah its a vanilla thing that romance has no tolerance since in the vanilla game romance only happens when both pawns are at bed but either way just try make more joy sources so they dont do much sex

Direct mode is more useful if u also have development mode(on debug settings) on aswell since it shows u why they cant do the other options

I may have potentially partially found the problem. Despite my colonists being of age to have sex (in my settings), they don't seem to get any romance compatibility until they turn 14. Because of the type of game I was playing, I was keeping the numbers of colonists down, and wasn't recruiting, meaning the only growth in my colony came from children. Because they were able to have sex but not romance someone, they presumably keep defaulting to the CP. That still doesn't explain the other colonists were preferring rape to hooking up, but perhaps simple compatibility played a part there.
