Really sad, i was having a really good experience with M.C.G on LE and was hoping to play with it on SE. Big loss to SE community, hopefully in the future this whole situation with community will be better:)

Well if you see the SE Conversion tracking topic you will see that even now that I have requested the removal of it there are people bitching with the wrong attitude about it even moderators ?, and this is just a proof that my decision is rightful and the community in general doesn't deserve it and apparently doesn't even care/want this mod for SE so why bothering on my end? I am sorry that people like you are feeling the loss but the situation is no more sustainable on my end and I am considering to remove also the mod for LE if this attitude continues, I have no reasons to continue sharing with ungrateful and aggressive people.

I'm running a TON of high powered mods and my LE game is bullet proof. I would never consider switching to SE due to the fact that so many older excellent mods won't be converted, or end up a complete disaster like we are seeing here with no fault of Anghelos92.

It seems there is some delay in your SKYUI initialization, try to save and load the game to let skyui refresh. If you still don't have the widget it could be an installation issue because the lust and wear interface elements are packed inside the bsa, make sure you have the MagnoCumGaudio.bsa package inside your Data folder.

 

 

Other than this I conduct some tests about the most commonly reported bugs in recent days:

 

-Creatures killed not recognised for additional points purpose in the dating: 

 As I said this system is tied with the vanilla combat stat about animals, creatures and undead killed respectively to impress "romantic"," friendly" and "spicy" personalities. Now while undead and animals seems really straightforward, I found that many enemies that one would naturally put in the "creatures" category are actually recognised as animals by the game stats, for example frostbite spiders are considered animals and they raise that stat instead of creatures. From my tests I found that dragons and whisps are creatures for sure and their killing is correctly recognised by the game as a creature kill. I may add a list of know creatures in the future to clarify this aspect, note though that this is not something decided by me but it's exactly how the vanilla game categorize the enemies. On the bright side though, even if the creatures are much rarer and more difficult to kill than animals they give much more points per kill, i.e. each creature killed for a friendly personality gives 10 points, while each animal killed for romantic personality goves 1 or 2!

 

-Dating actor leaving the date because bored:

I tested the function that increases and decreases the relationship points during a date and I found it to be working as intended, so at this point I think that who found not expected results didn't consider some of the following:

  - non unique npcs don't mantain their personality during the game, since they are not persistent object in the world, storing an info in them is useless so their personality is random  each time;

 - unique npcs store their personality for the current game but if you start a new game they may be assigned another personality for the new game. For example Avenicci may be spicy for my current game but next time I start a new game from beginning she may be romantic.

- note that you can always check for hints of the npc personality using the tool dialogue "I am interested in your stories [...]" to be sure of what personality and consequently the best approach for that actor;

- note also that in the MCM, interaction system page you can enable the "Dialogue cheats" and then in the tool dialogue branch you have the opportunity to see a cheat dialogue branch and assign to unique npcs or non unique npcs you are in a date with the personality you desire.

If you still have not expected results please let me know and be as much detailed as possible in your reports so you can help me narrow eventual problems!

@Zertos Sorry I answer you here because I don't want to continue the flame in the SE Conversion tracking and I suggest you to remove the comment because lately moderators are removing all comments about that matter because off topic.

 

By the way returning to the matter, it's not a question if there are bugs or not, there will always be, I am not perfect and so it is not my mod but there is a civil way to approach problems that lead to resolution and improvement and there is a rude and insulting way to approach it that doesn't lead anywhere.

It is possible to unistall my mod for Skyrim at any time with the following procedure:

  • use the button unistall MCG in the debug page of MCM;
  • Wait until you see the notification "MCG Unistalled" then save the game (1);
  • Exit the game and unistall MCG with a mod manager;
  • Reload the save (1) you did after using the unistall button and accept the warning about MCG missing, then save again (2)
  • with Resaver clean the save (2) 
  • Load and play from the new cleaned save and you should be good to go.

It happens when i kill creatures and humans

Any way to make it stop?

I'm enjoying this mod so far despite some bugs.

 

Dating is completely broken for me and I can't use it at all.  All dates end with 0 points due to killing an undead creature during the date, which never occurred.  All dates I go on say I killed an undead and end with 0 points.

 

The "dating approach" system needs a lot of help.  Nearly all the dates I take NPCs on it says something like "this is the wrong approach for this person."  The mod makes NPCs way pickier than people are in real life, to the point of being silly.  It is a huge chore to keep trying different things to find one thing the NPC prefers.

 

Another bad bug is that I will get approached for sex when an active sexlab animation is going on with myself and a different actor (not as a result of this mod).  This should be checked.

I didn't add anything like this in my mod, could it be some other mod you are using?

 

Also just for clarification, If you use this mod for the Special Edition or you've unpacked its .bsa archive it will not work in many aspects.

Hi, I tested the system and it works. Some things that you've reported as a bug are because of a misunderstanding, let me help you:

 

  •  "All dates end with 0 points due to killing an undead creature during the date, which never occurred":
    • The message at the end of a date is a recap of the additional, optional points (as said in the popup itself) that you had earned because of the killing of a particular category of enemies. It's not all the points you achieved during a date. To check the actual relationship points level with an actor you must use the tool dialogue "I am interested in your stories" and /or check the "Interaction system page in MCM" if you are currently in a date with the actor you want to know your relation level with. In your case you were dating a person with "spicy personality (A)", this personality at the end of a date can give you extra points for undead killed, enphasis on EXTRA, the other points you earn the usual way. Read chapter 1 of the mod guide if you want to learn the social part of this mod, especially the relationship system paragraph for your case.

    • In this case you should have read the guide for hints, note that the tool dialogue "I am interested in your stories" can give you more hints about the personality of the npc you are having a date with. I can report the table in the guide that can help you figure out the different 3 personalities:

    • This is the first time I've been reported with this bug, during the building of the npc approach system I inserted many conditions to block it in various situations, about blocking it during sexlab sex I've explicitely blocked it when the player has the "Sexlab Active" keyword which is usually given by sexlab when an actor is involved in sex and if the player has the movement controls disabled. So I cannot help you in this case, maybe can you provide additional info like what kind of approach you receive, if maybe you started the sex just after someone decided to approach you (so in this case you had the sex after the checks for the approach blocking).

Also just for clarification, If you use this mod for the Special Edition or you've unpacked its .bsa archive it will not work in many aspects.

It can't be, there isn't physically the code for what are you reporting, at least in the LE version. By the way I am sorry to say this but the SE conversion wasn't made by me and was a mess, i strongly siggest you to not use it. I am solely responsable of the LE version used as I distribute it and I can provide support only for it.

Trying out the mod right now. It covers a lot of bases for approach, defeat, and a few mods that I can  happily uninstall thanks to this mod ^_^

 

Quick question, in one of the screenshots I see you're able to somehow interact with your undead thrall (AKA bang him/her). Is that a feature of M.C.G. or do I need another mod for that?

Hi :) before unistalling them I suggest you to try this mod well first because it has not been built to be "popular" if you know what I mean, it has a gamey approach to things, trying to emulate the vanilla gamey philosophy so it may not suit every taste.

 

You can indeed bang your undead thrall, the one you raise with the vanilla spell "Raise zombie" or similar without needing additional mods. Note that currently having sex with a zombie is considered a severe crime and dealt with swift justice if you are detected doing it, so do it very privately..., in the next version that I plan to upload tomorrow this will be changed and incorporated into the more civil vanilla bounty system.

 

Also note that if you bang your zombie they are creatures with a timed life...so if your spell is weak they may disintigrate while you have sex ending the act, I left this as it is because I found the idea of this kind of necromancy very stimulating?

So, just go over to one of the undead thralls I resurrected and just activate them with E button, right? Gonna give it a try :D

 

And yeah, seeing them disintegrate while banging them is hella funny too ?

Yes this is how you do it, make sure you assign the MCG Hotkey first in MCM though as the instructions say (many forgot about this), because when you do that the mod is enabled and assign the player the perk that allow many of the mod new interactions.
