guide Customize Followers for Compatibility or Taste
Altwen posted a topic in Skyrim: Special Edition
This guide will outline some of the things I like to do when installing new followers in order to make them compatible and make them my own. Whether you are completely new to modding or a seasoned vet, you should be able to learn something or at least garner some inspiration from this guide. It's highly recommended you have and know how to use the following programs: Mod Organizer (MO2) SSEEdit (xEdit) Skyrim Creation Kit (CK) Bodyslide (If you don't have at least mod organizer and everything installed through there, you're probably going to need to look up a few other guides before this one is relevant) Installing and Finding Your Follower First, you will need a follower mod, but there's certainly no shortage of those so pick one or start customizing one you've already installed. I found this, it's a pair of vampire sisters- how exciting! It's a good thing because I've been looking for an excuse to try out this new diamond skin texture that's hot on the Nexus right now. Simply choose download with mod manager and install. If you got your follower from somewhere else or there is no option to download through mod manager, you can find a button at the top of MO2 which says "Install a new mod from an archive" and select the zipped mod probably in your downloads folder. Installing a mod through mod organizer is just a fancy way of saying extract the archive to a new folder in your mo2/modprofilename/mods folder. MO2 uses a virtual file system so all the contents of a mod's folder is basically treated as being in your steam/common/skyrimspecialedition/data folder by the game or any apps you launch through MO2. Mods lower on the list overwrite identical files higher in the list, assuming your list is sorted by priority. Unchecking a mod in the list stops it from being loaded into the virtual file system, equivalent to actually moving or deleting every one of the mod's files out of your game's directory, and it can be done or undone with a simple click! This is why MO2 is so powerful. Now that I've got it all installed let's go into the game and see what they look like... Only one problem, I don't know where the heck to find them and the mod author didn't post their in-game location. No problem because we have SSEEdit! Fire it up and load your follower .esp then check under "cell" and there should really only be one edit which is where they placed the follower(s) Pro Tip™ when you first open xEdit and it has every single one of your plugins checked, press ctrl-a to select all and uncheck them all at once, then just check the single .esp you actually want to load I've located them, they're at Windhelm Palace of the Kings. Once I get in game I'll just open the console with ~ and type coc windhelmpalaceofthekings to teleport directly there. I'm not planning on saving so it's not like I'm cheating or anything... You can use this page to find the coc ID for whatever place you're trying to teleport to. Here they are, and since they are made for CBBE there's no issues with how they look. Now we do the first thing everyone should do when installing a new follower mod, open the console, click on them, and type unequipall so we can see what they look like naked! Welp, that didn't go as planned.. I accidentally told them to attack something while trying to line them up for photos and they ended up wiping out Ulfric's entire personal guard. These girls are seriously OP, something I will definitely be changing in order to make them fit in my balanced and fair setup. Time to take some notes on what I want to do with these girls, well, besides the obvious... So I am writing some things down which will determine what kind of changes I'm about to make to them. I like to preserve the original design features while further emphasizing them where I can and of course balance them for my game. First things first, whatever body mesh they have is not mine so; I want to replace that as well as add in those diamond textures so I can finally see what all the fuss is about. This would also be the step that should fix your problems if you got a follower that uses a different body type than your main body. Replacing Meshes/Textures I right click on the mod in MO2 and open in explorer only to be pleasantly surprised that the mod author has done an incredible job organizing and setting aside different body meshes and textures for both girls! Pro Tip™ If they did not give two unique bodies and you wanted to put a different body or texture on each girl, you'd have to go into xEdit copy the shared naked skin armor addon (AA) by right clicking>copy as new record into>the same .esp, point it to a different body.nif, (likely with the same name but placed in a new folder, probably named for that actor) and do the same copying of the naked body armor which should be made to point to your new AA... inhales.. and then point that NPC to the new naked body armor. Of course, if you're changing textures you'll need to make a copy of the head and hands too, I hope you're following me here.. Alternatively you could use the same naked body but with a different texture set though we're not doing that since I want to give them separate meshes anyways. Now I can simply copy and paste the diamond textures overwriting the ones that came with the mod. I know they will work since it's CBBE textures on a CBBE body. If it were not a CBBE body it wouldn't matter anyways because I'm going to be replacing the meshes with my own CBBE meshes anyways. I found my textures in the mod I just installed called diamond skin, navigated through until I found the correct ones (textures/actors/character/female) I'll want to replace every one I can although I left the mouth alone since the one that came with the followers seems to have built in vampire teeth. I don't want to get rid of that. (this is why it's important to go in game and see what they're supposed to look like first) As a cherry on top, I used the "femaleheadvampire" files for one of the girls and just renamed them "femalehead" to match the originals. I'm not exactly sure what the difference is, but I'm hoping it means more diversity in their looks. If your follower came with its textures packed in a .bsa you will need to use BAE and extract the textures folder to the mod folder (i.e. mods/modname/textures) You can delete any of the extracted files that aren't being changed since they will be loaded from the .bsa instead. Alternatively you could just copy the file structure without extracting by creating new folders with the same names and copy your textures there. Loose files always overwrite .bsa compressed files but you'll want to try and load as few loose files as possible since they'll increase load times and ram usage. Just like textures, you can find your body meshes by right clicking whichever mod is responsible for your body, in my case it's 3BBB, and in the meshes/actors/character/characterassets folder is femalebody_0 and _1 (meaning low and high weight) you'll likely want to copy body, head, and hands since they're all made to fit together; copy these into the corresponding meshes folder from your follower mod and viola, the follower has your main body and can accept any compatible skin textures! Pro Tip™ if the mod author really hates you, himself, or is just foreign or noob at modding, they might not make things nice and neat with their bodies named something normal like "femalebody_1.nif" Depending on the mod, you might have to check out the actual AA through xEdit by finding the NPC and what naked body armor they're using, finding the naked body armor to see what AA it's using, and finding that AA so you can rename the .nifs properly. So long as the mesh the AA is pointing to has the same name and is in the same folder directory, you should be fine. Now for the fun part, I like to give some followers unique bodies and I do so by loading up my preset in bodyslide and making very minor adjustments to it. As you can see on the left of my desktop, I've backed up my original body files because bodyslide will overwrite them. Once I'm done and I "build" this body, I'll just move the newly generated body files into the followers directory and restore my originals. I've decided I'm going to give Mariana a stout build, I made her boobs larger but droopy, belly less defined and more round, upper hips wider, arm muscles bigger, and her butt flatter though more muscular. The other follower I've decided to keep at my default bodyslide for now, the important thing to me is that they're not identical and they have some variety. I only want to make very slight changes to the bodyslide because I have a ton of armors that are already fit to my default body. By making very small changes, or ones which result in the same general mass but with different shape, it means their body will immersively fit into and out of any of my existing armor, so basically.. it just works. Pro Tip™ If you want to play with sliders while maintaining the same general size so that it fits properly with your armor, rotate the body to a sideways angle and move it until it's just touching the edge of the window, then you can play around with the sliders while using the edge of the window as a marker making sure you don't shrink or grow too far beyond the original preset. Editing Plugin Data I have replaced the textures and meshes and now it's time to crack open xedit once again to add some personal touches. Weight is a scale between 0-100 and literally corresponds with the femalebody_0 and _1 files, it's a clever way that the game can use two files to generate 100 size variants. With my bodyslide, it's basically a scale of bony teeanager to voluptuous goddess; but within reason, I'm sorry but there's no quadruple F cups in my game. Your mileage may vary depending on what bodyslide you use. Height is literally actor scale, the same as if you go in game and use the console command setscale, it's pretty touchy so I'd only recommend altering it by small .01 increments. I set Mariana to 100 weight and .98 height, making her a lil shorter while mainting her waifu thicc status and set Laura to 1.04 Height and 70 weight, making her taller yet still above average in the juicy department. Pro Tip™ While you're in game testing, you could use setscale console command to help determine what height you want for your follower by seeing it in game first. This way you can even factor things such as high heels. I also decided to change their voice types to sultry for Mariana and condescending for Laura. I think it's a good fit for their looks and gives them further contrast, plus it's the first follower I have with the condescending voice so it actually makes her more interesting despite sounding like a bitch. I noticed that one of the girl's summons was called something like "Corrupted Shade Melee 1H" and that just doesn't sit right with me, so I edited the names of all the summons to be something more immersive. Same with the rings, they were called "Laura Custom Race Vampire Immersion Killer Ring 5000 of the Erudite" so I renamed those too. Anything you want is just an xEdit away... Now it's time to roll up those sleeves and get down and dirty into the CK because these girls are way too OP and I don't know how to delete inventories from xEdit. Start with loading up the plugin by going to file>data>followerpluginnamehere.esp Speaking of which, if it's an .esl you'd better go into xedit and delete the flag under file header and rename the file to .esp before doing any edits unless you really know what you're doing but .esl is nothing but trouble in my experience. Make sure you click "set as active file" and load the plugin. Pro Tip™ As with many things in Skyrim modding, or file exploring in general, you can type the first letters of your mod to quickly find it if you have a large list of plugins. On the left I click actors, I have to sort by name to find them since apparently the mod author is an ex Bethesda employee who just made the editor ID the same as the NPC name out of habit (it's nice if they use a prefix for easy access) Ah yes, I'm looking through these inventories: 2000 gold, mehrunes razor, custom enchanted ebony weapon, every spelltome for their op summons, 5 lockpicks.. This will not do, 5 lockpicks?? That's a game breaker right there, do you know how rare and expensive lockpicks are in my game!? So I've deleted all of their inventories aside from a special ring the mod author claims they need to regen mana, I'll leave those for further testing, I gave them default leather and hide outfits respectively since the player shouldn't be getting free mid/high tier stuff by simply visiting Windhelm. These options are under the actor's inventory tab, just delete things you don't want them to have and you can change their outfit in the little drop down menu. I used vanilla outifts like HideOutfitSimple or something weak as I like to have the opportunity to level and gear up with them. I also replaced their ebony weapons with the iron equivalent by finding items>weapons on the left panel and dragging the weapon I want into their inventory. When you're in the editor, you press "ok" after you've made changes to save them, then you can hit the save button on top of the CK to save the plugin. Don't hit "ok" on anything unless you've specifically made changes you want to save to that form, if you accidentally open iron greatsword and hit "ok" to close it, you just saved a new record in the followers plugin which will overwrite the vanilla iron greatsword, that's called an ITM (identical to master) running SSEEdit auto quick clean on your plugin will remove ITMs if they happen.. Well, let's see how they look! The new skin is alright, it's very bright, probably meant to be used with EnB which I refuse, weighing my options, I could easily revert to default textures. Laura seems quite broad around the shoulders so I might want to change that as well.. Can you tell which one has the condecending voice? Then again, we haven't even gotten around to balancing (deleting!) the god summons they get at level 5.. There's always more that can be done, but for now hopfully you've learned a little more about how to make your followers fit in with your playstyle while giving them a more personal touch.- 1 reply

Custom Collars and Stuff for Slavetats View File Version. 1.0 - Uploaded 2/19/2021 Ever Wanted to have your own custom-made collar for bling or name recognition? You like watching code geeks try and make custom texture files? Want your owner's name branded on your ass for the world to see? Well, if you said yes to any of these you might be in luck! This is a TOOL for generating custom slavetats - specifically at the time of writing - collars and ownership stamps. This uses SLAVETATS - and you gotta install it or you're wasting your time. This also uses Imagemagick and windows .bat files - they're all pretty tame though so no worries - For those of you worried though I uploaded a version without the imagemagick standalone included - just grab the portable for you and unzip it into the ImageMagick Directory inside the main tool folder (Custom Collars for SlaveTats) The tool lives inside Skyrim\data\Custom Collars for SlaveTats\ - that's where the magic(k) happens. I've included some basic templates and you should have some pre-generated stuff to give you a basic idea of it. I did NOT include any strange fonts (just bauhaus and arial) - but a quick google search should give you font selection up the butt. Just put the .ttf files in the \font\ directory. Same with templates - though you'll have to make those on your own or get one of the amazing artists who live here (on LL) to make you one! My artistic talents are limited sadly. NOTE on the Stamps - I wouldn't go too crazy - Master/Mistress/(blank) or all caps versions of these and their first name - it's pretty cramped in the box and you might have the bottom right corner cut off anyway - I did at some body weights. I -think- it's how the meshing works with sections (???) - if someone wants to provide a better template I'll happily tweak settings or you can too - font size and general positions can easily be edited in the .bat files. Same with resolutions. I went with stuff I used as templates to get my resolutions so the stamp is a little low-res but... next time.... POSSIBLE UPDATES: - Support for generating name-based slavetat entries inside Custom Collars sections - Walls of Text Tattoo generation??? - Better ideas than I'm currently having that you present to me. - Better artwork/templates you submit to me. - World Peace and World War coming together to make kittens.... literal kittens. Laters! -Nok- Below is the readme - pasted here for easy access to ya'll Enjoy! Special Thanks to Nilead for granting permissions to use their amazing collar texture setting this up! ---- Hey Kids, So I've tried to make this as simple to use as possible! Step 1: preparing these tools a) edit config\skyrim_path.txt to your skyrim installation directory. DO NOT Include the final backslash. Step 2: setup your collar the way you want a) inside config\collar\ you'll see the several files. those control your collar settings. b) name.txt sets the name - don't use non-letter symbols (!#@$%^&*'") - spaces are fine though. just edit and save c) color.txt sets the FONT color for your collar - you can use words like black, white, red, etc. Will add RGB support someday (maybe) d) style.txt is the template you want to use found in .\template\ - I provided several for you to choose from of varied quality (mostly low) - make sure to include .png Step 3: setting up your property stamp the way you want a) inside config\stamp\ you'll see the several files. those control your stamp settings. b) name.txt sets the name OF YOUR OWNER- don't use non-letter symbols (!#@$%^&*'") - spaces are fine though. just edit and save c) honorific.txt sets the honorific of your owner (Master/Mistress) - or blank if you like. d) color.txt sets the FONT color for your stamp - you can use words like black, white, red, etc. Will add RGB support someday (maybe) e) style.txt is the template you want to use found in .\template\ - I provided a white and black template for this. Step 4: Run those batch files a) Simply run the Custom Collars generator.bat to create a custom collar. b) Run property-tag generator.bat to create a custom ownership stamp NOTE: These will create PREVIEW files for you to look at your work (the stamp isn't rotated for the preview but should look right on the ass) Step 5: Launch skyrim Step 6: To apply the collar go into the slavetats menu and under FACE, find customcollars and the default's what you want (name collar) - color as desired. Step 7: To apply the ownership stamp on your character's right ass cheek in the slavetats menu under BODY you'll see customcollars and apply the default. color as desired. That's it! Special Thanks to: Nilead - Much better artist than I am and provided a foundation for getting the png files to line up with the amazing collar in Nilead's Slavetats pack! NOTES: - I don't use Special Edition and won't support it - you're on your own on that one. - I'm no graphics artist - anyone who wants to submit templates would be appreciated by myself and anyone using this tool - I'll link them in or add them to the DL's if ya want. - This uses ImageMagick's portable library for x64 windows. I don't support that. Hearthfire Dungeon Addon Ever wished your Hearthfire home had more storage space? Maybe a little extra storage space. Or maybe what you were really hoping for was a place to keep all those slaves, naughty followers, captives, and other NPCs you've collected and have lots of options to play with them? Well wait no longer because that is exactly what this mod gives you. The Hearthfire Dungeon Addon adds a large dungeon space to each of the cellar of Heathfire homes you can build in Skyrim. The space branches off the main cellar, first adding a small storeroom where you can keep extra books, loot, ammo and other items. Further down it adds a large main room where you can display and play with slaves and NPCs. In this area you will find many activator icons allowing you to install and swap various ZAP furniture options (more than 40 options are included) as well as three different bed style, or just pack them away to make room for your own options either added with console commands, Display Model, or whatever other furniture placing mod you wish to use. From the main room you can enter the upper grotto pool area where you can sit and relax in a natural cave. Or head down to the prison room where your slaves can sleep, or keep them in kennels, the choice is yours. Finally there is the lower grotto where slaves from the prison can bathe and relax after a hard day of being played with (and you can watch them from the upper grotto). The space includes many other features. In the storeroom you will find an Elder Scroll display case where you can store your Elder Scrolls. There is an arrow ammo storage display that changes according to the type of arrows you have stored in it at the time giving you a visual reference as to what types of arrows you have. There are book cases, weapon racks, chests and strong boxes to keep various other odds and ends. If you happen to be a vampire, your crafted coffin now has a new location in a hidden room that only becomes revealed after crafting the coffin. The pool area include the oft used feature of stripping naked those who enter, but there is the additional feature of being able to turn this function off (look for a basket containing clothes by the entrance to the upper grotto, just click it and the clothes disappear out of the basket, if the clothes are gone the script is off, if the basket is full the script is on). Torch sconces through out the space allow you to dynamically adjust the light levels to whatever suits your personal taste. Just place or remove torches in the sconces to turn on or off additional lighting. Additionally, in the main hall there are some new furniture options as well. You can now freely swap the dining room table set with an alternate chair set or large furpile bed set or just pack them all away. The controls for this are on a shelf just above where the main room workbench appears. Also, I made some of the main room items on the mantle static so they aren't constantly being knocked around. All interior cells now have COC markers so if you use console COC commands you appear at the entrance where you should. Cell ownership is set to the player and I adjusted the interior fog (greatly reducing it). Installation: Installation is easy, either use your favorite mod organizer or manually install the esp and bsa file into your data folder, there are only two files so its easy to keep track off. Enable the mod in your load order and go. NOTE: You do not need the (Loose) version, download that only if you want to peek under the hood and see how the scripts work. Uninstalling: Uninstall with your favorite mod organizeer or just delete the esp and bsa file from your data folder, save and then use a save game editor to clean scripts beginning with BYOHD_ from your save game and you're done. Requirements: Skyrim.esm Update.esm Dragonborn.esm Hearthfires.esm Dawnguard.esm ZAZAnimationPack (version 8.0 or higher) Recommended Mods (NOT required but this mod works well with them): PAHE (Paradise Halls Enhanced) Home Sweet Home Interactive BDSM And You Also Get A Slave I'll Take the Display Model Sexy Bandit Captives SE Version: None for the foreseeable future. Known Conflicts: PAHE Lakeview Cell Addon (this mod will cause the pool water to not look correctly IF it is placed after the Hearthfire Dungeon in your load order. If you wish to use this mod, make sure it is placed BEFORE the Hearthfire Dungeon Addon in your load order) If you are using my older version of this mod previously shared in my Prettier Bandits support thread, make sure you remove all torches and fully uninstall that mod before installing the new version or you may get some odd torches issues. In Game Usage: Install the mod into a new or existing save game. Craft one of the Hearthfire Homes, build the cellar, as soon as the cellar is built the dungeon is there (fully functional) Have at least 20 torches in your inventory (40 will be enough for the full dungeon) Head down to your new dungeon and use the torches to adjust the lights the way you want. Activate whatever furniture options you like, you can change them as often as you want. Explore and enjoy! History: Credits: CPU - for scripting lessons, scripts, patience and encouragement Ed86, Musje and Valcon767 for additional scripting advice T.ara for advice on some of the furniture placement and options Psalam, Karlpaws, Donttouchmethere and Valcon767 for being a great bunch of beta testers, making lots of suggestions and generally helping make this mod what it is. Hey folks, We are working on a 3D, Open World Adult Game with a focus on survival mechanics, real-time relationships and breeding. A variety of different game modes will be available to our players in the base game, but we also have plans to eventually release a level editor which will allow users to create their own mini-games and share them with other players! _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Download Public: https://www.patreon.com/posts/ferity-world-v0-38199520 Discord _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ One of the core elements of our game is the amount of detail we've put into the character customization system. You can customize just about everything on your character, including but not limited to: Body Shape Skin Color Tattoos Makeup Hair Outfit Beyond that, players are also able to carry upwards of 17 items of their choice, most of which are color customizable. This customization shop will be one of our main focuses, to allow for a custom, tailor made experience for our players, but it won't end here. In fact, we intend to keep extending it. Down the line, we envision giving you even more tools to toy around with, like the option to customize NPCs and exchanging customization presets with other players. As of now, we currently have 2 available modes in our game - Story/Survival Mode and Erotic Island Mode. Here's a brief overview of both: Story/Survival Mode - This mode is currently in its early stages and is currently intended to be something of a tech demo to show off some of the game's features. Playing this mode will give you an idea of the survival mechanics, AI, and voice acting that you can expect to see in the final version down the line. As for the story, we'd rather not rush that until we've honed the rest of the game to perfection. For now, our focus is working on combat mechanics, relationship mechanics, implementing plenty of new character and customization options. Adult scenes will be added when there's sufficient content to warrant them being naturally included. But isn't this an adult game?! Where's the good stuff?! Don't worry, we've got you covered. Erotic Island Mode - This mode is more a sandbox featuring your private island of lust and luxury. Here, you can meet different characters and freely experience the game's more spicy content at your leisure, and to your heart's content. But our ambitions don't end there, we currently have two more game modes in development, one of them being developed for VR. Stay tuned for more info on that! Now, we know this part isn't for everybody. Some people love it, some people don't want to see it. That's why we decided to keep both parties happy, and keep the decision of experiencing this content in your hands. During the mating process, you will be given the option to either impregnate other characters or become impregnated yourself, depending on your character's gender. Much like our character customization system, our breeding system is pretty big and varied. The process for impregnating each character is different. Some are as easy and simple as it is in the real world, but some will require more complex preparations, such as finding special herbs to ensure the process is successful. This game has a dynamic, in depth, real time relationship system, not only between you and your sexual partners, but between you and all characters in the world. In other words, Ferity World is a living, breathing universe. NPC characters will initially judge you based on your starting clan, and then based on your deeds and actions. By completing various questlines, you can increase your reputation with the in-game factions, gain access to the world's influential characters and ultimately unlock more adult content to enjoy. In Ferity World every character is part of a social circle. This defines a set of personality traits and relationships. Usually a character will have his or her own faction, though interchangeable and generic characters such as vendors and merchants share a common faction of their own. Furthermore we currently have a system in development which revolves around three 'Emotional States'. These are Pleasure, Arousal and Dominance. All of these values will change in real time based on your actions as a player. In-game characters might also meet and talk with other like minded characters in their faction about your player character. This means that your information will spread organically throughout the game's populations. Now, whether that information is tales of heroic deeds or malicious gossip largely depends on how you conduct yourself. Like the aforementioned 'Emotional States' System, the Survival System is also based around three values which the game tracks. Your Health, Hunger and Thirst. In the future, we may add Sleep and Temperature. Creatures will spawn randomly depending on the habitat the player is in the more they play, until the habitat is eventually full. We don't have any big game for you to hunt yet, but we're working on it. It should be here soon enough. However, just like in the real world, you have to be careful what you eat, and what creatures you interact with. Bites, stings and diseases are part of the world so watch your step and watch what you put in your mouth. Thankfully, there's always trusty vendors which will be able to provide you with food that's safe to consume and medicine to heal any ailments, assuming you have the coin to afford their services, of course. Gallery We thank you in advance for checking out our Patreon! It is through your pledges that we can continue to provide high quality, erotic content to you! You have our thanks!
