If you look at real life military units, females generally get a fair bit of pushback because of their lack of upper body strength. Meanwhile, an "obvious" remedy for that issue would be powered exoskeleton.
(You can also do robot designs (for example "big dog") but people have adaptability which machines lack.)

Just a small update on the story; its been delayed for a while due to me making the multiple mistakes of getting addicted to Blade and Soul and The Witcher 3 as well as getting distracted by other quests in Skyrim.
