Still putzing with the new set
Spent a good part of the day learning more about NiControllerManager's and BSLightingShaderPropertyController's. Man these are a BITCH. They will allow me however to add more than just glow maps to armors \ weapons now though, and instead of being one solid glowing color, I've started to learn how to cycle through multiple colors as well as the amount of the colors glow ( think dull white to pale white to bright white and back again. OR, red to blue to yellow to green etc ). It's a pretty neat effect but it's NOT easy to pull off.
Had a couple screen shots ready to show of what I did today with the Shaydow Set, only for my kid not to be allowed to play on the computer, so I decided to go ahead and finish some other stuff to ( a new Gem, a new Navel ). Thing is with these two, I never realized all the work I put into adding in the enchantments on them. Trying to remember all the enchantments, and how I MADE some of them ( some do not occur naturally in the CK as a magic effect to be added to the enchantment easily ) is a pain in the ass. Again I'm thinking of saying fuck it and just adding this new stuff into Celestials so I can call off all that work I already did. I was really going to make this a stand alone, but now I'm not so sure.
REALLY sucks to because, sneaky peaky time, I made GUNS. Yup that's right, GUNS. Well, technically for all intents and purpose they are " Staff " weapons, just modified through the nif and the CK to " Fire " etc. You know, take on the aspect of guns
I really don't want to have to remake THEM in the CK, as well as all the "new" armor pieces I made, but I may end up doing it, because it's either one or the other.
So here ya go gokuzeny and Tahkayun, I guess this one is for you, since you're my only followers, enjoy the few screens I grabbed before I had to go out and wait for the bus.
Here are 2 shots of the " Quiver " I made for Shaydow Arrows. Notice the movement of the ribbons, it's why I included 2 screens.
The new circlet
GUNS idle
Guns ready to be fired ( mouse buttons held down )
Guns being fired
Note that the final bullet fire is not final, and will probably change, I just picked it so I could pick up on where the bullets went and figure out a good gravity for them.
Enjoy!
