A Bit Closer to Heaven

Act 3 - Chapter 12 | Expedition

After a week at Barney's side, it was time to move back to Boston. The old man taught me a lot about the region and what happened in Salem. An attack of Mirelurks and then the capture of the remaining survivors by the Children of Atom. Lucky for me I hadn't run into them or I would have ended up irradiated to the bone. Barney thanked me by giving me one of his sniper rifles, "You are always welcome here, my daughter Calista." was his last words before I headed back south. He was old enough to be

Chasing Piper (Charley's Story, Chapter 82)

Morning eventually came around, as it tends to, and we set about getting Winter back into her suit. I'd thought about switching with her now that we knew I wouldn't be getting my checkup for a while, but I remembered the request from the cabinet for me to keep my use of it to a minimum. Moreover, Winter didn't have the unusual healing factor that I'd acquired, and having her inside the suit made it a lot less likely that she'd get hurt if (when) we ended up in another fight.   Heather

Mama Fiona's Lusty Ride - Episode 13 : Mama's Homecumming

Mama Fiona's Lusty Ride Episode 13 - Mama's Homecumming   It had been two long weeks since Fiona had teleported inside the institute. The gang used that time to visit each of her settlements, making sure everything was in order. They were taking a day off and making the most out of this sunny afternoon in Sanctuary. Piper and Curie were chatting.     -Sooooo... Have you tried masturbating yet? -Oh yes Piper, I have. Fiona was right. Relieving mys

Before the war (Backstory/Lore)

After the second World War and the focus on nuclear power, the side effects of radiation became a big focus as well. Hidden from the eyes of the public, the government began researching radiation and experimenting to see if they can use radiation to create a greater weapon. A sub company from Vault-Tec, called Rad-Tec became the number one employee of the government working on radiation. After years of working in their Vault-Tec approved lab vault, the scientists were able to create a new weapon

synthetic slidergroups builder -- first draft

In my previous entry, I mentioned a bunch of goals for dealing with bodyslide under mo2.   I had made a small amount of progress towards them -- I implemented a script to give me a "synthetic groups", so basically a single bodyslide group which represents all bodytalk3 outfits (including the base body) and another for all fusion girl outfits (including the base body).   After working with this, I still need to address some of the other goals there. But, mostly, doing them man

“…and Vetchoft will assist the staff today. Assisting the students will be Zikef, Le, Nors, Diwl, Riwson, Neblii, Fadne…”   The slave master’s voice droned on as he continued to read names from his notes but Neblii stopped listening once her name was spoken. Her heart flipped and her mind tuned out all other sounds and thoughts.   She had been assigned to the students several times in her five months (by her best estimate, although she wasn’t sure why she bothered trying to k

A Bit Closer to Heaven

Act 3 - Chapter 11 | Retreat

It has been a month since my capture by the Gunners. I went north, far from the troubles. I arrived in this ghost town called Salem. No one lived there anymore but there were plenty of supplies and resources! I was enjoying life, sunbathing, walking, simple things that I had missed.               The days were simple and similar. I had nothing to worry about. Only one caravan of merchants came to town and you know what? They were the same ones I had met before my attack on Lexingt

Quick Visit (Charley's Story, Chapter 82 - Original Version)

Editor's note: This is the original version of Chapter 82 that I published roughly concurrently with my play through these events. In my original outline for Book IV, I didn't plan for Charley to start the mission "Dangerous Minds" until some time later - roughly around chapters 88-90, depending on B-Plot elements - but the game started the quest automatically with a cutscene when I reunited with the relevant characters. At first I thought I could just roll with it and rearrange the sequence of
