Mutations
What does this contain?
This mod would contain lots of new items that can be brough, sold and scavenged which will allow a load of new features and abilities to enhance your gameplay and develop your character beyond human abilities. This mod will also allow you to create a new injectable substance called a “Mutagen” which will allow you to develop new abilities that you can inject yourself or others with using the new tools and weapons.
Mutations and mutagen gameplay
Mutations: Added like a stat effect like addiction and some will have appearance changers and force equipped items onto the player to show mutation.
Mutations would work similar to sexlab parasites for Skyrim. (Mutations are equippable clothing pieces that are locked to being equipped on the character.)
Mutagen lab (Crafting station) - Used to create the Mutagen cells. Available to be crafted after discovering blueprints in the Rad-Tec facility.
Government approved Mutagens (Require science 2, Chemist 3 and Mutagen documents):
> Mutagen (Strength) - Crafted using Mutagen lab. Gives the player +5 Strength. Increase all Melee damage
> Mutagen (Speed) - Crafted using Mutagen lab. Gives the player +5 agility. Increase users move speed to 1.3
> Mutagen (Perception) - Crafted using Mutagen lab. Gives the player +5 perception. Gives the user a togglable organic recon sensor. Gives player slight VAT chance increase.
> Mutagen (chameleon) - Gives the user the chameleon legendary effect whenever crouched (works while moving too).
> Mutagen (Agility) - Crafted using Mutagen lab. Gives the player +5 agility. Quicker AP refresh rate. Increased jump hight. Lower fall damage (can still take fall damage off skyscrapers and stuff).
> Mutagen(Remover) -Removes all mutagens and mutations from the target. Rare and hard to make. (Require a human cell.)
Enhanced mutagens ( Requires Science 4, Chemist 4 and Mutagen documents):
> Mutagen + (Strength) - Crafted using Mutagen lab. Requires a Mutagen (Strength) cell. Gives the player +8 Strength. Significantly increase all Melee damage (Instantly enables bloody mess perk on melee)
> Mutagen (Speed) - Crafted using Mutagen lab. Requires a Mutagen (Speed) cell. Gives the player +5 agility. Increase users move speed to 1.5
> Mutagen (Perception) - Crafted using Mutagen lab. Requires a Mutagen (Perception) cell. Gives the player +8 perception. Gives the user a togglable organic recon sensor and targeting HUD. Significantly increases VAT chances.
> Mutagen (chameleon) - Gives the user the chameleon legendary effect whenever crouched (works while moving too). Allows player to attack and stay invisible. Boosts stealth stat.
> Mutagen (Agility) - Crafted using Mutagen lab. Gives the player +8 agility. Significantly quicker AP refresh rate. Increased jump hight. No fall damage.
Wasteland Mutagens ( Requires Science 4, Chemist 4 and Mutagen documents):
>FEV Mutagen enhancer - Crafted using Mutagen lab. Requires an FEV sample (See further down for Info) Gives player +10 strength. Increases Melee damage. Select which limb you inject it into. Stat boost is only given after first shot. The body part picked “Mutates” turning it green and muscles. (Design an armour piece which gets spawned onto the player and locked.)If 5 injections are taken (Both arms, Both legs, chest and neck) the player will turn into a super mutant if male. If the player is female she will turn completely green gain lots of muscles, turn into the size of a super mutant but keeps appearance. Males will become friendly to super mutants but factions that are hostile to super mutants will also become hostile to the player. If player is a female mutant she will stay friendly with their current factions, become friendly with super mutants but become enemies with the Brotherhood.
>FEV Mutagen - One shot version of the FEV Mutagen enhancer.
>Bloatfly Mutagen - Crafted using Mutagen lab. Requires Bloatfly cell (see further down for info). User will develop mutated Bloatfly wings. (Unique armour piece that will be locked to the players equipped slot.) Enables the ability to fly without a jetpack. Friendly to bloatflies. Enemy to brotherhood. Another successful shot results in skin turning grey. Then you become enemy to everyone but bloatflies.
>Molerat Mutagen - Crafted using Mutagen lab. Requires Molerat cell (see further down for info). No visible mutation. Gain the ability to toggle night vision and immune/cures mole rat disease. Friendly to Molerats. Brotherhood does not detect mutation. Another successful shot will result in your skin turning reddish pink.
>Deathclaw Mutagen - Crafted using Mutagen lab. Requires Deathclaw cell (see further down for info). User develops Deathclaw hands (Reskin version of the Deathclaw gauntlet in the armour slot). Player can only attack using Deathclaw hands. Significant damage increase, Friendly to deathclaws. Enemy to everyone.
>Stingwing Mutagen - Crafted using Mutagen lab. Requires Stingwing cell (see further down for info). User develops ability to poison target when punching. Increase agility +2. No visible mutations. Friendly to stingwing. All other relations stay the same. After another successful shot will result in Stingwing wings developing allowing the player to fly. Become enemies with everyone but stingwing.
>Bloodbug Mutagen - Crafted using Mutagen lab. Requires Bloodbug cell (see further down for info). User develops ability to absorb health when punishing target. No visible mutations. Friendly with Bloody bugs, All other relations stay the same. After another successful shot will result in Bloodbug wings developing allowing player to fly. Become enemies with everyone but stingwing.
>Ghoul Mutagen - Crafted using Mutagen lab. Requires Ghoul cell (see further down for info). User develops immunity to radiation. Become friendly with ghouls. After another successful shot user will heal from radiation but become hostile to everyone but ghouls.
How to develop Mutagens?

Need a new tool called Cell extractor
- Crafted at chem station after obtaining Mutagen documents
- Craft cell extractor darts
- Fire the weapon and hit a target
- Upon killing target the filled cell extractor can be looted from the target. Can also be pickpocketed if undetected.

Need a Mutagen lab
- Located in the Rad-Tec facility or built after picking up Mutagen documents
- Works as a crafting table to make Mutagens. Categorized as Mutagens, Mutagens + and wasteland Mutagens

Mutagen injector pistol
- Small pistol like weapon
- Load the weapon like the junk jet (with the Mutagen cell)
- One can be obtained at the Rad-Tec facility. More can be built at the Mutagen lab once documents obtained.
- Fire at target.

- Self use item
- Hold a syringe in your hand
- Load it like the junk jet
- One can be obtained at the Rad-Tec facility. More can be built at the Mutagen lab once documents obtained.
- Click fire and you inject yourself with the mutagen

Mutagen collar
- Sometimes going full super mutant will help with the enhanced health and strength, the Deathclaw mutations might be helpful but you wont be able to use the injector with these sorts of mutations as operating a syringe will be impossible.
- If you equip the collar before mutation you will be able to set a timer for when the loaded mutagen will be injected. Hopefully its a remover and not another mutagen
- One can be obtained at the Rad-Tec facility. More can be built at the Mutagen lab once documents obtained.
- Reskinned version of the shock collar from real handcuffs.
How to remove Mutagens?

- If you are not hostile doctors will be able to inject you with the Mutagen remover if you have one in your inventory
- Might require persuading first with speech, caps sex or taking a sample of your mutation
- Won’t be able to help unless you have the remover on you
