That said I don't think there is a rule that stops someone posting their own modification of the textures. Like attached will replace the texture one of the posters if you install this over the current SS installation.

Didn't make the FOMOD/Installer but it does work. 

I never used MO2 but I don't think that would stop it.

 

Hmmm, I have zaz 8...  but good news, it's working now xD

All during a new game through Live Another Life, I've tried to use the other version of Simple Slavery and I get the same issue as I mentioned here

But they don't have the same aspect ratio as the original images. Aren't they going to distort when used?

 

I swapped one of them for the third poster instead, as that is particularly bad, and about the same shape as these.

The other two originals are both portrait format, so I suspect there will be problems.

 

Might need to resize one of them with a load of empty alpha space so it has the right shape?

 

I'm going to test.

 

 

 

P.S. @Lozeak - I see you made the same swap that I did - but there's a load of facegen data in your archive.

Oversight? Or some reason?

Is it a fix for bad data in 6.04 ?

 

@WaxenFigure - it's not Slave Duction, it's just a funny looking 'A' - see that it's also in ThalmAr, being used instead of an 'o' ?

It's just being stylish and "ye olde". I guess in this fictitious font, O and A have the same character, just like the Romans had no 'U' in the sense we understand it.

It's possible that DCL 7.X might have done something that causes this problem.

 

The old slavery result for Leon was removed from the Leon quest, and replaced with a new slavery result, triggered differently.

Might have impacted SS enslavement somehow.

 

Technically, DCL can enslave you to pretty much anyone now - any follower anyway - would be logical to expose that somehow to SS, but it doesn't.

 

Now might not be the best time to ask for it either.

So I am loving this mod, adds to the game. I tried it with "SLUTS". I then tried to add Raven Beak Prison.

 

But it is not showing up as installed in Simple Slavery mod...

 

How do I make it show up? How do I make other mods in the list show up installed when added later?

Gonna need some help folks

 

Inside the slave house once i talked to the guard and the message box displays that "John Randall grabs you..." nothing else happens. No auction, no events, nothing.

 

I have all the requirements/dependencies (all up to date version), load order sorted by LOOT (but manually moved Simple Slavery Plus to be the lowest mod as mentioned) and Slaverun Reloaded (one of the supported slavery scenary mods). 

 

Not sure if it helps, but i was sent to slave house after being defeated by bandits (triggered by Death Alternative Mod)

 

My save is completely new (actually just re-installed skyrim a fews days ago). 

 

Edit: Nevermind. The "Without Devious Framework" version seems to work fine.

I'm having a weird issue where after the auction the SD+ event is triggered but it puts me in the middle of nowhere? A prompt appears that says something like "Let's go on a journey" but i spawn in like a forest or a road and it does the normal SD stuff. Is this a problem with SD or Simple Slavery?

Can you please create a little quest that would be part of this great MOD? 

 

Now if no Slavery Mods are installed, the character is released after end the auction. 

 

 Instead of being released, a slave could be placed in a pillory for a day or two somewhere in one of the big cities to amuse local citizens. Same game mechanics as applied in Prison Overhaul mod. After the specified time, the slave would be released.  

 

Or a slave would get a special collar and must have sex with the citizens (including the guards). After serving a certain number, the slave would be released. A slave could not leave the city until he did his job.

I'm using a live another life add-on along with simple slavery and slaverun 3.0 but when I choose to be a slave it sends me to the cell after sleeping and after that I talk to the guard so he leads me to the pillar and ties me up. But then I'm left hanging there without anything else happening after. It's been about 15-20 minutes and nothing is progressing. What'd I do wrong?

I have a similar issue. I used Alternative Start and was sold without issue. When my character is sent to the Auction for a second time, the dialog progresses as it should. However, I do not have the Simple Slavery Quest added to my quest log. Once 'sold' nothing happens. I have tested with and without starting as a slave from Alternative Start. It seems that if a previously used outcome is selected, the mod doesn't progress. I have attempted testing this by having only 'new' outcomes selected both before and after loading into the Auction House. Results are mixed with the mod progressing as normal about 30% of the time.

Hello~ After installed, there is no options show in MCM. Is that correct?

And I got a mission called shopping, but I cant return items I bought for master. I just stuck in the final step. 

Please help  THX

I couldn't see SS anywhere until I looked into the 6.04 files and saw there was no esp

Downloaded 6.02 then had 6.04 overwrite it in MO2, and it now shows up near the bottom of my MCM and as a Death Alternative option.
Three tests at the market was fine (first time my camera was stuck)

First two times I was sold for 20 and freed because I forgot to tick off my SD+ in SS menu. Third time was sold off fine, appeared with my new owner.
(Little odd, he's a guard and there's a prompt that says we're meant to be traveling, but he doesn't go anywhere. I'm just glad I got the mod to work :) )


Also, I haven't gotten a shopping mission, so can't help you there.

When you say "A new game is absolutely necessary", do you mean you can't add this version to a save game where you never used simple slavery before?

The problem with SS isn't the dialogue. It's the poor consistency and design of the NPCs. Since the mod doesn't care what your settings are for Sanguine's Debauchery the enslavement doesn't work if you get a female owner. Please make a version with only male owners and I will be a fan.

 

Many of the owners are guards with strange names that don't fit their race(as if the author named them after his friends). It would be more interesting and immersive if they were already existing NPCs going about their usual business in the world. I realize there has been a lot of work with scripts on the mod, and that everyone doesn't have much time on their hands, but the whole design seems a bit sloppy to me. It's also weird that most of the buyers are female(with the grey face bug I might add) and not a single one is a male nord.


The mod also doesn't register manually in DA, even on a new game. And where is the Defeat Patch?

How can I get Death Alternative to actually send me to Simple Slavery?

 

Like, I "die", get sent to a jail and left there for quite a while with nothing happening.

 

Also, using POP, if I submit to a guard after hitting him/her, all I get is a sac over my head, a gag and some ties and just like with DA, nothing more happens, I get to stay in one place.

You have to give SS priority over other events in DA or disable other events entirely, because the priority seems a bit dogdy.

 

POP's scripts are very slow, especially if you have other script heavy mods running. Try giving it some time and you should be sent to jail eventually, assuming your setup is correct.

Ok, noob question:

 

How to give it higher priority? It's not listed in DA.
