Having an issue with torso items, i.e. harnesses, belts, bras, etc.  Have run bodyslide several times, but none of the torso items are appearing when equipped to my character.  Running CBBE 3BA, if that might help with providing answers.  Any help is appreciated.

Pick one outfit, build just the one bodyslide for that instead of batch building so you see the output path. odds are it's going to the wrong place.

tried it with the crotchless, collarless ebonite harness and it looks like its going to steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\meshes\devious\expansion

I installed all plugins under my version SE 1.5.97. Mfg Fix1.5.97, 
Address Library for SKSE Plugins 1.5.x updated everything.
But all Gags don't open their mouths.. 


"Black Ebonite Face Mask" after loading the save, the item is removed 
from the PC but remains dressed in the inventory, 
after which it is easy to remove.

 

How to fix this problem?

Hey, first off, thanks so much for keeping this going and continually putting up with the myriad questions and problems we all slam you with.

Super Kudos. That said, after installing, my PC seems to like walking/running with her arms up. I installed having DD load after ZAZ, for SE with CBBE bodies. Ran it through Bodyslide/Outfit studio before running game. So far, that's the only glitch. Not terrible, slightly amusing looking like she's running away screaming but would like to fix it. Thanks.

No. They aren't added to sexlab directly. If they were, then sexlab would play them whether you're bound or not.

How to fix this problem?

 

Look at your other mods. Make sure you don't have anything overwriting DD.

Make sure you don't have any of the known mods that break DD. Check the troubleshooting post.

 

Toys can affect the gags too, and having the Devious Lore patches for DD - the old versions - cause problems with DD.

Don't use nemesis.

 

If it's not that, then start a new game with a minimal load order with only DD and it's requirements and add your mods in slowly until you find what's messing up the animations.

Remove animation packs is all you can do. Try to keep them under 10k even if you have mods that let you have much more.

That's a DCL issue. edit it in xedit per the comment below.

I absolutely love the idea of this mod and the multitudes of spin-offs it has, but there's only one turn-off for me: I've never been a fan of latex/pleather/shiny rubber-lookin' restraints. Now I could absolutely roll with it in the Fallout version, but the specific material style isn't exactly what I'm personally looking for in a medieval fantasy setting like Skyrim. It feels a bit too modern, in my opinion.

 

Is there a toggle in the config menu for texture swaps, or is there a patch/3rd party mod that applies a similar function?

 

I hate that I sound so "muh ? immersion" about it, but I couldn't think of any other way to accurately get across my comment and question.

I could use an idiot proof explanation. it happens when i wear dd clothing curently wearing debilas robes.

 

Dibella's robes aren't DD. At least not this framework. Given the jagged edges, it looks like you're supposed have something on your arms. Find out what mod Dibella's robes are from and rebuild any bodyslides they have. Looks like something didn't get built.

No, there's no way to turn it off. Most you can do is find or create a mod that only uses the leather versions. I don't know of one.

Closest there is is Devious Lore. It changes latex to 'oil' versions. It was just updated for DD 5.2.

 

Or if you're good with windows explorer, you can replace the textures named ebonite or with eb in their name with non eb versions by renaming the files. Effectively making everything the same leather texture no matter what it's called in game.

Could anyone briefly explain how the devices override default idles and force the player/npc to use the specific restrained idles?

 

I’m familiar with the creation kit/xEdit/scripting and modding in general, but if anyone could point me in the right direction to where in that whole process the magic happens, I would appreciate it.


I’m wanting to apply animation overrides to some of my own custom equipment.

I'm not sure anyone in this thread knows how FNIS (or even Nemesis) does its stuff. You might ask or look on the FNIS mod page.

Hello. I remember this mod having a quest with the librarian and with Sergius. I've read that the Urag quest was dropped, but I can't find anything on the Sergius experiment (except people complaining they can't finish it). Not sure how to start the quest if it still exists. If not then is console and item adding mods the only ways to get charge plug? Sorry if you've answered these questions somewhere, I really can't find anything.

Mods Manager: Vortex

My mods: FNIS Behaviour, FNIS Creature, SKSE 2.2.3 for GOG, SkyUI 5.2 SE, CBBE 1.7.1, BodySlide and Outfit Studio 5.6.0, XP32 Maximum Skeleton SE, RaceMenu, CBPC 1.5.6, FSMPV 1.3, Deviously Pink, Devious Devices [SE] [AE] [VR] 5.2.7, Devious Lore SE, Touched by Dibella, Address Library for SKSE, SexLabFramework GOG 1.6.5, SexLab Aroused SSE Loose, ZAZ 7.0.

My problem: When putting devices on a character, the device and some parts of the character become invisible. I've seen messages about BodySlide, but I really don't understand how to use it. All the guides on the internet just say: choose, set up and enjoy. I don't understand what to choose and how to set up. Or maybe I'm missing something? Need another mods?
