Added some new scenarios to hypnosis approach, something I've been wanting to do for quite some time.

Meant to take the player wayyyy deeper down into the rabbit hole. Once you reach the "graduation" part (see below), the only way out of hypnosis is to not be hypnotized for a while and for the conditioning to lose its strength over time. That could mean a really long rehab in a private island by yourself, if you want your control back.

 

Also, this version contains some code refactoring. It was still meant to work on existing saves, but maybe dont do that on a save you really really absolutely care about. That said, I still use mine on my existing saves. Just consider yourself warned.

 

v1.18.3

• Added several new "end game" outcomes for hypno approach. "End game" refers to when the player completes all the personality training and receives all the perks (3). In addition to the existing gang bang "party" outcome, there are 4 additional outcomes that are randomly chosen:
  • "Graduation" scenario. Just once.
  • "Diamond city hypno slave". Player is forced to do something the next time they visit DC
  • "Flirt trigger". The next time the player is flirted with by an NPC, the player will be forced to say and ask for something degrading
  • "Good whore for 4 days". Player is forced to behave like a good whore for 4 days, feeling the need to dress provocatively (SAKR rating of 60 or higher). If the player doesnt, then will slowly lose self esteem. If SAKR is not installed, player is always assumed to be dressed slutty.
• Fixed prostitution approach incorrectly showing "negative" dialogue option
• Optimization: When diamond city public servant quest is active (Collar master special quest), approaches will start right away after sex, to reduce down time for next approaches

Is there any way you could put 1.18.1 back up? I'm trying to do an install with Wabbajack and it just doesn't want to work with the newest version.. If you know a work around that would be greatly appreciated as well

Site rules are not to ask for older version for things like Wabbajack, The best option is bug whoever made the wabbajack list to well update the list

Did you make sure the body slot settings are checking the one you are wearing? If you are wearing something from a clothing mod, they may not use the same vanilla slots that SH checks by default.

With this update, with hypnosis approach, I lock up at the point sex animation should start.

I can look around - just not move. Disable/enable and enableplayercontrols does not help.

My character does not get undressed.

 

Any suggestions on where I should look? This all worked on last build. This is an old save.

Note: I did have to remove this mod, load save, save, load that save, and save again.

Then added this mod back. No errors indicated.

Asking the wabbajack author to update their shite is a far better route to go.

true, I know the fault, if fault is even the right word, does not lie with the mod author and they are definitely not obligated to share their mod versions, so someone on the internet can play a modlist.
That being said, I don't know, how mod versions on LL work. Maybe the author has to just whitelist a specific version to be publicly available. I don't know, why 1.18.1 was delistet but I wanted to at least ask because this might be the faster and/or easier way depending on circumstances.

You chose to use a collection rather than build your modlist yourself. Contact the "author" of that collection, NOT individual mod authors.

"Sometimes" when a version is removed it means it had an issue/bug the author didn't want messing up peoples games. As to "why" 1.18.1 was removed, I don't know. Personally I never downloaded the version since it must not have been updated enough to warrant it, for me at least.

One of the major flaws in these packs is not allowing the end user to edit/remove the links to out of date/missing mods. It's also why many authors flat out refuse to give any support to pack users. The idea is niffty, the implementation is totally fucked... for the end user and mod authors.

Hello all!! I would really love to have the 1.18.1 version as well, and for the exact same reason as everyone before me *cringing at myself but can't stop from asking anyway* Will give tips to mod author if the archived version is possible to obtain  and would absolutely appreciate it beyond belief!! I searched almost the entire thread but I don't think I saw any link to 1.18.1. This is also my first comment ever on this site and I do not quite know the etiquette of these sorts. I just spent an entire day getting each and every download ready with a lot of trial and error for the 'depraved' wabbajack set up and this mod in the previous version is precisely the last mod I need to complete it lol. I am going to try to see if it works without your mod but I'm not convinced it will!

 

Regardless, thank you for all your hard work and if it doesn't work, I'll just have to wait for the mod list author to update which is totally fine. I am sure twistedtrebla and the modlist author have a lot more important things to take care of than cater to our whims and fantasies but we definitely love it a lot when they do!! I routinely delete old versions because I dont want the download list to grow endlessly to like 30 files. But I dont mind folks sharing or using older versions. And of course if a particular version is known to have some major issues, I remove them as well. I dont think 1.18.1 has any major issues though.

Wabbajack is a tool that lets you installs different collections of mods for skyrim or fallout (maybe other games? ) with a single click... it will dowload every mod in the list from a direct link, if I understand it correctly, without the need to go to search them. 

It is similar to collection on nexus. 

 

On one hand, you have an automated installation that runs smooth. 

On other hand, you have to deeply modify it if you want other mods. 

 

I think that without a direct link to version 1.18.1, the installation of the pack give error and can't complete? 

 

After the installation, anyway, the mod can be updated to the last version without any problem, I think. At least until the esp name remains the same.

I wasn't sure if it was going to be a huge pain to do so so just wow! just so really kind of you lol thanks again for replying I am sure it will be a huge help and honestly I just found out about wabbajack. I've been setting up my own modlists for years but I just wanted to try something new I suppose. I tried groundzero but it was soo scary I couldn't even play it lol

It's the original "collections" that Nexus tried to copy.

One uses MO2 and the other Vortex.

On one hand you "generally" get a full loadout of mods that "might" work well together. But folks don't read the fine details.

 

On the other, the end user never sees your mod listing, doesn't know if they have the current version, if it's a "mirrored" version, or basically anything about your mod.

If you remove a version for any reason, it breaks the pack/collection.

Nexus forbids any mod to be deleted in order to prevent that issue. They try to treat them as open source, which they clearly are not. Some even have encrypted scripts with a shit ton missing the source files.

So.. you have people using versions that may have bugs or flat out broken (oops! forgot a file...) because the pack creator never updated the pack/collection, or have a few garbage mods included. And they will/do get abandoned.

 

On occasion you have folks asking for older versions of your mod. Because they can't edit the files to point to the latest/correct version.
But almost never do you see someone asking for support, cause if they find an issue they don't care and just find another pack/collection because that one is broke even if it's just a load order issue. Remember these are not generally made by actual mod authors who know what they're doing.

You'll see actual mod authors flat out refusing any support from users of pack/collections. For obvious reasons.

 

Like I said before, it's a niffty idea, just very very poorly executed. But it did expose the Nexus's staffs true colors.

Good to know you are keeping the list neat.

 

Between, can you make it possible for hypnosis decay to be set to 0? I want the hypnotic treatment to be permanent each time you agree to it instead of decaying a very small quantity per hours.

 

And a way to prevent sex approach from 100% trigger all the time whenever you are naked, I don't want to turn off the sex approach just because my character is nude.

 

By the way, any idea on how to trigger gangbang that involves more than 7 npc? I have savage animation but it never goes more than 3 npc.

The usual reasons for this are a missing master plugin for the mod, parmissions issues on the file system preventing MCM from writing updates in the game directory, or a known problem with the Private Profile Redirector mod if you're using that (it's recommended to use Buffout 4 instead of PPR as it includes similar file read caching/acceleration).
