Samantha, and other companions in Breeder are all not fully companion. They might have a companion package, but more likely they have special packages.

Ah I see, hopefully after the deathclaw quest I won't need her for anything else since she wont function as a companion, but it's not a big deal I just liked how she looked and wanted her around, thanks for answering though.

there is only one moment when you can get her as companion. That is when you are back at Fort Hope
However, you don't need her for any content. She just adds a bit af flavour.

There is no Fallout 4 version of this mod. Boston Breeder is made by the Fertile-Breeder modmaker.

 

This mod is for female-PC only.

I have a feeling my suspicions that the answer to my question is no, but I want outside confirmation.   Is Breeder compatible with A World of Pain?

It has not been tested, but there are no reasons it should not work.

The only reason is that newly added creatures and stuff might cause aggressive NPCs on locations that should be 'safe' or changes to locations, that Breeder edits

I have seen people play with both mods loaded and have not heard of big conflicts.

 

But I too am interested to see if there are conflicts.

Hostile mobs being in places that Breeder edits would be manageable. But since it adds whole new buildings into the wasteland it has me concerned if it will affect Riverside in a major way. Of course it placing hostile mobs there would still technically be a conflict but it is a more manageable one.  Worse case scenario being me having to use console commands to kill the mobs.

I have this issue as well, I'm in the Deathclaw Promintory and I have no way of getting the deathclaws to stop attacking the NPCs

In the MCM menu there are options to fix Deathclaw hostility.

Yes I am aware of that, however, There are no options in the MCM menu to use.. I just have the mod listed on the MCM menu, click into it from MCM and there is nothing in it, no options at all, its just blank. Ive seen the options appear with my previous TTW install, but this time, no options are appearing for SB. I am not using TTW this time.

MCM menus that don't work. I have seen that issue before. Try moving the Breeder esp up in the loadorder.

that's a bug of new xnvse, old nvse was able to solve division by 0 automatically, new xnvse is not and require additional if statement

Ah, unfortunately I need this version of nvse for another mod. Do you know of any way to solve this, or will I have to resort to getting an older version?

I made a small fix, but my build is kind of a test version that was not tested properly yet. So if you want to try, I can send it. And in case if you don't want to, you can try to set "bDoublePrecision" to 1 in jip_nvse.ini file that you can find in "\Data\nvse\plugins"

It seems that bDoublePrecision is already set to 1, and nothing is overwriting it. I'm willing to try your plugin
