No. The Language is on the Skyrim.ini file, usually settled by the Steam configuration when you install Skyrim.

The MCM of the Mods automatically detect your Language configuration for the Skyrim.ini and use the matching Translation file. The problem is that just a few Language's are supported and even those are not 100% translated.

So which one is your Language.

English.

English.

First check your MCM version must be 4 as less. Then check if your SexLab setup folder have the Translation folder inside the Interface folder and of course on the translation folder check for the .TXT file with "SexLab" and "ENGLISH" on the name.

By MCM you mean SkyUI? Everything else checks.

Pause Screen > System > Mod Configuration.

MCM ships with SkyUI though iirc there's a mod that reverts the UI changes while giving you the MCM

According to in-game messages, and an MO2 warning... This beta, is incompatible with Papyrus Utility version 3.9... when are you going to make a compatible beta? Downgrading might break other mods...

Is there actually going to BE a next stable Sexlab version here on Loverslab, or is it going to be always 'Github versions' from here on out?

I'd love to see that MO2 warning, never had such thing. MO2 can tell you there is a conflict, but not an incompatibility... these are two very different things. Sexlab comes with its own version of PapyrusUtil, you can keep your 3.9 version installed (as long as it's the SE version) and everything will work fine (just keep your PU install below Sexlab or other mods containing its own PU version in the left panel of MO).

The current Beta 8 works just fine with PapyrusUtil SE 3.9. So do the recent GitHub pre-release versions that I have used, up to and including the May 31, 2021 pull.

Whatever is causing your warning is full of PileOfShit.png :classic_tongue:

I know beta 9 is not officially out but I have an issue that I would like help with if possible. It keeps putting my male character in the female position. No idea why tho. I am set to male in all my mods that have that option but it keeps reverting me to the female position. Is this a known issue ? I don't really want to go back to beta 8. Love beta 9's features.

There is a new option to fix the victim position on Aggressive scenes that comes disabled by default because too many Mods like Defeat wrongly set the Aggressor as Victim or set victims on not Aggressive scenes causing the issue.

Just make sure that the option be disabled. And send me the Papyrus.0.log file just in case be something else.

The option that need to be disabled is "Adjust Victim/Aggressor Positions"

and is on the "Animation Settings" page

That solved it thank you :)

Good to know because that option is one of the best functions for immersion but mostly of the users can't enable it just because too many Mods wrongly set the Victim Actor without know what they are doing. I let the option for users like me that have those Mods fixed and with the hope that some day the author's of the Mods care about this and finally fix his Mods.

The lowest version of SkyUI for SSE is 5.1. The current (and final) version is 5.2.

I don't think the github version works as i tried using it in place of this version to see if it would fix the $ but it's not being detected in my game.

Did you find a solution to this? I have the same problem. Beta 8 is fine, but with the github version the MCM doesn’t show.

Nope, but putting the translation of the github version on the normal one made it a little better.

Let me see if I have this clear. The MCM doesn't show, or the translation text on the MCM are not showed?

Because if the MCM doesn't show, you are probably using some Mod to sort the Mods configurations or something like that and just need to write:

ski_configmanagerinstance 1

on the console.

For the case where the Translation is not showed. I heard about operative systems and languages where some txt formats have problems.

So answer me the following questions:

1. Are you using Windows, Linux or Other?

2. Which one is your operative systems and language.

3. What Language are you using in Skyrim.

I need that info to properly report the issue and do the test in order to find the solution.

Just curious, I recently switched over to SE and I've been using the github version of sexlab since then, last night I realized that non of my zaz animations seems to work, when I try to activate the devices, nothing happens, when I equip the devices, they show but the animations don't play. Just wanted to know if zaz isn't compatible with the github version right now and if you guys are aware of this issue or not.

The GitHub version is compatible with the ZaZ Animation Pack. But since always you have to manually Register the ZaZ Animations on the "SexLab" page of the "ZaZ Animation Pack" MCM because ZaZ don't do that automatically like the "SL Animation Load"

Hi does Sexlab cause fps drops and stuttering because as soon as i install it my  performance drops but once uninstalled it goes back to normal. If im in riften and i look and the main area where the stalls are my fps goes down to 7-14fps sometimes lower but as soon as i look away it goes to around 30 fps but if i uninstall sexlab and look at the same area my fps stays around 30 same happens around whiterun stables and Sexlab is definitely the cause.

True and False at the same time.

If you are not playing any SexLab Animation you have none reason for the FPS drops that actually happen when the Animation is starting.

But if you have some Mod that use the SexLab installed, that Mod can be doing some actors search and that can be causing the FPS. Of course if you remove the SexLab, the Mod that use it will get disabled or removed too.

By the way 30 FPS is already slow so you have to do something to enhance the performance.

Did that last night, didn't seem to work, do  I also have to save/load?

Register the ZaZ Animations is a two steps action on the "SexLab" page of the "ZaZ Animation Pack" MCM:

1. You have to use the option to Build the Animations and you will see on the same page the Animations that are tagged as NO become YES plus few more Animations will be added to that list.

2. Execute the "Register SexLab Animation" option on the same page

The author don't made it easy. I think I made a JSON file time ago just to avoid me the tedious process. But I'm not using it because I have another JSON file for the Devious Device Animations the include the same Animations but for updated by the DDi

*** I don't have the Game open right now and don't remember with precision. I will edit this comment once the game be open.

Hi mate, thanks for the response. For me its nothing to do with translation files as far as I know. My platform is all in English.

Starting a new game via Live Another Life with the GitHub SL and all my MCMs register, with the exception of SL. Running the setstage ski_configmanagerinstance 1 console command doesn't register it either.

If I restart using SL beta 8 then it registers and everything is fine. To be fair, I am running a lot of mods but beta 8 has been stable for me for a long time. Is there anything else I should try?

......after some tinkering I got the SL Github version to load up - I disabled SL Utility Plus in MO.

Well I think that answer one of my old questions. The GitHub version and my SLU+ are not compatible, at lease not until the GitHub version be officially released.

Happy to help ?

I should have paid attention to the fact it was overwriting SL

seems to be happily updating mid game now too

I thought you had previously said that many of the features of SLU had been implemented in the Dev version????? That would explain why SLU was not compatible with that version???

Maybe I'm just crazy... (Shut UP Gr... never mind)
