carolight Posted November 18, 2017 Posted November 18, 2017 (edited) Hello, the new site is nice... though everything looks bigger meaning more scrolling needed... though I can get used to that. One thing I notice missing, on the old site, the downloads had a updated since last visit page, which made it very easy to see if a certain mod was updated since the last visit. I've noticed there's a button to start a new topic in some forums where we previously weren't able to - specifically in download sections, where topics are created automatically when a new mod is uploaded, and there was no way to start a topic otherwise. There's one that's appeared here, for example, in the skyrim adult mods downloads section: https://www.loverslab.com/topic/88084-cursed-loot-devious-devices/ Is this an intended change?
Verstort Posted November 18, 2017 Posted November 18, 2017 (edited) Minor opinion: When you search through the site, there is a small icon in the top left corner of search results which indicates the update status of a thread you have viewed. If it is a small grey star, then it has not been updated (I think) and if it is medium bright blue circle then it has new posts you have not read. Can I suggest that maybe the shapes should be reversed? A larger blue star for new posts and a smaller grey circle for threads with no updates? That feels more intuitive to me. When I go the the main Skyrim downloads page (https://www.loverslab.com/files/category/1-skyrim/), the second mod listed, beneath Skyrim SexLab, is a mod called Pretty Witch. The mod is pinned, so it is listed second, even when sorting by recently updated. Also, it's highlighted in red, for some reason, and I can't actually view the mod, as following the link to it returns a page titled 'Sorry, you do not have permission for that!', with the content saying 'We could not locate the item you are trying to view.' So... I'm guessing that it was pinned for some reason, then administratively hidden by a mod? Or I've screwed up my settings. Or something. Any thoughts?

Categories like: Animations, body mods, clothes, paintings, etc. Categories that already exist and the author of the topic selected which fits the file, because the tags are not useful. The page navigation is not good, since the last files nobody sees, besides being tiring.

Eventhough at least 3 mods should have been returned, 2 of which I'm a modder for. Edit. Also tested it with the word 'Sexout' and still got no results.

So thing is i plan to run FNV again and came here to update whole lots of Sexout FNV, but encountered troubles. I tried downloading files from Sexout NG Stable release/Sexout NG 98 beta/Sexout NV Pregnancy/ Sexout Spunk and cannot get anything. Every link only gave a file with name "download (42.5kb)" which cannot be use for anything. I already tried with/without download manager but nothing change, i still got "download (42.5kb)" file, even after i reduce my download thread to just 1. Seeing as i can login just fine, i think there's no problem with my account. What's wrong then? Edited November 19, 2017 by goatse

What IS driving me nuts though is the constant parade of Bad Gateway errors I'm getting trying to navigate the site. I also got an error a minute ago saying I couldn't connect because the site had too many connections. *headdesk*
