Not as far as I know, but I do think it would be a pretty neat thing to add (default would be random).

That conversion was made using 1.55 version of 3BA, before 2.0 came out.

 

I use my own conversion for that mod personally, mainly because IDK about YPS compatibility with EronicHunter's conversion due to the changes in assigned slots.

 

Re-building them in Outfit Studio by re-fitting to 2.0x sliders and copying 2.0x bone weights will fix the issue. I had to do the same thing with my personal conversion.

w234aew  - last year you very helpfully gave me a primer on generally converting clothing to the most recent 3BBB body.  I think it was originally posted here but then was moved to a more appropriate location.  I can't find it now.  Do you by chance recall where it was moved to?

It's bugged, if you change sex in game M>F it kept recognizing you as a male.

Realistic RS uses RS as a base, so maybe the RS patch works for Realistic RS?

By that do you mean you get kids that look like regular RS kids and not Realistic RS kids, or does it mean that the patch does nothing if you have Realistic RS active, and the kids look vanilla?  I can live with the first.  If its the 2nd then I'd probably drop Realistic RS.

From my testing it's the second, using Realistic RS kids resulted in FM not using RS kids at all. As much as I wish I could use Realistic RS kids, I did end up dropping it in favor of FM's RS patch working.

Marriage is not a requirement, any sex acts might result in pregnancy depending on the cycle and if any potions are used to lower the fertility or wash out right after, you might want to disable some options in the MCM that are on by default though (like random insemization while you or npc is asleep, its a really dumb one, or guaranteed insemization from spouse, prob doesn't work on female spouses but better safe than sorry lol, its a dumb setting either way).
