Keep in mind that Simple Slavery links to both red wave and wolfclub.

 

I've been meaning to ask some questions about SD+, the difference existing between how you designed it and the actual gameplay implementation. I am however way too tired to make sense right now. Anyhow, basically, I would like to discuss the theory behind SD+ (private message is fine, I'm just hijacking this post) so to identify possible weaknesses. I mean testing the mod can only lead me so far. I have a pretty good idea of where SD+ is going and it isn't at all how I imagined it when I first started playing the mod (over a year ago).

 

I just want to get a better picture of the project, before sending you some thoughts I am having. Like I alluded in the main topic, as you define the end content for the mod the actual main loop becomes more or less relevant.

 

I am probably not making sense, since I am falling asleep as I type.

Hehe when you were SkyrimLL I felt secure in knowing you would stick around to work on your mods , now that you are a frog I fear you will go hoping off to other games :tongue:

from SD+ there is an option that says your master is going for a walk. i was thinking of an idea, using dialog and your follower as your master, where they would bind you and then walk you around town ie Whiterun while doing show window shopping, or talking to people in the city (outdoor areas only) and during the time they are walking you cant control your character, when they stop you can move a bit. this could go on for maybe 30 min in game. after that they will tell you lets go home and you then get control to walk back to your house, where you follower will unbind you, and then thank you for doing that with them.

Try the latest version in my Beta testing tread. That should be fixed if you are using Devious Devices 4.0

Another issue I've noticed with dialogues is once you are released from a master it even prevents the "please?" option being available, even when your re-enslaved by the same master some of the other basic options such as (plea) also dont re-appear

I am using Devious Devices 4.0 and the SDPlus 361 beta 4 on this thread and the armbinders aren't ever equipped, there is a message in top left saying something about SD equipdevice by string Armbinders:failed.

I will need an error log to see things more in details when that message happens.

Armbinders are working in my copy of the beta.

New beta versions of Dialogues and SD+ are up.

 

Important change with SD+ - Due to file size limitations, I had to abandon bsa files and split the archive into two sets of loose files: one with the main files and one with textures only. Make sure to install BOTH.

Since the bsa is sharing the same name as the esp file, I don't know how that is possible.

Skyrim has multiple bsa files but only because they are hard coded in the ini files anyway. 

 

It's not worth the trouble. Several mods are made of loose files and work just fine.

Okay, this is tested using DD4.0 beta 5 from this thread and beta 3 SLDialogues and the SD equipdevice by string Armbinders:failed message is still showing up. Armbinder is initially equipped, but after it is unequipped for punishment or sex act the armbinder is not replaced and is accompanied with the quipdevice by string Armbinders:failed message. Attached is the papyrus log from testing.

Did you start a new game after installing DD 4.0 as recommended? 

 

There are a lot of odd errors in that log... and I am not seeing any message from SD+ trying to equip or unequip armbinders. Only messages about the master being disabled or dead or missing somehow.

This was tested on a new game with a minimal load order using surrender key to start enslavement. I tested also with 12/22/17 version and Armbinder equipping works properly in that version and worked up through beta3 from this thread all while using DD 4.0 since it released.

Then are you sure it is the right error log? It doesn't include any of the debug messages I would expect from SD+

I'm sure, I enabled papyrus logging before starting that new game and the date modified lines up with testing time.

Those startup errors from DD are normal in the current release version. Just an oversight I suppose when changing how the bound idles work, at any rate Princessity has already reported in the Beta Thread that those are harmless.
