Hmmm... damn. Two things to try. One of them is that loading races into the formlist should still work.

 

The other is to use the four_play:Main.getapi() call and then call register_races_inner, but if register_races is failing then possibly that will too.

 

Try the formlist and I'll see if I can sort something better out tonight.

 

 

 

Probably a bit above my current papyrus skillset, but I'll look into it.

 

However, wouldn't it be easier to whitelist via the same headparts formlist I use for my race mod? My mod doesn't directly edit the form, but rather adds the races dynamically at runtime via terminal fragment as detailed here. You could actually use a few of them. Synths have their own formlist as well (which includes Nick Valentine)

 

I looked at the FCR kid as well. The author removed his humanchildrace keyword to turn him into a companion, but he's still a member of the humanchildrace, which has it's own headparts formlist. Checking the usage, he's still on it. As is synth Shaun.

Ok, I went out in my Power Armor & had some fun.........

 

Player PA & NPC PA - NPC ends up to my left & their PA is a few steps away, but I'm facing my PA, which is directly in front of me.

 

Player PA to NPC - Again, I'm facing my PA & the NPC is hugging the PA.

 

:(

 

Interesting side note: Named NPC's in PA do NOT have tilting windmills (PA).

Camera Angle:

 

I've found a Great Camera Angle Set-up For Four-Play It may not be to Everyone's taste But IMO it better than the Default?

It does Centre the camera behind the player In the main game though!

To get it in Your game you have to Edit the  Fallout 4 ini

My advice is to COPY & SAVE THE ORIGINAL.

 

(Add Following lines to Fallout4 ini.)

Or, you could open console & type:

 

"tfc" - opens the camera mode!

 

"tfc 1" opens the camera & freezes the game.

 

"sucsm" is the speed of the camera.

 

"sucsm 1" is the slowest speed.

I can see Jack's point, why use 4 cc's for each animation when you don't have to. But then we're not spending 4-5 days trying to figuring out how to get the Fuck outta our Power Armor. Hint, hit "space" , "D" twice and enjoy your Peaches & Cream.

Noticed since Piper was in Power Armor she left it to teleport to a sex scene (via Autonomy) and appeared back in it (armor was gone like she just took off an outfit). Because of this I can no longer talk to her, the talk option offers nothing but an exit to the conversation right away. I have to find a new companion to switch to in order to dismiss her. Can't progress the relationship for the perk and stuff as well. At least trading does work. So she's stuck in power armor and anti social I guess.

Hmmm... so far as I can tell, I'm using the proper APIs to remove and restore PA. Maybe followers have some sort of extra scripting that I need to take into account.

 

I'll have to have a dig through the game scripts and see how they handle it.

Either Armor Keywords or Armorsmith Extended removed Piper's name & replaced it with 2 dots.......I may hafta do a fresh install to fix it......

When I have energy, I work hard. When I don't ... well, I've learned the hard way that I shouldn't force myself.

 

I remember looking at your windmill pic, but I'm not sure I took it all in properly.

Tilting Windmills

I remember I was having problems with my workshop menus. Items were there (I had built them) but they were not in the workshop,. If I used the console to bring them back, they "Tilted" just like that, I used this mod to restore the menus & item in the workshop.

The description said something about restoring script & FormID's (Keywords). evidently I had Deleted a Mod that didn't work for me, but also some needed scripts. This restored the missing menus & items. (At least in the workshop & my game) I found it while looking into Snappy House kits.

Tilting Windmills

Also if you have FO4 hotkey mod installed you can just press F3 and it will automatically go into free cam mode.

Piper doesn't leave the armor normally she just teleports to the sex scene with the armor missing. Like a normal outfit they take off before engaging in sex. After the scene is over she appears with it on. Other companions are fine for now but I'm not about to try my luck and avoiding power armor all together for now.

Ok, animations are not firing for me.  I ended up going in and deactiving ALL mods, opened up an older save before I modded to resave.  I then followed the instructions here: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/76277-four-play-beginner-friendly-installation-guide-comprehensive-tutorial-to-sexualise-your-fo4/ because Lord knows I've missed things before!  Then activated ONLY 4play, Leito's animations, the patch, the mindless sex mod, and the bodies. Nothing else, no patchs, no DLCs, nothing.  Opened that save up and didn't get the 'initializing' message, but it is possible i missed it.  Quicksaved, reloaded, got the mindless sex gun, tried it out on random NPC.  No animation.  Nothing's stuck, it's just not doing anything.  Went to the test cell just in case, same thing with the terminals.  Looks like it should have activated, but didn't.

I do have the latest version of FO4, and the latest version of F4SE (0.3.0).  All the mods from LL I downloaded yesterday too, so those should be current as well.

 

Edit: Strike that about the DLCs.  I had deactivated them, but they're active again and I have no idea why.  Still, to my knowledge, I don't recall seeing anything about the DLCs interfering with 4play, so I don't think it really matters.

Double check that Step 3 again, make sure you have manually copied the data folder from Fallout 4 SKSE, including the Scripts folder. Otherwise animations will not play properly
